    Dont call any other company but Sunwest!! Just came back from a long Labor Day vacation to a lazy and leaking water heater. Called a few companies and they started off with maintenance plans which could save me in the future but didnt really explain the best solution for my home. Tara from Sunwest explained that Rheem offers a 12-year warranty on their Prestige Professional water heaters and explained these are more expensive but offer advanced leak protection and come with a water main shut-off valve in the event the unit does get old and fails/leaks as well as connectivity to Wifi. Her techs Matt and Ryan were extremely knowledgeable, professional and treated the install like it was their own home! I have a few small projects in mind which need to be tackled. When I am ready, I am making one phone call to Sunwest All Service!Thanks guys!Glenn

    They were able to squeeze us in the same day right before Christmas. Steve was on time and fixed our kitchen sink quickly and even gave us tips so it doesnt happen again. Great service, we will be using Sunwest for all our plumbing needs!

    This weekend we noticed corrosion on the top of our water heater. We checked online and it appeared that it was still under warranty. 8 am today (Monday morning) I called Sunwest All Service. After sending them a photo of the water heater and the serial number, they confirmed that Id be getting a brand new unit! By 10:30 am, it was installed--bright, shiny, and new--in our home. Steve was kind, gracious, and skillful. As a bonus, he fixed a water pressure issue in our guest bath sink that Id forgotten to even mention! Highly recommend this company.

    Sunwest is by-far the nicest service company I have ever dealt with. The ladies answering the phones were very informative and accommodating; they were able to schedule an appointment the same day. The technician, Eric, that responded was very nice and very professional. Turned out my issue was something he wasnt able to take care of, however he gave me the name and number of a company that could. Because he wasnt able to actually fix anything, his supervisor gave him permission to give me a discount on the service call. I could not have been happier with Sunwest All Service, or Eric.Several days later a close friend of mine was in need of a plumber ASAP for a backed up toilet and tub. She contacted her regular plumber, but advised her he couldnt help that day, even though it was an emergency (same plumber told me previously that he didnt weekends - no matter the situation). Based on my experience, she called Sun West; they apologized, but informed her that since it was a weekend, they would have to charge her weekend/overtime rates. She agreed, and they someone there with in the hour. She was also very pleased with their service.I highly recommend them and will be referring other to them and will use them for any further plumbing issues.

    Sunwest is the best plumber I’ve ever used! They have done many projects and service calls for me. Without or with minimal interruption to business! Paul and Dave are Professional, provide multiple solutions, and quick response time. Their techs have all communicated well and show up when they say they are going to.     We were without hot water and called a couple of plumbers for water heater replacement estimates. Sun West answered the phone and gave us an estimate the same day. They recommend a tankless heater to replace our 75 gallon unit. We are so pleased with our new tankless water heater. Sun West was professional, on time and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them. The new unit is installed and we are still waiting for an estimate from the other guy.

    I highly recommend Sunwest All Service. We have used them for years and they are the mort important contractor relationship we have in Naples. We are proud to own one of the original beach cottages in Old Naples. Sunwest has done it all for us with exceptional quality. They are strategic problem solvers, timely, and trustworthy.

    I arrived at my condo to find my HWH leaking and called Sunwest ( have been using for 4 years) and they installed a new hot water heater. Not only did the tech change it, he took the extra few minutes to shop vac the utility closet. Kudos to the tech for a professional job but also to Sunwest for hiring top notch employees.

    Ryan and Reid were great technicians! Ryan replaced the spickets on our washer and both replaced the master toilet. Ryan thoroughly explained everything as it happened (e.g. a surprise broken flange and the added cost that would be associated) as he went along. They came quickly and with excellent communication. Thank you for the good service! I recommend.

    Extremely professionally & knowledgeable , arrived exactly on time, explained step by step what needed to be done, cleaned up after themselves, and addressed our questions/anxieties along the way. A really affirmative testament and reflection of their business.A positive experience out of what could have become a homeowners water leak nightmare!     Ryan and Reid saved my Bacon Today. Had a supply line leak. They fixed it no problem. Professional, Friendly, All Pro All the Way. We will continue our plumbing relationship with Sun West.     I had out of town company and the sewer backed up! It was after regular business hours and I made the call to Sunwest Plumbing. Chris took my call and made note of my problem. Within minutes I had a return call from the plumber, Justin and he was on his way. Justin was great. He made me feel better about the situation and he worked diligently until it was fixed. He was very knowledgable, professional and polite! I would use Sunwest Plumbing again and highly recommend them. Thank you to all!
