The company that I chose to renovate my bathrooms, exclusively uses Charlies Angels Plumbing. I was told they do exceptional work and I would love them. I can honestly say that its true. Adam, Bethany, and Albert provided excellent service and were so patient in answering all my questions, especially in making sure I was choosing the right selections for the bathroom fixtures (faucets, toilets, & tub). Also, the phone call reminders from Nora were always nice to hear. I am so pleased with how the bathrooms turned out. They were also able to change my kitchen sink which looks wonderful! I am most happy that now I have a plumber I can call and its Charlies Angels Plumbing. They are the best!

I have been a client for more than 20 years.As has been my experience with them over those years; when my disposal had served its life expectancy, I called Charlies Angels and scheduled an appointment. I requested that if there was a cancellation that could allow me an earlier repair, please let me know. Within a few hours, I received a reschedule call and was given an appointment the next morning. The repair person was there on time and installed a new disposal within an hour. They were clean, replace every item removed to facilitate the replacement, while remaining polite and informative. Without hesitation, Charlies Angels are my 1st call with any plumbing issues and the 1st company I will always recommend.

Nora was very helpful setting up appt and answering questions. Albert, the tech, arrived right on time for appt. Nora estimated 3 hours. I had numerous issues that needed attention, plus installation of a new kitchen faucet. Albert worked hard, did great work & it did take him 3 hours to complete. I have 2 showers which need to be redone and plan to have them do the plumbing. They will also handle any needed permits. I highly recommend Charlie’s Angels.😇

I had called them to install a new outside water shut off valve. Our handyman told me we needed a new valve. The plumber that came out checked the valve and told me it was fine and I didnt need to spend the money for a new one. Was I surprised, and thankful to find a genuine honest repair person. Many are and some are not. I used a little penetrating oil and it works great. Thank you Charles Angels for being so honest, I will use you again.

Great service! My garbage disposal started leaking so called Charlies Angels, told them it wasnt an emergency however since I had daughter visiting with a baby soon would be good. I contacted Charlies Angels Plumbing as my water heater needed to be replaced (just too old) and I wanted a water softener installed at the same time. Adam came out and made sure he understood my requests and sent me a quote relatively quickly. When I agreed he got me on the schedule. As my scheduled date approached I received multiple reminders which, to me, was great because I did not have to reach out to them or worry if they would be coming. Jonathan came out on the scheduled date and was actually early.Adam came out that day also and helped to be sure all was done the way I wanted it. Adam and Jonathan were both very personable, understood what I wanted and executed the work quickly and neatly. Very nice, straight forward and professional.I will use Charlies Angels for my plumbing needs in the future.

I have a personal plumber that does excellent work, but he deferred me to a friend to install a new instant below the sink water heater. The one we had stopped working. I called his friend--he did show and looked over the job. He wanted me to get a high-end water heater down by my existing tank. I told him I just needed to replace the one I had. Well, he never returned. So, I was riding my bike in our development and saw the Charlies Angel Truck; I stopped by to speak with the plumber--I told him what was going on--showed him a picture of what we had. He simply said--get the heater you want/need on Amazon, and we will install it. I thought this is too easy. Well, sure enough I ordered the piece, received it very timely. I contacted Charlies Angels I made an installation appointment. Kristen, the plumber called ahead like the email said the plumber would. She changed out the new one very timely. I also did like the details of how to pay and the rates. One other comment; we have lived at our current location for 10 years. I like to maintain my property so I asked if she could look over the full house hot water tank. She advised me of what to look for when the tank was getting close to not working. When the time comes, I will be calling Charlies Angels to replace the tank---- 5 STARS. TY

Upon getting the permit, it was discovered that a prior permit under another company was not completed properly 3 years prior. I got a three month run around from the company. Adam, with Charlie’s Angels stepped in and offered his assistance. Not only did they do a great job on our bathroom, Adam went above and beyond the help resolve our permit issue from the previous job with a different plumbing company. I had a leak in an interior wall. They responded and arranged to come out the following day to address it. She arrived promptly on time the next day. She cut a hole in the drywall to expose all of the Uponor couplings on the hot water line. Subsequently, she removed the couplings, and reconnected the line with PEX. The work was done in a professional manner and she provided an explanation for why we should go to PEX couplings versus the Uponor. FYI. this is the 2nd break in the pipe with the Uponor couplings. The area was thoroughly cleaned up prior to her departure. I highly recommend them.

Only visiting Florida for one week at my brother-in-law‘s home. The shower in the guest bathroom only ran cold. We saw a Charlie’s Angel plumber truck next-door servicing our neighbor. Went over and asked if they could stop and take a look at the shower. The lady plumber was fantastic. She was polite and knowledgeable and very good at her job. She fixed the problem and her charge was reasonable. We would recommend to anyone in need of a plumber. I wish we had this kind of service at our home in Ohio

We had been receiving higher than usual water bills for a few months. We did several meter tests over a period of time and still could not find the leak. Finally, water started to bubble up in the ground near the water meter. I now knew where the leak was and I needed to call in the professionals. I had seen favorable reviews about Charlie’s Angels and particularly liked their family story and that the daughters were also licensed plumbers! I love it when women pursue non-traditional careers! Brittany (one of the daughters) came with her shovel and tool belt and fixed the leak in under an hour! We are so happy with the excellent work and would definitely recommend these Angels for all your plumbing needs.

This whole job was a fiasco from the start, but Adam and his team took control of the project and saw it through from start to finish. It was very challenging for them considering they were doing this during the Covid lockdown, not to mention dealing with Collier County and every little item they came up with. I cant say enough great things about Charlies Angels Plumbing, especially with them taking over, having to get the permits transferred to their name, while still dealing with the crisis and the county.
