Putting a battery in a small device. Redoing the screws in our granite attachment, which should’ve been done in the first place. Quality people, quality results.

My water heater went out this past week and OCB was able to get me scheduled & replaced within a couple of days! The water heater was unfortunately dented when they arrived on install dat, but OCB was able to get a replacement and still managed to get it installed later that same day. Great service and the techs were polite and took the time to explain the new water heater. Highly recommend! Will definitely use them for future plumbing needs.

Integrity. Dan, Andrew, and Jonny showed up to my shop and did the job the way it is supposed to be done. We had a another plumber stop out, the other plumber charged double, brought too small of a snake, and wanted to jet the drain which would have flooded my bay and the other shops in the strip mall. The guys at OCB knew that they weren’t supposed to jet that drain, they brought the proper equipment and got the job done in under 20 minutes. I can’t say enough how grateful I am to have had them come out after the other company ripped me off didn’t complete the job and were just trying to upsell. I’m not a plumber, if a plumber says it needs to be jetted I have to take that advice. The other company wanted to charge nearly 3 times for the jetting. Thankfully these guys had integrity and didnt go for a bigger pay out when that is not what the job called for. Going forward these will be the only plumbers I use.

OCB did great work at an affordable price. I had a clogged main line and after calling 4 plumbers who were too busy to get to me quickly, was finally referred to OCB. Johnny and Nathan came out within a couple hours of my call, and quickly resolved the clog. I felt confident that they were doing good work. They took photos to show me the different stages of the work completion.

This company came highly recommended. The owner, Chris answered the phone first thing in the morning. Nathan and Johnny were out here within an hour. They got the job done fast, efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards. They were affordable and didn’t try to push up sales on me. Huge thank you to all of the wonderful staff at OCB!!Early Sunday morning the water pipes leading into our house from the water main froze and we were in a bit of a panic. We called another plumbing service and their waiting list was over 24 hours long, if not longer. We then called OCB, they also had a list but not as long of a wait so they put us on their list, and said they would keep in touch and get to us as soon as possible. They also provided steps on what we needed to do to reduce the chances of any pipes bursting. They told us to first turn off the water main into the house and then open all of our lower cabinet doors, turn the faucets on just a little and use space heaters to try to thaw any icy pipes under our sinks.They contacted us throughout the day to check in and asked us after a bit, to turn the water main on again to see if the space heaters had been successful in getting the water going again. As that had not worked, they came out when our turn came and within two hours had located the frozen pipe and had it unfrozen before anything could burst. Life was good again.The next day the pipes that go to our laundry room froze. As the laundry room water pipes were on a different wall than the water main pipe that had previously frozen, we knew we had a whole NEW issue-thanks to Mother Nature.We knew exactly who to call! OCB came out within 12 hours and had the laundry room pipes unfrozen, and running within about 30 minutes!These guys are heroes! They are working up to 15-20 hours a day to get to as many homes as possible as quickly as possible!Chris kept in touch with us to make we were ok and also made sure to let us know that, since this cold spell is expected to last several more days, we should continue to keep cabinet doors open, and the water in every fountain in the house, at a slow trickle to keep this from happening again until Mother Nature finally lets up on us.Considering what the cost of burst pipes could have been, we are so very grateful for your advice and the excellent service provided! You truly saved us from what could have been a real disaster!We appreciate you and your team so much!!Who knew I would ever be so happy to do laundry…..

We had a broken pipe in our basement and had a problem with another company (see my other review if interested.) We ended up calling OCB and I couldn’t be happier with the results!They sent out Cody and Clay and these guys were awesome. They arrived on time and had the job done (including putting down concrete and some additional pipe work) in 3 hours! We’d been told by the other company that it would be a two day job….curious.Anyway, Cody and Clay were polite, professional and luckily for us, dog lovers. We have 3 dogs, so it was nice not having to put them up because these guys were great.Our bill was also less than the estimate. How often does that happen? The price was very fair and I would feel extremely comfortable having them back for anything plumbing related and you should too.10/10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Called them on a Friday afternoon/early evening because our main drain backed up while I was doing laundry. Two guys came within a few hours and they were extremely friendly and professional. We all thought the problem was fixed and they left. About an hour later we realized that it wasnt fixed and was leaking again. Gave them a call again and about an hour later two other guys showed up. They were also extremely friendly and professional. They fixed our problem and everything seems to be working fine now. Even with emergency rates they were incredibly affordable. They even cleaned up after themselves when they were done. They put our washer back and hooked it up and even cleaned the carpet on our basement steps. We will definitely recommend them from now on and if ever needed we will always call them first.

