What a nice and efficient technician. Allen was super professional, on-time, and very patient to answer all of my questions. He took the time to listen, and explain everything that he was doing, and overall, it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. I’ll ask for him by name, the next time I want some plumbing work done at my house. The receptionist/appointment setters were both very nice to deal with, and took the time to listen to my issue. They were able to successfully dispatch Allen out to me, the very same day. Seth was my technician that came to my condo and observed the work that needed to be completed. He was very knowledgeable and polite to speak with. The company Aztec Plumbing called me to let me know that Seth was on his way and his exact time was given for his arrival. Seth took multiple pictures of the work that he completed, and that was so great because I am in Michigan and not able to personally see the completed work in person. We were so pleased with Aztec plumbing services! Had an emergency situation and they were immediately reachable by phone, and we had a plumber on property within the hour! Anthony troubleshot the situation with us, listening to the background information and history that we shared. We appreciated that it was collaborative and he avoided cutting into drywall to diagnose the problem. The solution was found quickly thankfully, and the adjustment was made immediately. We will not hesitate to use Aztec plumbing services again!

I contacted Aztec for a needed toilet leak repair. The receptionist was very professional, friendly and gave me a same day appointment. Ryan, the technician, arrived on schedule and was very friendly, professional and asked to review the issues. Once Ryan inspected the problems, he immediately advised me of the repair, parts needed and cost. Upon my agreement to have Ryan perform the repair., he diligently repaired the existing plumbing. He continually updated me on the work and how much time to complete. Once completed, he tested the work to insure proper performance. At that point Ryan reviewed everything with me, explaining warranty and operation. The cost was exactly as I was told. Ryan is very customer driven and an excellent technician. I definitely recommend Ryan and Aztec to anyone searching for a plumber.

We needed someone to come out quickly and were not at home when this happened. Four companies didn’t have anyone but Aztec said they could get someone within an hour and a half and they came out and saved the day. We ended up getting a new water heater and they had it up and running in no time. Very professional service by G. He explained everything they were doing and at the end sent me photos and a warranty and an invoice. Great service.

The tech was very knowledgeable and courteous and explained how the water in Florida homes tends to cause a buildup that resulted in the initial problem. My tankless hot water heater stopped working. Brook and Michael came out within a couple of hours on a Sunday, after my cold shower!!!! After one look they saw that my gas supply line had been shut off (guessing lawn service was responsible on Saturday). Once the gas lever was switched on the hot water returned. No charge!!!! Plus they were great guys!! Who can ask for more??

I have had alot of plumbing work done over the years and our plumber Giandrey was super professional and explained everything in detail during our estimate. Best part was he was able to start work right then on the spot. Initially, we called Aztec just for hot water tank replacement but end up getting whole house water treat installed as well as replacing 2 shut offs that were corroded behind the washer and fridge. Giandrey was meticulously when I checked his work and cleaned up after he was completed. Spent the entire day with us getting everything done. Highly recommended

Aztec is our go to for plumbing issues and the service has always been great. This week EVERYTHING stopped working at once. We were able to get someone out very quickly, and although it took a few visits to diagnose and address it was done very quickly and everything was resolved the next day! Each of the representatives we had come to our home were so professional and friendly; Jacob was absolutely wonderful! He took the time to explain everything that was going on and offered tips on how to avoid the same thing happening again.

We used Aztec a few years back to do a re-pipe and were very pleased. We were getting new countertops and wanted to also replace our toilets and fixtures. We immediately reached out to Aztec because of our previous experience. Trent was absolutely amazing. He came out the first day to unhook everything and did a complete inspection and run down of what we would need. He was knowledgeable and informative. After the countertops came, Trent and James came back to complete the installation and again, took their time and made sure everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction. My water heater broke in the middle of the night on a Saturday. After cleaning everything up I started to look for a pluming company and realized that Aztec Plumbing was parters with Gulf Shore Cooling the company I used for my A/C services. Let me tell you Brooks came out on a Sunday during a tropical storm to help me out. After a quick evaluation it was obvious that I needed a new water boiler and the main water line to my condo needed to be replaced. Since it was a Sunday and my HOA was off he needed to come back the next day. He was there before the estimated time (which never happens here in FL) and did a fantastic job replacing everything. He took the time to show me what to do in case of an emergency and showed me how everything works. I will recommend this company to all that need plumbing help. Thank you Brooks for all your help!

We had our kitchen sink completely stop draining on a Friday evening. My husband attempted to unclog the sink with no luck. A co-worker of mine suggested Aztec as he had a good experience with this company. My husband called Saturday evening when he got home from work and Jose was able to come to our house shortly after we called. Jose was fantastic! We had a complete blockage that took quite a bit of work to free. Jose worked very hard to clear it up and also fixed some of the piping under the sink. He was very upfront with the price which my husband and I both really appreciated knowing what it cost before agreeing to having the work done. My garbage disposal wasn’t working and two hours later a rep came to fix it. Customer service is excellent! I was called and emailed both visits (I had other work done) and my service person Dan was knowledgeable, personal and very competent. He put in a water filtration system, a new sink and new valves and stainless steel lines and the work was exceptional. I would highly recommend this company. There were no pressure tactics either. My overall experience was the best I have received from any company for some time.

The faucet on our tub had been leaking for months and we had previously had someone from Aztec (can’t remember his name) come out to fix it and he looked at it and said he couldn’t fix it. He didn’t put any effort into it. It definitely disappointed us because we’ve always had excellent service with Aztec. With everything going on (COVID-19, etc) several months went by and the leak got worse so we called another company but they never returned our call so we decided to give Aztec another shot. We are so glad we did because they sent out Jason Downs, who really put the effort into fixing our faucet without hesitation. Being 5:00 on a Friday he could have easily said he couldn’t fix it or he didn’t have the parts in his truck to replace it, but he didn’t. He put the effort in and was able to stop the leak and fix our tub. We will definitely be using Aztec again and asking for Jason Downs! Thank you.

She explained that They don’t charge a service call fee up front, and would evaluate, explain and let me decide if I wanted to proceed with the work/estimate. So far this phone call exceeded any expectation that I had.THEN, I got a phone call to follow up on my call, and to make sure that I knew Jon would be arriving shortly, and if there were any questions, issues or concerns, to let the caller know. Our water heater went out on a Saturday about noon. I called Aztec and they actually answered the phone. I spoke to Janet who was very empathetic and professional. She told me that they would be able to come out in the afternoon that day sometime between 1 and 3. By 1:30 they sent the tech Adam Fipps to give us as estimate. I knew our hot water heater needed replacing so Adam gave us a couple of different options and we settled on the most appropriate one for us. I must say that Adam was the most personable, efficient, friendly, competent and skillful plumber I have ever encountered. He replaced the unit exactly as proposed and we were back in hot water within a couple of hours of our initial call. I highly recommend Aztec and Adam to anyone with any plumbing needs!
