Javier came to our home to deal with my bathroom faucet issues - slow flow and drainage with my Moen faucets. He quickly diagnosed the problems and made several helpful recommendations. AIM has a discount coupon you can use too for first time visits. Just keep in mind plumbing calls are not cheap. However, I should be good to go for awhile as a result.

Javier did a very good job replacing the faucet assembly for our quest bathtub and adding an access panel to two shutoff valve he put on the bathtub cold and hot water through our guest bedroom wall. He only had silver screws for the bright white access panel on our bright white wall. I had to provide him with four white screws. He spent four or five hours doing a big job and returned water to our quest-full house which had had NO WATER for over 16 hours.My only complaint is the price of over $2,500.00! I was in a difficult situation and I think AIM took advantage of me.Following my review above, I received a call from an AIM representative who listened to my concern about the price and agreed after speaking with the AIM Service Manager to offer a significant price reduction. While still expensive, I have changed my rating based on the excellent customer service and willingness to listen to and address my concern.

We have used AIM PLUMBING twice in the past year and both of their plumbers were very polite, experienced, and professional! However, having owned a plumbing and heating company previously and while understanding the intricacies of the plumbers travel time and tools and equipment costs, it would appear that their pricing is substantially higher than similar firms. This is the only reason we haven’t given them 5 stars. But both Eddie and Carlos were excellent plumbers.

AIM Plumbing and all their employees are an anomaly for the Southwest Florida region.... They are simply amazing!!! We called them on Monday inquiring about installation of an under sink reverse osmosis water system. Within 30 minutes we were contacted by Carlos who introduced himself and asked a few questions about our needs. Twenty minutes later Carlos came to our house, reviewed our plumbing layout and recommended a system for a very reasonable price. We agreed on the system and price with him. Within 10 minutes we received a call from Hasly, in administration, informing us they had to order the system and it could be installed by Friday. The next day (Tuesday) Hasly contacted us to let us know they had received the system from their supplier and could install it the next day (today, Wednesday). Hasly said they would be to our home between 8 and 10 am to install the system. This morning, at 8am, Carlos contacted us that he was on his way to our house with the system. He arrived on time and installed the system very quickly and professionally.AIM Plumbing is the first contractor we have EVER dealt with who were professional, attentive, on time and very dedicated to the customers needs. Their attentiveness to our satisfaction reflects greatly on the success of their company and its reputation. On a scale of one to ten......... We give them a fifteen!!!!!!

Aim replaced two bathroom faucets for us with two new faucets. I thought the price that was charged was excessive and initially wrote a critical review. Lee called immediately to set it right. I like hard working business people that value their reputation and I appreciated the follow up and consideration. Yordi, who did the work, was a good guy and good to work with, and he did a quality job. I would use Aim Plumbing again.

Stop looking for a plumber. You wont find better than AIM. Lets see, they were incredibly prompt and very professional. The plumber they sent over (Raffie) was extremely courtesy. And knowledgeable is an understatement. He was able to diagnose our problem (which was not readily apparent) in less than a minute. He didnt have the necessary part to fix the problem so he called one of his colleagues to come over and deliver it to him. Most other places would have scheduled another visit. Seriously, I have dealt with many service and repair companies over many years - havent had a better experience than I did with AIM.

Chris H. arrived promptly at the time promised. He did a superb job diagnosing and clearing our kitchen sink drain line. He used the proper equipment and cleared the line within 90 minutes. The “clog” was a “buildup” that occurred over 15 years and was stuck in the line about 27 ft from the sink under our tiles. He was very courteous and certainly knew what he was doing. Chris also tested our water and explained several remedies to improve the quality. I had used AIM Plumbing (Carlos) in the past on an outdoor plumbing problem and was impressed with their work. That’s why they were the first plumbing company I called when the kitchen drain line clogged. I will absolutely use AIM Plumbing again for any future indoor or outdoor plumbing problems. The price was very fair for the amount of work and equipment involved.

Our professional , Yordi , was just great. On time & very professional. He had quite a bit to work out in our laundry. We were not getting any hot water to washer . Also shut off valves had aged out ( visible corrosion/rust) & were leaking under laundry sink. It was not a simple job . But he got to the source of problem. Also advised us on the condition of pipes ( & shut off valves) behind washer & under laundry tub. We will definitely use them as our go to plumbing company going forward. We couldn’t be more pleased.
