Chris came out to install a new filter sytem for our ice maker. Got right to work and took no time at all. We also had questions about a possible leaking toilet due to the bad smell and before pulling the toilet he checked the floor drain. That was the problem! Love. love, love their service! I was so impressed that they had a beautiful showroom and were able to advise and educate on the options and prices that were available. Once I made my decision they were able to order and install within a few days. Bob Hill Plumbing did a complete renovation of my 1400 sq. ft. condominium in Naples. Outstanding! The workmanship was perfect and beautiful. They are extremely professional and do what they say they will do with excellence. They also have great ideas and sell quality products. Their prices are fair and they stand behind their work. I was extremely satisfied and would use them again and again!

Im new to the area and as a part timer it can be nerve racking to get someone to do a plumbing job via the phone. Bob Hill Plumbing saved my bacon the day of my condo closing. I wasnt going to close due to the seller not fixing a plumbing issue correctly. Kathy pulled out her magic wand and performed a miracle for me and had it fixed prior to closing. I only will ever use this company and plan on contacting them for a future renovation. These people know how to get stuff done, on time and fair pricing. Remember, the cheapest deal in town isnt necessarily your best bet. My shopping experience merely demonstrates the fact that no business can successfully or consistently provide the best service and the highest quality at the lowest price. Saving money is great, but the trade-off is that low prices can lead to potential, delayed disappointment down the road.On another occasion I had the owner spend over an hour with me on the phone talking about renovations ideas and I dont even plan one for another two years. The showroom is beautiful too!

I cant say enough about how happy I am with the service and this company. They took the time to hear my concerns, review alternate plans of action and send a tech who made me feel like I was their only customer. The tech was not on his phone once....nor did the company dispatcher call and ask when he would be done. He was incredibly thorough and made sure I was 100% satisfied and there was nothing further he could do before he packed up. Highly recommend.

I had a very frustrating problem in a newer home master bathroom where the hot water was coming out on the cold side of the master bathroom lavatory faucets. I thought for certain that the original piping may have been crossed. I couldn’t get a hot shower either, (only warm).Well, I called the service department and Kathy explains she has a tech who can come right out and diagnose the problem. Like right out!!!!He determined that the mixing valve cartridge was defective and after replacing that part the problem was solved. BOOM!!!I was so happy with the service that I personally stopped in to thank them.I’d been thinking of changing out some fixtures anyway.Then I met Samantha who works in their awesome showroom too! Very thorough with a particular attention to detail.I ordered some new fixtures and handles too!!!Same installation experience again!!A sharp attention to detail and follow thru!5 Stars All Day!!!.Trevor Tibstra

I called them at 7:15,am with an emergency: my hot water heater had exploded & was gushing water through my garage. They had some one here by 9:40 and had the new heater installed by 3:30 with new piping and a new position. They were able to double the capacity. I couldn’t speak more highly or recommend more highly Bob Hill Plumbing

This morning I met a technician, Lee from Bob Hill Plumbing who was scheduled to service a clogged drain in a clients condo. Lee was on time, professional and knowledgeable regarding the situation. After evaluating the matter...Lee informed me that the drain was not merely a clog...but the entire drain apparatus with plunger had broken off & fallen down into the drain. Fortunately, Lee was able to fish-out the faulty plunger and replace the entire unit. Thank you Lee! Btw, I have used Bob Hill Plumbing many times in my line of work as a Realtor. This company is family owned. I love calling them and speaking with Kathy in the office. Kathy is professional, informative and truly has amazing customer service skills...a real pro. Thank you again for making my job stress free when I need a professional plumber! :)

Alfred from Bob Hill Plumbing is the best! I met Alfred when he fixed a toilet mechanism.Next visit-He disconnected a nasty looking rain shower head, helped me clean it and reinstalled it -until we could order a new one. He also installed a water filter which he told us about on his previous visit. It is outside and will take care of the whole house. Its called a Halo 5. It is a bit pricey but never needs cleaning or filter changing and is covered for 10 yrs. No more calc or chlorine in the water! Just beautiful clean clear water! Thank you Bob Hill Plumbing - and Alfred!
