I hired JTM Plumbing and Drain to install a new water softener and perform a drain cleaning in my home. Soon after, my 1990’s water heater stopped working. JTM got it replaced! The crew was on time, clean, and professional. I will always recommend the folks at JTM. Dont hesitate to give them a call!

Honest, thorough, and amazing plumber! Our house had several issues, and JTM worked hard to figure them out, going above and beyond what I had come to expect from other plumbers, and they didn’t nickel and dime us. We are definitely going to use them in the future and highly recommend them!

Wednesday midnight our grinder pump alarm started “chirping.” Thursday morning, after checking the level of waste water in the pit to see that the pump was functioning, I contacted JTM to come and check it out. Hannah was able to get me on Friday’s schedule with someone who has experience with residential grinder pumps. Daniel was kind, efficient and knowledgable in his interactions and work with the pump and alarm.This is the fourth time I’ve used JTM and will continue to use them when I need the expertise of a plumber.Thank you, Hannah and Daniel and JTM!

Absolutely great company! Technician was polite, professional, courteous and knew what he was doing!! Can’t say enough great things about him! Receptionists were friendly and returned calls promptly. Arrived ahead of scheduled time and I was notified. Definitely use this company again for sure!
