Privette was the 4th plumbing company to come out to diagnose a smell in the bathroom, and the only one to actually find the issue. Joey was excellent and trustworthy. He did not try to upsell me on extra work or maintenance contracts (unlike the other companies). I will definitely recommend Privette to everyone, and use them again in the future!

Joey came to my house yesterday to replace my flusher fill valve and put in a 1/4 turn valve .Also he replaced a kitchen sink cartridge in the faucet. He was patient and diligent . Best in Collier Co. Was leaving town the next day when my toilet developed a crack. Privette sent a repair guy after hours and still only charged their regular rate and gave me the discount that they do for our community. Luv Privette and would not use another plumber

We called them for a waste line stoppage. They pulled up a toilet and found it was the main line and felt Collier County would take care of it. They reset the toilet and were right about Collier County because it was a root condition in their line. The plumber was excellent and so very very clean.

Had a major sewer back up late at night called privette plumbing and they responded with in 40 min. Temporary fix so we could use our house that night and then promptly installed an entire new sewer line from house to street. Using a camera they showed us the three breaks in our existing line. Excellent services, great price. Really glad we choose them for the job

I made an appointment with Faye in the office. She was professional and clear about the cost for the service I required. Dale, Gerald and Joe showed up on time and hydro jetted three lines and cleared a clog that was causing a back up. They were professional and completed the job quickly. I have had many companies perform a similar function at this address over the past 30 years. Privette Plumbing is by far the best and the price they charged was more than fair.

We own a large restaurant and unfortunately most of our plumbing issues occur when most plumbers are closed. We had a major leak at 8pm and couldn’t find anyone that was willing to come immediately. We found Privette Plumbing on line and the owner, Gerald, answered his cell phone immediately. Within 20 minutes he was onsite and within an hour he solved the issue. Honest, reasonable and willing to work hard; I would recommend them to anyone. Awesome!

I had previously called another company to find the cause of a blocked drain. All the toilets and sinks were blocked so the blockage was in the main pipe from my home leading to the sewer in the road. They put a TV camera down the pipe cleanout and found that tree roots had intruded into the pipe near the road. They jetted a small hole through so the pipe would drain and charged me $1,008. They proposed replacing a 5ft section of the pipe at a further cost of $5, 581, so I said that I would get a second opinion first.I called Brian Privette of Privette Plumbing. He also put a TV camera down to assess the situation, then advised me to call the City Utilities Department as, in his opinion, they were responsible for this section of pipe. I called the city and they upgraded and replaced the section at no charge.To my surprise, Mr. Privette also did not charge me for his work and advice. An honest plumber indeed. I shall certainly use his company in the future and wholeheartedly recommend it to my friends.
