Excellent service! Fast, friendly, professional, & reliable. 10/10 recommend to all!!On July 26, my air conditioner quit working. I called my go- to -guys-Grunwald- and I had a service technician, Cameron, to my house within 30 minutes. Cameron was knowledgeable, fast and efficient. Answered all my questions, and fixed the unit within the hour. What incredible service, Bravo Grunwald, thanks for saving my family with your incredible skill in the middle of a severe heat wave.!!!!!

Our A/C went out Tuesday afternoon. Called Grunwald on Wednesday morning. They sent a guy on Thursday to give us an estimate. Friday morning the crew was here at 7:30, and all finished installing new heat pump/AC system by 3:30! Unbelievable! Very happy with the service and work they did for us!

They saved my butt last summer when my ac went out when it was high 90s for multiple days. Only had to wait a day when all the other guys said it would be 2 weeks. Ive used them for everything since.

IMPRESSED!I had a backup in my main drain line and apparently, the line had several offsets and the clog was beyond camera view due to one. Tyler and his partner worked blindly on my line for over 2.5 hours and were able to break down the clog and open my line to the street. This was the second time in 6 months this had happened to me. The first company I called out did not clear the line completely, causing this second backup. KUDOS to Tyler for his persistence and professionalism. Grunwald will be my first call from now on!!

My condenser fans motor went out on my AC. I emailed (maybe too much) and called and was able to get someone out that morning. The tech was great and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the issue and set about fixing it in a bit over an hour.I was worried about getting someone for days let alone have someone available within an hour of my call. My house was in the 90s and high 80s for about a day and a half during Labor Day and it was just miserable and Grunwald pulled off a miracle. My little guy will be so happy to come home from school to a cool house.Thank you so much!P.S. we had worked with Grunwald several times in the past and the techs/installers were excellent and seemed like genuinely good patient people.
