We had scheduled a maintenance appointment for several issues including replacement of an expansion tank, replacing backflow pipes, flushing entire home water pipes and installing a new home water filtration system. Chandler arrived at the expected time and was able to complete our service over the next two days. He was prompt, professional and very pleasant to work with…terrific demeanor and genuinely takes pride in his work.We have always been pleased with Plumbing Nerds and we’ll be requesting Chandler from here forward for any future work!

My experience with Plumbing Nerds was amazing! First off when they say they are going to arrive in 2 hours, they mean it!! The communication was awesome. Text and email alerts explaining everything. Patrick arrived with a great attitude, and ready to figure out the problem. My 11 year old son was totally intrigued by the process. Patrick shared what he was doing every step of the way. He managed to fix all 3 of our problem in less than 20 minutes. He encouraged my son to be a life learner and boasted about loving his career as a plumber. You could tell it was genuine and I just appreciated the human connection. We need more people like Patrick in this world. You all have a great employee on your staff. Im extremely impressed with everything start to finish. Efficient, affordable and authentic! Great job

The Plumbing nerds saved me. My house being from 1961 had cast-iron pipe underneath it that crumbled and disintegrated to literally nothing. It was a massive problem. Posing both asafety and health concerns to my family and I. They came over to do the inspection for me and I quickly realized I had the right people for the job. He was upfront and transparent about all aspects of what was wrong. He took his time to inform me of the problem and what options I did have. Then he came up with the most economical and beneficial option for us. not too long after that the team showed up to begin the drain work. The job was massive, but went exceptionally smooth. Every person on their team from the first person to come out and give the bid to the office people that followed it up to the men that worked digging the tunnels and replacing the pipe were phenomenal. Each and everyone was courteous and kind. Their work ethic is top-notch. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Tremendous service from The Plumbing Nerds. We had relatives staying at our FL home for a long weekend while we’re in VT for the summer. The tankless hot water heater decided to give up the ghost on Friday morning. My usual plumber came by and told me he could have it fixed by next Tuesday as they didn’t have the right unit and would need to order.He suggested I call “the nerds”. Spoke to Joshua who was super-helpful. He sent Zach to take a look on Friday evening at 6PM. Zach was in touch with me the entire evening and had the old unit removed and a new one installed by 10PM. Amazing service and communication! TY!

Plumbing Nerds did an excellent job for us. We had to have our home re-piped. Their team were very professional along with their administrative help, Nicole. After the re-piping, Aramis came to our home and patched all the holes. Not only did he patch them but he also matched the texture that we have on our walls and you cannot tell where they were patched! Thank you Aramis and thank you Plumbing Nerds! You are the best!

I needed a hot water tankless to be flushedI needed my main whole house water system to be checked and fhe filters replacedI needed a temperature control cartridge to be replaced in the master showeI needed the float replaced in the master toiletJeff E. had all the parts for the repair and sent to his warehouse for the filter. The toilet float was kohler replacement another plumber would have replaced it with a universal part which causes a kohler to over fill. The plumber Jeff was very thorough and very knowledgeable, considerate of my house. Also he is a straight shooter.The phone lady got me same day service at no additional charge . I can only say WOW.

I only had something stuck in my garbage disposal and instead of charging me for a new one the technician somehow got the glass pieces unstuck from the sink opening and didnt charge me at all. He got a tip for his honesty. There are very few companies who would do that these days.

I want to thank Dave and Jackson who literally saved the day for my aunt!. Her AC died and two other companies overcharged her hundreds of dollars with temporary fixes that didnt work. She is elderly on a fixed income shame on them! We called the Nerds, Dave came over the next day, checkout out what she really needed, which turned out to be a new AC unit and he took the time to explain everything step by step. A new unit was in the next day and she is so happy. I would highly recommend this company to everyone because they are honest and dependable.
