When it comes to the company, let me start by saying that Brady the plumber and Soni, who represents the company, are absolutely fantastic. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a plumbing crisis in my home, but Brady and Soni were there to save the day. They not only fixed the issue promptly but also went above and beyond to ensure that my home was taken care of during the entire process. Their expertise and attention to detail were evident in every step, and I felt relieved knowing that my home was in capable hands. I cant thank them enough for their exceptional service and genuine care during a stressful time. Thank God for good plumbers, now I can fix the drywall this crazy leak caused.

Above and beyond are the two words that best describe the service we received from Pro-Tec Plumbing & Air. We had a possible leaking problem and needed some help in checking it out. I called Pro-Tex at 7:30 am and they were able to work us into their tight schedule the same day! They performed a detailed inspection and found no leaks! We were so pleased with their service we signed a service contract with them. They are very professional and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services.

I recommend Pro-Tec Plumbing & Air for hot water tank maintenance and or replacement. I had to get a new hot water heater and Brady Lee Wright made the process painless and was extremely professional and communicated with me throughout the new replacement installation. I appreciated the phone call before the service call to let me know he was on the way. Then he also provided 3 options for a replacement and took the time to explain each option and gave an honest opinion on what he would do in my situation. I was also super impressed he was able to come back the very next day to do the installation. He did a great job with keeping the area clean during the removal and installation, which is such a small detail but means a lot to someone like me who is a neat freak! I can’t forget to mention that when I first called to schedule an appointment Shania was also very pleasant and professional. Thanks Brady and Shania! You get 5 stars from me! I just had an AC maintenance after recently purchasing an Annual HVAC maintenance agreement. While doing the maintenance, the technician, Tyler, advised me of few things that he found and clearly explained what it all meant. After listening to Tyler and choosing to move forward, he was able to complete it all. I also like the fact that he took photos of everything (attached before& after photos of the coils). Tyler provided excellent service!

I have tried “ other” Plumbing Companies over the 8 years that we have lived here in Naples, and all are very incompetent or just salesmen ringing up the total.I called Pro-Tec when our Tankless Hotwater heater stopped working, and that afternoon Jordan arrived.He explained, in detail, why it wasn’t working and WHY it needed to be replaced ( which 2 other Companies that same day that came out before him just “ wanted to ring the register “ and talk about other things besides the Tankless Water Heater and how it needed to be replaced or repaired.Because Jordan took time to explain , we bought that New Tankless water heater from him, a new water filtering system, he just changed out our PVC main water line from the street to the house with a new Copper line and new ball valves….We probably have spent over 7k with Pro-Tec in the last week… WHY ? , because of Jordan’s approach ( NOT High Pressure Sales) and his Professional attention to DETAIL in his work.Jordan is a Great Asset for Pro-Tec, and we are lucky he was our Tech over the last week.We made the right decision to hire Pro-Tec for all our Plumbing Needs.David H.

Theyre not the cheapest, but theyre responsive and reliable. Ive had them do work twice, and they do great work. Kenny expertly repaired a leaking copper pipe in the ceiling. Rod was methodical and steadfast in overcoming years of hidden corrosion that fused our old faucets in place. The new faucets look great!Update: Not everything was done correctly the first time, but they came back and fixed it.

Then, after hurricane Ian, they did repairs for my restoration. When we needed our main shut off valves and hot water heater replaced, I knew exactly who I was going to call. Pro-Tec has done top notch work for us each and every time. Their technicians have all been extremely communicative and thorough, respectful and technically competent. Just what you want in a plumber. (We had a not-so-great experience with another local plumbing company, so I dont give these compliments lightly.) Kenny P and Mark are true professionals. I was given options, and as a woman I was never talked down to. Smart, because I have been a landlord for many decades and know my way around tools and maintenance. They did not know this and it didnt matter. I get the feeling that all customers are treated with the utmost professionalism. Their prices are fair and reasonable, which for Naples, says a lot. This is our fourth interaction with ProTec and we have been very impressed with all of the people we have dealt with. Previous work included water heater replacement (past service life at 17 years), A/C not cooling due to low refrigerant and upgrade to shower faucets (replaced individual hot cold with a single mixing valve). Tech Louis P came first to clear my clogged drainage pipe and to perform maintenance- He clearly communicated and showed me pictures he had taken of the work needed - before he left not only did he take care of my A/C, but he also alerted me that he noticed my neighbors A/C unit was frozen. That was good heads up communication, and much appreciated by my neighbor ! Christian was dispatched to follow Louis, because an hour after Louis left, unfortunately the drainage pipe was again filled with water. Christian was there in less than an hour after I made a panicked phone call to the office, and he STAYED for 5 hours! He refused to leave until the issue was resolved! Unfortunately despite Louis vacuuming out the water and treating my drainage pipe, it turned out the Central drain pipe in my building was clogged and could not be found on the property - But Christian never gave up - He became MacGyver! He invented and built a mini pvc pipe system in my utility closet to slow the rate of speed that the water coming out of my system flowed into the central drain. Allowing that slower flow to trickle into the central drain did the trick ! I am incredibly grateful to him. When you spend 5 hrs with someone you really get a feel for the person he is and for the company he works for - And I can wholeheartedly recommend Pro-Tec. Thank you again to Christian.

We woke up this morning to our water heater leaking down our driveway! First company we called could not fit us in for over a week! Pro- Tec said not a problem they would be here before three and they were here, much earlier than that! The two man crew did a great job and we are extremely happy with work and the crew! Pro-Tek was recommended by a friend. I called them & was greeted warmly by Shelby. I told her what the problem was, she checked with dispatch & told me they could have a plumber at my house between 12-2. It was 11 when I called. The plumber called at 11:30 & said he would be there in 30 minutes which he was. He diagnosed the problem (bad back flow preventer), told me the price, left to pick the part up & was back at my house within 30 minutes. 30 minutes later the problem was resolved. Professional, courtesy& very nice. I would highly recommend Pro-Tek & Brandon & Shelby.
