They were very responsive and very professional. Answered their phone right away, give an appointment within a very reasonable time frame. Had a whole house water filtration system installed. it was expensive but felt it was well worth it in consideration on how hard the water is in Naples and the damage being caused to my fixtures. also the convenience of now being able to drink the water without destroying the environment with all the plastic bottles.

We had water on our bathroom floor. It was the beginning of 2021 and I had my doubts about anyone coming to our rescue. Marco Plumbing came over very soon after I called and detected a leak in my shower floor pan. The entire shower had to be replaced because it had been a slow leak for many months and mold was up the interior walls.We told the owner our budget and he guided us as to what we could do to stay in that budget when selecting the tile and new shower head.They worked really quickly to complete the renovation with perfection. We had some tile remaining and they installed a new floor for no extra charge.One year after the install the handle on the shower was not working right and they sent over one of their friendly installers to fix the handle. We will call Marco Plumbing and refer them to anyone who wants professional, honest and friendly people to work with.

Marco Plumbing was the second company I called. It will be the first if there ever is another need. The first company I called was 2.5x as much as what Marco P. quoted me. They were able to fit me in due to a main supply line leak. They did a great job and thoroughly cleaned up after they were finished. I would highly recommend these guys!

Marco Plumbing responded fast to a water leak in our home this Spring. Don Thompson was very caring in managing our total home repiping project with PAX piping and installing a new main water filtration system & a new water heater with connections to our solar water heating system. Our home wasn’t an easy project due to it’s design, but every Marco Plumber working in our home was very knowledgeable, hard working & always supportive, even coming in one Saturday to complete something. They cleaned up every night. Although I wished I had protected the upstairs carpet a bit more ahead of time, they tried to protect it as good as they could under these circumstances. They also recommended drywall repair service who responded immediately as well. We are very pleased with the outcome & now enjoy chlorine-free fresh water out of every faucet & shower-head in our home. Thank you to everyone at Marco Plumbing for your professional & supportive service!

I dont usually make reviews unless I feel I have to and my god do I have to. I did something real nasty to my toilet and it quit flushing the same since that night in May. I finally had enough of the water trying to bring itself ashore to my bathroom floor and called Marco Plumbing. They came out and did whatever voodoo magic was needed on my porcelain throne and got my baby running right. They were quick, honest and reliable.

My experience with Marco Plumbing was exceptional, they came the day I called to evaluate the issue and it was fixed the next day. I would highly recommend them
