    I would publicly like to thank Southside Plumbing for their excellent and professional service. I have occasionally required their services to clear my home sewer line. Every time l call I am greeted and remembered by their courteous and helpful staff. The two professional service technicians (Chris and Mike) who performed my drain clearing were prompt, knowledgeable and professional.     I had a backed up septic take and Chris with South side came out and pumped it down. I love that they were on time, clean, and very knowledgeable about better ways of maintaining and extending the life of my septic.     I have called Southside plumbing for years and have found them to be reliable, professional, affordable and they have always come out when they say they will. I had a pipe frozen a couple of winters ago and busy as they were they were out in a couple of hours. I have found their techs polite and clean up when they are finished.

    I have had absolutely good interactions with this company. JJ in the office is always professional and very polite and Bill is always understanding of some of the special challenges we have. I work at a place that provides in paitent mental health care to children, sometimes damages seem excessive, once I explained this he has always been great. He will always be supportive of the staff and if the children are around he always greets them and will chat briefly, he does not talk down to them because of the damage, this truly helps. Oh by the way he is an excellent plumber and has helped in many ways, sometimes the attitude towards what we do is just as important. You all are great!

    I had Southside Plumbing come out to take care of clean outs to my main sewer line in my backyard. When they found those packed with mud, they made a date to come back. They basically had to re-do almost everything a smaller plumbing company had done which, needless to say, was very upsetting to me.The Southside Plumbing Crew was great!! They were enthusiastic and knowledgeable about what they were doing, and enjoyed their work. They kept saying that Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction; making certain the Customer is pleased before they leave the job, is the most important thing to them. What took the previous plumber over 4 weeks to do as they hand-dug, Southside was able to do in 1 day. They made certain the sewer line was totally clear before leaving. They had to jet-spray the line 3-4 times as it was completely packed - obviously the previous plumber didnt check to see this had been done.Southside Plumbing has my business from here on!!! Where I had been treated horribly before and my place left in awful condition inside and out, Southside Plumbing treated me with the utmost respect and made sure my property was left looking neat before they left the property. Youre the Best!

    The price was very good compared to other companies in the area that I had bid the project. Southside Plumbing replaced a lead service line for me from the street into my home. I was pleased with the promptness that they demonstrated in getting this done and everything works as expected. The only thing I am not very impressed with is they made a pretty big mess in my basement (unfinished but clean prior to the job). I was on vacation when they did the job so I wasnt able to see it until I got home. Ive attached some photos.Other than the mess, I would use Southside again and recommend getting a bid from them if you are disappointed in some other bids you are getting!

    So far, so great! These guys are awesome ! Thank you Brad! Thank you Josh! We had a scare with another company that told us they had to tear out our bathroom wall to unclog our bathroom sink. It was going to cost thousands. We called Southside Plumbing to maybe get a better quote, the owner came to our home the following day and gave us a couple options. None of them involved tearing the wall or pipes. The tech came out and within the hour he had the drain cleared No, cutting the pipes or walls. We am extremely grateful that for Southside Plumbing because if we called hadnt we would be getting a loan for God knows how much right now.

    I thought customer service was a thing of the past until I dealt with the wonderful people at Southside Plumbing.The tech in the office was so sympathetic to my needs and she sent a crew out to my home the same afternoon I called and the two techs that came out were polite, knowledgeable, made sure I knew what was going on and how to help possibly alleviate my problem in the future. Three of the best people I have dealt with in years. Being without water is not easy and I wish I had had their number 4 days earlier.     Truly a 24/7 service unlike others I tried that morning. Had early AM drain backup in basement. Cory showed up earlier than expected, was professional, explained what he was doing, cleaned up thoroughly when done.     This company is amazing. They came in at 7:30 and brought a whole crew to get the pipes dug up and replaced. They were the neatest plumbers ever and so fast and they were friendly.     I had them come out and fix my main drain. It was clogged and water wouldnt go down. They came out and was extremly friendly. And fixed it no problem. Very family feeling from them. Jj and Shelby are extremly selweet and helpful.. and they didnt charge me a arm and a leg. I will be using them in the future.

    Bill did a great job in his analysis of the installation of a new faucet on our old 1900’s kitchen sink with drain board. He was very patient in figuring out the problem and his perseverance made for a beautiful appearance as well as functionality of our old porcelain cast iron sink. Bill was nothing but professional and friendly in working through the difficulties involved. We have recommended Bill to many others who have always been completely satisfied.     They got a tech to my house the same day I called. When Ray showed up I was surprised by how fast the portly older fellow worked. He repaired our upstairs bathroom issue quickly and does fantastic work (no issues since, and others had tried). Ray deserves a raise and we will request him next time.

    We had these folks come out last year and at that time I was impressed. Sergio worked so hard to get our sewer dug out and repaired. Honestly never seen anyone work that hard to fix a problem. It was expected to take a few hours and ended up taking a day and a half but they worked the whole time, smiling as he went. Highly impressed when they were here.

    We were thrilled to have Anthony Marquez sp? install our kitchen faucet and sprayer. We bought it at Home Depot and asked them to recommend a plumber. They included the fee for installation right on our sales slip which made it very simple. The price was very reasonable and Anthony was a delight. He was friendly, polite, and did excellent work. He cleaned up after the job and left everything spotless. I wish every home repair store had an Anthony, Weve had a few sour lemons but Anthony gets a gold star for his work. We will call him again when we need a plumber. If you have an employee of the month, he would get 1st place in our book. gracia & bob

    I would recommend SouthSide Plumbing and their partner Aksarben Drain & Sewer Specialists for any plumbing & sewer/drain issues. These people guided us every step of the way to solve our sewer problem. And in the end they proved our problem was caused months ago when the city water main was replaced by an outside company.     The hot water handle of both bathtubs either leaked or didnt work at all..Two other conpanies had offered estimates for three times as much...saying the entire hot/cold set had to be replaced .and mustBreak through the wall.Ray was able to fix the situation by replacing only the valve stem that leaked...in each tub.. .no demolition needed and one third the cost.

    I called at least ten companies from the BBB-rated plumbing company list on Friday. Everybody was fully booked for the day including Southside Plumbing. However, after I explained my problem, the wonderful lady at the desk told me that she would try to send somebody by the end of the day. Around 4 pm, here comes Ray, looks at the job, explains what needs to be done, finishes the job at lightening speed (less than 30 minutes) and takes off. My wife and I just could not believe thatplumbers work can be that fast and so efficient. With 40 years of plumbing work experience, Ray is the true expert and an honestprofessional. We are going to ask for Ray for any plumbing work in the future.Job that Ray did was removing the old shower valve from the tiled wall, adding two cut-off valves for the hot and cold water copper lines and two adapters to hook-up a new shower system.Call Ray, you will be a winner!
