I called Plumbing Nerds this afternoon for a leak in our water main. The woman on the phone (I wish I remembered her name) was very pleasant and quick. She had me scheduled immediately and someone was on the way in a couple of hours. I got a text and email allowing me to track my technician, and a call when they were 45 min away.My technician Eric was wonderful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He answered all my questions and fixed the leak in an hour. Their monthly membership is very reasonably priced and has great benefits, a definite must for owners of older homes. As the owner of a newly built home, we didn’t need it. But in the future I would definitely become a member.Overall I had a more than pleasant experience. In an age where customer service has been dwindling, they have greatly succeeded in providing amazing customer service. Without a doubt Plumbing Nerds should be your go to plumbing service

Within seconds of inspecting our poor, struggling unit, he diagnosed the problem with the precision of a neurosurgeon and the charm of a late-night talk show host.Not only did he fix our cooling system, but I swear the air is now crisper, cooler, and fresher than a mountain breeze. He even took the time to explain every detail in a way that made me feel like a certified AC technician myself. My plants are thriving, my dog and baby are happier, and I think my electric bill gave me a wink of approval.Honestly, I’m considering inviting him to Thanksgiving dinner—he’s family now.

We were forced to replace all the plumbing in our house in order to sell, and a friend recommended Plumbing Nerds. They sent Luis with his team, and had the pipes replaced in a single day, neatly cutting out the drywall and saving it for repair. Every member of the team was polite, efficient, and left our home neat and clean. Nicole worked with the county to expedite the inspection so we could meet our closing date. After the inspection, Aramis came and replaced the drywall, skim coated, and even matched the textures on all the various walls. Again, he was polite, efficient, and left our home neat and clean. It was not a fun process, but Plumbing Nerds made it as enjoyable as possible. Not having to track down someone to do the drywall was a huge blessing. I highly recommend them for replumbing.

He insisted on wearing shoe covers when he arrived and then got right to work. It turned out to be a minor issue that he was able to repair quickly and even showed me how to handle it should it happen again. After 7 years, my under sink RO and water softener stopped working all together. I’m on well water so that was a BIG problem for me. As a mom of three growing boys and three pups, water quality ranks very high on my home quality of life scale. I was told that Eddie at Plumbing Nerds was the top water treatment guy in the area so I reached out the the Nerd team and spoke with Joshua in the call center and he got me all set up. (Top customer service guy if you ask me!) Alex on the dispatch team reached out via text message to coordinate the best possible day for his visit which was very convenient for me as I’m not always able to answer phone calls!Before I knew it, Eddie was on his way just as I hoped he would be. He gave me multiple options to choose from and in the end we customized one last option to give me every thing I knew I wanted and one more thing that I didn’t even know was an option! I’m so grateful for Eddie B. and the entire Plumbing Nerd family. I will definitely be calling on Plumbing Needs for all of my plumbing needs! Dusan arrived on time. He checked our Hybrid Water Heater and identified several issues related to incorrect installation that was done by a different plumbing installer in 2019. After explaining our options, we agreed on a temporary fix. He had the system running again and we will continue to monitor realizing that the compressor may not continue to operate much longer.He was courteous and gave us understandable explanations. We will definitely call on Plumbing Nerds again when we need a new water heater. We would also recommend Plumbing Nerds based on this experience.

Sean was great! He took one look at the mess the counter top installers made for our sink install, tore it all out, figured out a work around, and built a new Frankenstein drain that let us keep the garbage disposal we thought wouldnt fit. Even when I missed his call the first time, he just turned around and came back with no complaint, was professional and friendly, cleaned up when done, and even taught me a few things to help manage on my own next time. Pricing was a little high but you dont get quality like this for free, and Plumbing Nerds are at the top of the quality heap. Thank you for the one day turnaround and EXCELLENT customer service!

The two technicians Jeff K and Ryan M kept me informed of their progress regarding my repair at all stages. They cleaned up the mess as they worked and took extra care to not track dirt throughout my home. I cannot say enough good things about Plumbing Nerds as a company, especially when they employ expert professional plumbers like Jeff K and Ryan M. I will definitely be using Plumbing Nerds for any and all future plumbing needs. They confirmed it was the well pump and promptly fixed the issue. Customer service was excellent and the job was finished thoroughly and quickly. The price for a new well pump is outrageous by the way, but that applies to all companies. I would definitely recommend plumbing nerds.

