I call cold rain this after noon, my kitchen sink was spraying water and leaking ever were.They didnt answer but called back and got someone out to my house in a hour. After calling so meany people I didnt expect this.They sent Tom out to my house he was professional and walked threw every step.Tom is just a all around nice guy.When it came to cost they were up front and honest with me. No beating around the bush. I am beyond happy with the service they gave me.Thank you so much cold rain. 🙂

We have had Cold Rain Mechanical replace all the plumbing in our cottage on the Lake a few years back, and also install a heat pump. We have been very happy with their services and prices.More recently they installed a new sink and dishwasher, Luke and his team are always on time and professional. In this day and age it is not always easy to find someone to treat you fairly and do a good job. We have used Cold Rain on three occasion now, and will continue to use this team.

I will absolutely call again when needed in the future! -40% F and wake up with water spraying out from under my trailer. He responded immediately and gave an estimated time of arrival. Given the temps, it was very busy and there were a couple stops before me. As soon as he felt like he may not make it,, he let me know and walked me through the fix myself. I am so grateful he took the time, even though he was busy, to respond and help me out. I am a single mom with special needs kids, and he helped me keep my house from completely freezing up. I highly recommend giving this place a call!!

Wade sent Josh to my house to troubleshoot low water pressure and he did EVERYTHING possible to discover the cause, a very thorough job of checking all the valves, washing machine connections, toilet connection, shower valves in the access panel and the expansion bladder tank, including replacing a very rusty pressure gauge, check valve and water cleanout valve. He educated me on how to flush our water heater. He identified a problem with our electrical panel configuration (stove and water pump on same circuit) so we can get that resolved and make our house safer. As I said, very thorough, and the icing on the cake is Josh is professional, knowledgeable. And the same day, Wade texted me a link to the itemized invoice we paid. And I have to mention the cost was very reasonable considering all the work and analysis that was done. Thank you guys so much.

I couldnt be happier with the experience using Cold Rain for a water heater issue with no hot water.I was in a pinch and not getting call backs from several plumbing and heating companies local to me (Sanford). Luckily, I was referred to Cold Water based out of Naples and found out they can service Sanford, which I never would have thought to check.Everything became instantly easier from that point forward. They got back immediately and were able to turn around a visit very quickly. The service folks that arrived were very professional, knowledgeable, and transparent - and the costs were very reasonable as icing on the cake.If you are in the Sanford area and running into similar issues getting a hold of this type of tradesperson, I would give them a call. They are responsive, easy to work with, and a company I plan to work with again whenever needed based on my strong positive experience.

I called cold rain mechanical on Monday after Sunday evening when I was trying to do a shower remodel and made a bit of an oopsie they answered Monday morning they had someone at my house within 2 hours of my call and the problem was solved within 2 hours of arrival the bill was completely Fair they could have gone away with charging me more and I would have been perfectly happy I know its hard to get contractors in this day and age and its hard to get a call back and a response I know because I called Nine other places before I reach them and got no call back but absolutely I will be referring cold rain mechanical to anyone I know that has Plumbing issues