OCB Plumbing saved us $24000.00 !!!! Had another company out before OCB who did not know what they were talking about and tried to pull the wool over our eyes and told us it would cost $24000.00 in emergency repairs. Called OCB Plumbing right away . Explained to Shelby in the office what was going on. Shelby had Dan (an experienced plumber) call me and go over what we were told by the other company and he assured me that was not the case and he would come out the next day. Dan, Andrew and Derek came out (way past their quitting time) and Jetted our drain. Showed us the entire main line from house to city connection . got rid of our tree root balls that the other company said they had done and showed us there were not cracks to be concerned about at all. Dan showed us the main line was fine and in full working, clean, cleared condition after the team got done Jetting the main line. They took the time to explain everything to us even though it was well past 7pm. We never felt once that our time was not valuable and never once did they laugh at any questions we had. They earned a customer for life now and I would highly recommend OCB Plumbing and their crew to anyone in the future. Great job guys we cannot be thankful enough for you saving us !

OCB Plumbing was fantastic! I was trying to replace a P-trap myself but it got a bit over my skill level when the connector to the wall was all messed up. I called OCB and they miraculously sent a tech out the same day! The tech even showed up 1 hour earlier than they were scheduled. They were professional, kind, and very helpful. They were able to finish the job quickly and made all of the plumbing uniform (it was a mix of PVC and metal prior). Solid work! I am going to hire them again today to fix a drain problem in my kitchen. I have had so many other plumbers lie, be lazy, or scam me - NOT like that with OCB.I know I can trust them - I know they will charge an honest rate. I highly recommend them! I hope this review helps you feel confident to go with them.

We woke up last Saturday morning to find our front yard leaking. Actually, our water service line was leaking and needed repair. OCB Plumbing was able to get us on the schedule first thing Monday morning. Kenny kept us informed throughout the entire process - including when repair turned into replacement (darn this old house). The guys who performed the work were wonderful and worked their butts off into the evening to ensure that our water was back on before they left. They were respectful in coming in and out of the house to access the basement. Pricing was fair and I would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

Scott came for a drain clean and ended with a disaster, but fought his way through to find the clog in an old house with not the ideal situations one would like. He fought through some gross stuff and came out smelling like roses at a more than fair price. I would recommend OCB and Scott any day of the week.

We had water draining from our living room light fixture (under bathroom on top floor). We checked everything couldn’t locate or replicate water coming down. I was afraid water could be causing damage and the mystery had my wheels spinning so I called them and they looked at it. They determined water had been getting into the bathroom vent (kids bathroom). This raised some questions and learned one of the kids showered but the shower curtain was on outside of the tub causing the water to sit in bathroom floor so I was happy it wasn’t serious, but also had to bite my tongue. They opened the ceiling to make sure it wasn’t anything else or water causing any damage everything was great. They were extremely professional and helpful!!! Very affordable and professional!!!

Always show up on time and get the job done professionally. when my basement had been flooded they kept their shoes clean as to not track mud into my house. everyone I have talked to there is very nice and knowledgeable. they even helped me elevate my water heater in order to keep it from getting ruined again. they also went above and beyond trying to help me fix my old one with warranty since it was just a few months old. I am very satisfied with all the work they have done and will for sure call them with all future plumbing needs.

OCB Plumbing is professional, timely, responsive, and most importantly fair. I bought a toilet for my rental and had OCB Plumbing install it. My toilet wasnt working after install, and Scotts crew came out on two separate occasions to fix the problem right away and never mentioned billing me for the return visits. Straightforward pricing, they tell you when they are expecting to come. If they get hung up for any reason, they will communicate any delays.

Called OCB plumbing for my mom after she had a drain backup. At first she called roto-rooter and they quoted her an astronomical amount to tear up her floor ans replace a check valve. OCB came out promptly and reviewed the job. For the same problem they were able to do the job for a fraction of the cost that roto-rooter was going to charge. Every person I spoke to was professional and courteous, they were always punctual and communicated with me during every step. Highly recommend!!

My hat is off to Dan and ocb! There is no quit in this guy! He sat at our house for 7 hours on a Saturday to get 45 foot of clogged drain cleaned out. He didn’t want to have to dig up our yard and cost all kinds of delays and money. So he kept after it. He got it done when another company couldn’t on two different occasions. Didn’t leave until it was done. Ocb and Dan in particular have gained two families worth of customers for life! Thanks for the hard work!

Had OCB come out on Saturday evening as our septic was clogged and had family home for Thanksgiving. It ended up they had calls ahead of us and it was getting pretty late. Even so they called and said they would still come out when being over 50 miles away. Needless to say they were able get the clog open and if things couldnt get any worse our water went out and even as late it was they put that in for us as well. I own a HVAC and electrical company and understand the value of customer service and workmanship as well as good business ethics. Let me tell you OCB has it all. Oh I didnt mention the pricing.
