Our experience with HRI was wonderful. I usually dont really like dealing with Heating/AC companies, as Ive had some terrible experiences in the past. Both the lady on the phone who set us up and the technician from HRI were polite, respectful, informative, timely, and reasonably priced. They installed a sanuvox sr purifier and we already notice a difference. Would recommend, and will continue doing business with them in the future!

Outstanding service. Mark was very knowledgeable and experienced with the issue we were having with our outdoor fireplace. Received a quote of $2500 from another company to replace the burner (parts & labor). HRI was recommended to us by another reputable company and diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem in minutes for just a service fee of $125. We’re thrilled to have found them; and highly recommend them for all your GAS or AC repair work!

HRI is a trustworthy, competent organization.I built my new home as an Owner Builder in Collier county over a year ago and used HRI to install my unusual Ductless mini-split inverter type A/C configuration.Mark (the owner) was able to smooth the way for the Collier County HVAC inspection by explaining the sizing process for this type of system - it differs from standard forced air since the amount of cooling provided ramps up to meet the load and does not suffer from the over-sizing risk as much as standard conventional A/C systems do. His recommendations were spot on and the system they installed works beautifully - very quiet and efficient.In the last month of our 1 year installation warranty, we experienced an outage that turned out to be a very slow leak at fittings to a refrigerant branch box - Mark found them and tightened them and we have not had a recurrence. This was all covered by the installation warranty.Our experience has been very positive with HRI.

HRI is a owner run company that is efficient, imaginative and quality oriented. HRI sells and services the equipment and follows up when the job is done. The technical staff as well as the in office employees are professional and willing to listen to questions and gives answers that make sense. If there is a problem, Mark always get back to you in a timely manner. The technical staff is willing to give an answer but if there is no good answer at the time, they go back to make sure the problem is solved correctly. Good products, advice, planning and service sets HRI apart from other companies.

Fast efficient service. Came out the same day, told us of the different options to either fix or replace. We decided to replace the old unit and a new a new gas heater was installed the following day. Mark, the boss, followed up to see if everything was OK and check that we were happy. Great service - Dont look any further!

I’ve called upon HRI three times in the past year. One time was to fix and then, later, to replace an expense BBQ and outdoor fire pit. They did a perfect job and even checked and fixed two gas company regulators attached to the house without me having to ask. Another time, I called upon them to help me fix and restore a gas meter box outside that the local gas company refused to fix and more. In all three occasions, the HRI team has been professional, smart, resourceful and pleasurable to be around. I have been blown away by how good this company is. The employees also speak very well of their owner, who clearly appears to value his employees. 5 star all the way.

Mark is the Best ***** We are so lucky to find Home Rehabilitors They are so prompt and nice to work with. They have fixed our Air conditioning and have replaced our Hot water tank. The tank was leaking and Mark came out the same day and replaced it. Doesnt get any better than that.

I could not be happier with the service I received from HRI. Our house had an issue where another company installed an over sized AC unit without increasing the size of the original, under sized duct work, and the cool air was not able to reach the room furthest from the unit. HRI came in, replaced the main truck line with properly sized duct work and added another return air vent and now the back room is as cool as the rest of the house. Not only did they fix the problem, they also accurately diagnosed the cause of the problem.

As well as, the job was preformed in a professional manner, and not only that, the real surprise was they actually cleaned up behind themselves. 5 stars is not enough to express my gratitude to HRI. I had a very, surprisingly, positive experience with HRI over the last few days! I bought a home in Oct of 2018 that had a total renovation by the flipper real estate agent who was selling the property. We slowly started to find things in the home as we lived here that were not done, well... properly... during the flip. One of these things was the A/C duct work in the VERY small attic. After discovering that certain ducts were not even connected and tied into the system, and that we had a huge leak that was causing us to cool the attic, instead of our home, you can imagine how frustrated a new home owner can be. Because these issues fell under the category of shoddy work on the contractors end, I immediately got the information and contacted the business responsible on the building permits - HRI. Now, this is where my experience got REALLY GREAT with HRI. I gave them a call after 5pm on Saturday, and their owner Mark actually answered the phone! He was super nice and helpful and cordial about the situation and promised that, if it were something that they did wrong, they would fix it. Mark was familiar with my home and the problems involved in the job with the small attic space, he told me to call back on Monday and they would have someone out on Tuesday Morning. And thats EXACTLY what happened. Their technician showed up and did an amazing job. He climbed right on up there and did his job. He said I dont really know what happened up there but I just found problems and I fixed them. I dont believe the tech that did the initial work is still with the company, which is probably the best. My home is finally comfortable to live in, every single room is the same temp all at once! Which is a new feeling! Good on HRI for being a stand up company. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone, as well as sending their info to my realtor as well as my father (who is a head of construction at a large company) and letting as many people I know how great this experience was, when it had the potential to go the complete opposite direction.
