    Noah came out to fix my water heater. He really clear with communicating what was going on, very respectful of my time and space. I requested for a new water heater to be installed which hasn’t had any issues. He even showed me and my husband how everything worked. I would highly recommend their services.

    My water pressure was so low I couldn’t deal with it anymore, found out it was a cheap, clogged Pressure Relief Valve. Noah with PlumbRite installed a new one that is much better quality with a filter that I clean myself from now on when the hard water builds up too much.     Noah did an amazing job. He called to give me a heads up when he’d be here each time, spent over a day and a half working on a complex issue, called colleagues to weigh in on the issue, and showed determination and perseverance.     Greg did a great job with our issues today.     We have used several different plumbers in the past, but PlumbRite is by far the best! Everyone we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. The service was prompt and done right. We were informed of what was to be done and the cost, which was very reasonable. Greg came out at our request and even though it was a problem we decided to fix ourselves, he was very professional.     Love Ray! Great experience. Was here in a timely manner on short notice over a weekend. Respectful & mindful. Took the time to explain what was happening in detail.     The technician was very professional and I was very pleased with his service. However, I was not contacted by the dispatch service to let me know when they would arrive. They called only one number in their file. I tried for 45 minutes to get someone to my house before 4pm. After that there is a $150 dispatch fee. Wouldnt you know it at 4:04 pm they sent a tech out and changed me the $150 fee. They will not refund it either.

    I have had really good service with PlumbRite. They are always very professional, timely/punctual, and I’ve had the same tech a couple times come out to help with some items/issues I was dealing with. They do a really good job of explaining the issues, possible causes if not known, how to fix them, and provide detailed options/pricing of what it costs to fix or replace equipment which is very nice so your not left wondering what it will cost afterwards. I have had nothing but great experiences with them and they are a company I will continue to use going forward.

    Had drain backup. Ray came out with camera and snaked and got things flowing but showed us how the pipes looked..yuck. Ray and Jesse came back the next week and cleaned them out and now look better and draining great!     Shawn was very helpful, even talk to my boys about their behavior when he was cleaning the line ( one of them are grounded) they were trying to see what he was doing and being nosy, being boys. Even when I called back hysterical because the line we thought was clear wasnt and water was backing up. They understood and came back promptly. Were not rude to me even though I was upset coming home from classes myself not in the best mood seeing water backed up in my shower. I greatly appreciate Shawn coming back making it right and helping make sure my family could take a shower and use our toilets. I will recommend this company to anyone of my family and friends.

    Plumbrite has been great. They listen to our concerns and ensure they do things right. I like how one person was assigned to our project then other plumbers were pulled in to express their suggestions to address our project. Noah was assigned to ensure our project was done right and when we expressed our concerns during the project he was friendly and professional. Our plumbing issues are now gone in our basement and laundry room. Laundry room was repiped along with our drain. The only issues was that when concrete was poured back, it was a little sloppy , a little inconvenient to reschedule but it was addressed to ensure the job was done right. Noah and the plumbing team were great. Noah showed excellent service as well as communicating throughout the entire project to ensure we are happy.

    We had a pipe back up on a Sunday, and my laundry room flooded. Damion was wonderful. Dispatch got him out to my place super fast, and he was incredibly pleasant and communicated every step of the process. He tested every possible issue and verified exactly where the blockage was. He gave us our options, and was able to clear everything in under an hour and a half. After he fixed the issue, he showed us that everything was working as it needed to and educated us on what to look for in the future. I will likely switch all of my plumbing concerns to PlumbRite in the future, as my usual service provider doesn’t offer emergency or weekend service.

    Shout out to Noah at PlumbRite. 6 year old crappy celebrity homes hot water heater went out on a Saturday in a house of three women. I called PlumbRite who was recommended by HVAC company. 10 minutes later (on a Sunday) Noah called and said he’d be there in 20 minutes. Noah quickly determined what was wrong and very professionally gave us options. We chose to put a new one in. Noah had our choice heater on his truck and within an hour had the new one installed.     Josh came in and did his job well and with professionalism. This is the second time I have had him come out and do plumbing work on one of my properties, I would ask for him again for my next plumbing needs. I have used Plumbrite for about 2 years on four jobs at 2 different properties. Only once did I have a bad experience where I had to have the plumber back and still had to redo some of the work myself. Issue with the Plumber not the company. Next time I asked the company not to send him after that and found out he was no longer employed by them. So, the problem had been solved, I find that a plus.     First and foremost, it’s people that make a great company. Noah makes Plumbrite an incredible company. Noah is hardworking, not afraid of work, polite, did the job right, showed me everything every step of the way and why he was recommending what he was recommending.Noah worked until 7pm on a Friday night, he was never in a hurry, and acted as concerned for my home as if it was his own. Noah is an impressive young man. Sometimes you meet people, and you just know they are going places.@plumbrite, I do a-lot of hiring in my line of business. When I find people like Noah, I make sure I know what is important to them, and I do everything I can to invest in, retain and grow them.We had a slow drip coming from our first floor ceiling. Noah ended up cutting into the ceiling to confirm the cause, which was the wax ring on the toilet. Leaks all fixed, Noah inquired how old the other toilets are in the house. We pulled another toilet, and sure enough the wax ring was starting to leak on that toilet. Noah saved us another trip and another damaged ceiling.

When he couldnt do anymore with what he had to work with, he made the calls he needed to make to get me service. He also was very helpful with explaining everything to me. I would have him back to do work for me in a heart.

    Josh was friendly, informative and beyond efficient. He got our leak fixed and the water back on. Thank you to Sonya om the phone as well. Very friendly and kept us posted. Great job all around!