Hes so smooth, before I knew it, I was spending over $5,000 for some fantastic improvements in our water system as a whole. This young man is worth his weight in gold. Jacob installed a new faucet and drain in the new bathroom vanity and replaced the valves and washing box to the washing machine which were over 30 years old. Plus, in a prior visit, he found the source of a drippy, intermittent leak that was coming through my bathroom ceiling but was actually coming from a waste pipe in the condo unit above me. He is professional, friendly and honest! He worked very neatly and cleaned up well taking any garbage out with him. No mess was left behind at all! I am definitely happy with Plumbing Nerds in general and with Jacob in particular. Hes an excellent Nerd 🤓!!

We had some plumbing issues with one of our toilets and since I had Plumbing Nerds out previously for another issue and they were great I called them back for this issue. They pulled the toilet and checked the lines and it was noted my “fancier” toilet was from 2015 (2021 new construction) and had a weird boot on it that appeared to be partially causing the issue. A piece of plastic was also found in the line. Joe reset the old toilet to see if clearing the line helped. It still wasn’t flushing well so we set up an appt to replace that toilet. I was called, emailed and texted to keep me up to date on arrival and we got a new toilet installed and so far all seems well. My 3 total experiences with this company has been fantastic and I will definitely I rely use them for future needs.

I very seldom participate in reviewing any business, however I believe this company deserves my time to say what an awesome experience from the initial phone call to a complete repipe of our winter home.We had a main pipe burst in our home and we didnt know where to turn being from Minnesota.There are some companies you google on line and you are still skeptical of the positive reviews, but I can honestly say this companys reviews are legit.From Joshua and Claire in the front office to the Project Management team Shawn and Jeff; Jeff who himself is a seasoned plumber was the one who actually gave the in person analysis of our project and presented an accurate economic proposal within a hour of arrival.We finalize the contract which only took a few minutes more.Then I asked when can you start and how long does it take. Jeff with confidence said I can have my team start tomorrow and it will most likely only take 1 day. I was flabbergasted.I was like Really? I actually delayed it one day to catch my breath. The team showed up as promised, Who consisted of Louis lead plumber, Angel plumber, and Aaron apprentice.Let me tell you these guys are top-notch professionals, self starters, no nonsense men who a there for one purpose, to give you the best quality products and installation money can buy.As a homeowner I am always skeptical to who I let into my home but I felt so comfortable after Louis assured me You are in good hands so I left and went to work. At about 3:30 pm. I got a texted job was completed and everything in our home was cleaner then when they arrived that morning.I came home to a complete repipe with all new quarter turn shut offs at all sinks, toilets, refrigerator, washer, outdoor spickets, new water main ball shut off valve and a brand new hard wired electric Rheem water heater with code required drain pan.All done in 6 hours, say it aint so?If you are possiable thinking of a plumbing project call the Plumbing Nerds, I promise you you cannot go wrong. This issue, plumbing installed by a Handy Man prior to our purchase of the home. After 31 years, the pipe finally burst, hidden, under concrete, leaking at approximately 1 gallon per minute. Thinking we would be without water for many hours, the issue was solved within two hours. Dusan Milanovic was sent in response to our cry for help. He thoroughly researched the issue, evaluated multiple resolutions, counseled me regarding what was best for us. He did not try to upsell at any time. Dusan Milanovic is an excellent ambassador for Plumbing Nerds. If you need a plumber, I highly recommend Plumbing Nerds and ask for Dusan Milanovic. I know I will be going back to them for all my future plumbing needs. A house more than 31 years old, will definitely have more challenges ahead.

After the receipt of am unusually high water bill, I contacted the water company and found I was losing 22 gallons of water 24 hours per day. Finding out the problem was not the toilets, I contacted Plumbing Nerds that advertised their leak detection serviceOn day one, Jose found a leak near my front door but he didnt believe it would account for the 22 GPH loss, so we opted to have the main line replaced. The following day Brian and Heron began work on disconnecting the old pipes and installing new. Roots from a large oak tree made ditch digging for the new pipe difficult but they persisted. Reinstalling pavers for the front walkway was excellent, returning the lawn and landscape to its original state was good, and cleanup was outstanding. We also had several aging valves and shut-off devices replaced. I extremely satisfied with the results. Brian was particularly responsive. He kept me abreast of his progress, fully explained his improvements, and demonstrated the results to my satisfaction. Plumbing Nerds will be returning to resolve my pond issues and install new filters for my water filtration system. I plan to use Plumbing Nerds again in the future as the need arises.
