Huge dogs, tons of fur. Well, my drain pipe was clogged again due to the long fur from my large dogs. I reached out to a plumber friend who suggested two services, but neither responded. Therefore, I decided to contact the professionals, like those at a well-known plumbing company. Boom! I secured an appointment for the next day. Received a call from the dispatcher an hour earlier than expected to confirm the early slot on the technicians afternoon agenda. Brady was fantastic! Very friendly, he listened as I described how the blockage occurred and explained the various scenarios along with their respective costs. For instance, if he had to tackle a second line, there would be a reasonable additional charge for that. Brady had my drain pipe functioning smoothly in no time, and I felt the cost was fair for the work done. Im very pleased with my decision to call this plumbing company. Thanks again, this is far more satisfying than dealing with car repairs! -

He responded swiftly, managing to complete all services and repairs within the same day. The quality of the work carried out instills a high level of confidence in both the service and the product provided. This is a company I would recommend to anyone without hesitation! Edit: An additional issue arose later on, relating to a leak in my outdoor plumbing. Yet again, the team, including Danny and Jordan, came through for me. They efficiently identified the issue within my irrigation system in Naples, and even helped me work out the pricing when unexpected complications arose. I am highly confident that the job was done correctly and I wont have to deal with similar issues in the future. Their excellent communication skills and commitment to their promises have left me extremely grateful. Big thanks again! -

The person I interacted with was very detailed in his inquiries, ensuring he grasped the issue fully. I was informed that Brady would be at my place within the next 2 hours. After a text confirmation and an update on Bradys arrival, he showed up within the promised timeframe. Brady attentively listened to my description of the problem, cross-checked it with the notes provided to him, and then proceeded with his assessment. After presenting me with a cost estimate, I gave him the green light to proceed. Brady is friendly, efficient, and customer-focused. He answered all my queries and put me at ease. Upon completion of the task, when Brady was preparing to accept my payment, I was pleasantly surprised that the final charge was less than the initial estimate. Thats when they referred me to this company. I quickly made a call and left a message. They called me back promptly, assuring me that someone would be there around 2:30. An hour before the scheduled time, they texted me to inform me they were on their way. Brady arrived and started to investigate the issue. After some wall digging, he identified and swiftly fixed the leak. Not only that, but he also offered to attend to another potential related problem. Bradys professionalism and sincerity made it feel like a family member was doing the work at my Naples home. The pleasant surprise came with the bill. It was so reasonable that my immediate reaction was, Is that all? I cant praise these guys enough for their exceptional plumbing service! -

Amidst this situation, I had to move my 88 year old Sister-in-Law to a safer place until the repair work was done. Finally, I reached out to plumbers in neighboring areas, and to my relief, Brady from a professional plumbing team arrived the next morning! The team was swift and proficient. I was expecting a massive bill, but to my surprise, it was quite reasonable. They even fixed a faucet drip that another local plumber had advised me to get a handyman for. Clearly, they arent choosy about the plumbing tasks they handle. I am genuinely grateful for their assistance. -

Danny was excellent! He really went the extra mile with all the tasks he performed. He did far more than just locating and repairing the water leak in my home. Once Ive repaired the water damage and my home is back to normal, Danny and his family will definitely be invited to our housewarming party. I remembered having a great experience with them before, so when a new issue popped up about a year and a half later, I reached out to them again and was glad to see Danny once more! It was such a relief to see a familiar face that I knew I could rely on. My housewarming party is still in the works, but Danny and his family, along with Brady from the same company, are definitely on the guest list. Im always grateful for their help when I need it! -

Review: My family and I had an outstanding experience with Liam & Sons Plumbing & Air. This family-run business is absolutely top-notch. They repiped our vintage, 50-year old two-story home, which includes 2.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, laundry room and three external faucets. They even extended their repiping services to the city connection at the curb, all without wreaking havoc on our yard. Once the connection was completed, Jordan installed an indoor water shut-off valve, making it unnecessary to go to the front curb to turn off the water. As you can imagine, we were quite anxious about the scale of the project, but Jordan and Brady (team members) visited our home twice to explain everything to us and ensure we were comfortable before proceeding. They estimated the entire process would take just two days. We were skeptical, but they proved us wrong by finishing the job within the promised time frame. Working with the team was a pleasure. They were always considerate about keeping our home clean, covering their shoes and protecting our floors. They were prompt in responding to our queries and their customer service was excellent. A week after the job was completed, we noticed a minor drip in the bathtub. We reached out to them in the late morning, received a call back by the afternoon, and by mid-morning the next day, Danny was there to rectify it. We encountered another minor issue with a drip in our master bathroom shower. Within minutes of contacting them, they asked if they could stop by that same evening. Despite being fully booked until the New Year, they wanted to ensure everything related to the repiping was working properly. The issue turned out to be unrelated to the repiping - a piece of rust from our old pipes had lodged in the valve cartridge, preventing the shower from completely shutting off. They replaced the cartridge and everything has been working perfectly since. The best part? They didnt charge us a penny for this exceptional service. We look forward to working with them again, should we have any more plumbing needs in the future. We cant recommend Liam & Sons Plumbing & Air in Naples highly enough! -

My mom owns a building in naples that we lease to university students. We encountered some trouble with the toilet and got in touch with a highly suggested plumbing service by a neighbor. they were quick to respond and inspect the issue. turns out, the tenants had blocked the toilet with tampons! lesson learned: feminine products should not be flushed. Brady from the plumbing service was able to unblock the toilet and clean the pipes! would definitely recommend! brady was skilled and professional. the work was also reasonably priced. -

His personality was a delight and his knowledge was impressive.
