Robert was awesome! Very nice and knowledgeable. Took care of my drain in about 30 minutes. Also threw in a new soil pipe cap at no charge to replace my broken one. He was worth every penny I paid, including the pennies he found when unclogging my drain. I would 1000% use him again.

Called JACKAT Drain Cleaning, and Robert was at my house in a couple of hours. He diagnosed the problem and got it cleared in in no time at all. But he didnt just stop with clearing the clog. He did a thorough job on snaking our main drain and cleared a potential blockage in the sewer our house drains into.I would not hesitate to call JACKAT Drain Cleaning if I ever had a drain issue again.

Robert was very efficient, professional, affordable and informative! He came at 8pm and spent a couple hours making sure our main line was cleaned out and working properly. We have had multiple problems with our floor drain backing up and never have we had someone take that much time and energy to make sure it was done correctly. He is definitely our go to guy from now on. And did I mention he didn’t even charge an after hours fee!?!? If you are looking for a drain guy...look no further!!

I had the BEST experience with Robert from JACKAT Drain Cleaning with what could have been a homeowners nightmare. He was on time, friendly, knowledgeable, adhered to COVID-safe protocols, and made sure to explain everything to me before he actually took any action. As a first time homeowner, this made me feel secure in my decision to use his services and in his desire to provide excellent customer service. I also greatly appreciated his policy that if he wasnt able to clear my drain he wouldnt charge me. My situation proved to be a little complicated but Robert was determined to do everything he could to get the job, which he did! Robert is the best!!! He was extremely quick and very professional! He even traveled out of his way to help me(us) out, last minute. The Jackrat team was very knowledgeable about what was going on and we’re able to help me out same day at one of occupied rentals. This allowed l my tenants to not be displaced somewhere to shower and use the facilities. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone! Pricing was more then fair for what I asked of in such an emergent notice. Not that I hope to have problems anytime soon but he will be getting my repeat business when I do!
