We recently had ServiceOne out to look at our kitchen faucet which was leaking. Brian P. came and look at the faucet and told us what our options were. We decided to replace the faucet. After we purchased the faucet we wanted, I called ServiceOne to schedule an appointment and was able to get Brian again. It worked out he could install our faucet the day before we were scheduled, so we were very glad for that. He did a great job, explaining the issue and our options, installing the faucet, and cleaning up the work area. We were very pleased and call them for any future needs.

I’ve used other home warranty companies that were double the price and zero helpful when my plumbing backed up on a Saturday. They had no number to call and only a bot for chat. It was a complete pain. With service one when my refrigerator went out, they provided options right way, even determine what refrigerator was a good equivalent. They worked with the vendor to ensure free delivery and installation. I paid $100 for a $1500 new replacement. They’ve been out to complete maintenance on my heater, great customer service.

We have a service plan, and so far it has saved us money every year. The biggest thing for me is that they arent trying to con you into more things than you need because they dont get paid anymore for it. This just makes service visits so much easier.

Honest folks who are fast to help. Our lodge AC went out after a big storm took out power for 3 days. They came out 2 days after I called and had an estimate the next morning. When they came to install what they thought was broken they instead found an electrical problem caused when the power company restored power. They fixed it at no charge! We have had a service agreement with Service One for 8 years and will always go back to them. We trust their diagnosis and they give us honest options.

I have been satisfied with Service One as a service provider. I would personally like to acknowledge the technician Randy.I was scheduled for a Fall checkup. I had recently had the HVAC installed, so it was more of a formality than necessity.Randy arrived with a smile and willingness to be of service. Since having the new unit installed, there were a couple of concerns I wanted to address. The primary problem being a dramatic temperature difference from the basement to the 2nd floor. With the basement being freezing cold, the 1st floor too cold and the 2nd floor too warm. He readily accepted my diversion from the standard process for a checkup and proceeded to troubleshoot the system.Randy identified a couple things he was able to adjust and solved the problem completely.I appreciate his demonstration of professionalism and response to my concerns with a backbeat of humor mixed in.

The furnace was not working and it is currently 20°F overnight it was in the lower teens so we needed the furnace fixed. Randy did some testing that it was the board itself that had gone bad. Randy was able to call around and found a board for our furnace. Randy, thank you for repairing our furnace. We appreciate it very much.

We had trouble with the furnace. Service One came out the next day and it needed parts which they had to order. The order came in about three days later and they installed it the day after. In the meantime, they rigged our furnace to keep going so we were good the whole time. Everyone including the schedulers and the service repair people were courteous throughout. I have been with Service One for 4-5 years and never had a complaint. Their service team are polite and thorough. The guys r mostly on time and if they r going to be a little late they will call and let u know. I highly recommend this company for your appliances, heating/air plumbing etc. And they are reasonable especially if you talk to their reps about the many plans they have available that fits your budget.

He put the new part on today and the service he gave us was professional and he was very helpful with removing the shelves from the refrigerator. I want to give a shout out and thank Service One technicians for coming out to take care of a water leak in the basement main water line and washer appliance.Brian the plumber knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it right away after getting supply.Austin the appliance technician did an amazing job fixing and replacing the hot/cold water value in my washing machine. He went above and beyond. He also replaced the rubber gasket in my front load washing machine that has black molding. I tried to clean it out but couldn’t get rid of it. He also cleaned our outside air conditioning unit with the hose which required taking the outer part off to allow the bristle wire to be thoroughly cleaned. He was very knowledgeable and was able to explain things so I could understand what he was doing. I was very pleased with the service.2/17/2022Alan did a thorough job cleaning and servicing my furnace. We we went over questions I had and he showed me how to change the humidifier filter. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and the way he explained things in a way I could understand.Alan D was very thorough in checking my air conditioning and heat pump. He answered all of my questions and explained about the humidifier, marking it to make remembering which setting is for heat and which is for cool. He explained the check up sheet to me and talked to me about keeping the heat pump clean from cottonwood cotton. I was familiar with some of the information but he did not make me feel stupid as he explained things. I was very impressed.3/23/21There were two technicians today, Alan and a woman whose name I’ve forgotten. Both were very knowledgeable and answered my questions. I was impressed with both in their knowledge and the work they performed on my furnace. I had a number of questions because my this is a relatively new furnace and very different than what we had before. I really appreciated the information.

The latest tech over was Randy. If a tech can be requested, I would request him everytime. Very professional & helpful. The last time I reviewed ServiceOne we still had an old furnace & ac. We had them replaced by ServiceOne in 2019 & they are working beautifully. Still very satisfied with our home warranty choice.

The pipes were clogged on Sunday and Service One came the following Monday morning. As soon as they got here they went right to work. Once the issue was diagnosed, the pipes were cleared. Randy Springer was the best Technician that Service One has sent to service my air conditioning unit. He was sure there was a filter for my air conditioner in the attic so he went up there and it dated from May 7, 2012. I have had my air conditioning serviced three times since 2018 and also cleaned and charged the unit. I had to go buy a new filter and need someone to come and install it please. He was very professional and did an excellent job.

Last spring Service 1 tech Malo told me to call as furnace needed cleaning before using. He spent 2 hours cleaning it checking off on a sheet everything he had checked, telling my grandson filters on furnace need to be changed more often & checked humidifier filter l, which no one had informed me even, furnace company who put it in never mentioned so it had never been changed in 12 years. The tech Malo noticed water on the floor under the furnace but his time permitted for checkup over so he had to come back today. Spending another hour changers a possibility of leak could come from found noneThis technician is definitely an asset to Service 1 - he is very knowledgeable about ACs, water heaters and furnace repair. He takes time to check everything & always making sure our appliances working to best. He is a perfectionist in his work. On a 1-10 scale he is a 225.

Richard was very professional and got our dryer working. He gets 5 stars! Service One gets 2 stars: the control module could have been ordered prior to the first visit, as the error code told them what the problem was. From the initial visit, the part took two weeks to arrive from a vendor 300 miles away. I could have driven to Kansas City, picked up the part, had lunch and been back inside of seven hours. Most, not all, of the receptionists in the “Solution” Center are rude. It seemed their “solution” was for us to just wait for their phone call to tell us anything. We waited 30 days from initial call to final repair. Granted, they are likely short-staffed like many other businesses. But I don’t like to be charged more for less service.
