    One of the best, if not the best, plumbing service in Naples that I have experienced. I often have to refer plumbers to clients, so having a short list of reliable plumbers is something that is critical. First Class Plumbing is now at the top of my list. Ive had to use them multiple times, on short notice, for various issues, the latest being a gas pool heater that was malfunctioning, the day before Thanksgiving. The tech worked nearly all day, getting the pool heater running so the family could enjoy the pool, explained the issues very clearly, honestly to the homeowner and myself. No sales tactics, no crazy jargon, no outrageous prices (didnt even count it as an emergency call). Reliable, honest, fair, knowledgeable, professional.... all words that come to mind. Seriously consider calling First Class Plumbing first.

    I called because my hot water heater was leaking. I was able to get an appointment for the next morning. Alex called me the morning of my appointment to say he was picking up parts and asked a few questions so he could make sure he was getting the right items. A little while later he arrived and we evaluated the situation and got right on to working. Very friendly guy. I enjoyed working with him a lot!! He was familiar with the community I live in because First Class is in the area pretty often and all my neighbors speak very highly of you, your service techs and company overall. I would recommend you to anyone and if needed, I wouldnt hesitate to call you again. Thank you for everything today!!

    We needed to have a new gas grill connected to the lenai outside gas line but we thought we were smelling gas and werent sure how to safely connect to the plumbing line. We called First Class Plumbing and promptly reached an agent who was efficient and spoke with the plumber and booked an appointment the same morning. Sammy arrived within the hour of our phone call and showed us the leak by using soap bubbles and replaced a faulty valve and connected our grill. Sammy was professional and explained every step of the service for our approval. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them without question.

    Alex was very professional, helpful and courteous.He changed out the plumbing in the 2 bathroom sinks and kitchen.that had developed corrosion.He also took care of the corrosion issue w new hardware on the water heater.Alex is the best and I definitely recommend him! His ability to get the job done in a timely matter was very much appreciated.Also, Elisa and Elizabeth at the office were very kind and helpful too with great customer service.

    Billy Raymond, form first Class Plumbing of Florida, came to replace a badly leaking bathroom shower faucet. He was actually early for my morning appointment, which was good, since I had some other things to do later in the day. He listened to my issue, and promptly proceeded to work on it. He worked efficiently, and gave me some pointers on the faucet market, and which ones were the best. I could tell that I was dealing with a very experienced plumber.

    The best experience I’ve ever had with a plumbing company. I highly recommend this company. Jessica calmed me down when I called frantic about clogged sewer lines filling up the bathtubs in 2 bathrooms. The technician Kyle worked through every obstacle until he found the source.     Had an Issue with my Tankless Hot Water Heater System running on Propane. The tech (Sammy) came out quickly, resolved what we thought was the problem and it worked for the night. Next day the issue returned and Sammy came out quickly. This was a 17 year old Rinnai tankless that was about 5 years beyond the estimated life. He tried to salvage the unit but it would end up costing unreasonably more to replace the parts that only buy me about another year of usable life. He put in a new Nivien System and it looks and works great. I spoke with Elizabeth on the phone at the company, she was extremely pleasant, understanding and helpful. I will use them again if I have any other plumbing issues.
