Fast and friendly! So happy to have found BC Plumbing…they promptly answered my online inquiry, took time to understand the issue and we scheduled the appointment right away. Other places I contacted either didn’t want the job because it was on a second floor condo, or they could only send an estimator - who knows when I’d actually get the work done! Cyle and Kris were prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

The installation was done at a rental unit. My tenant said that the tech was very professional. Although it wasnt an emergency, the tech was able to do the installation a few hours after I called. The cost was $348 including the garbage disposal unit which I thought was a fair price. I would definitely call BC Plumbing in the future.

Kristopher came out to our office to fix our toilet. He was knowledgable, professional & we haven’t had any more issues since then. Price was reasonable! I 100% recommend.

Kris, an ex marine was prompt, efficient, honest and thorough. He detected the illegally installed plumbing on a bathroom remodel immediately. Was quick with easily understood explanations, allowing my wife to take pictures and provided knowledge that only could have been known by a very detail oriented and experienced plumber that cares. He cleaned up when he was done working, even!!!! Then when one thing was overlooked he rushed back the following day at no charge to complete the job. We have more upcoming plumbing needs and will use B C Plumbing for sure!When it comes to contractors in SWFL plumbing cannot be played with. I once heard it said, “Skilled labor ain’t cheap and cheap labor ain’t skilled!” (You end up paying for it on the back end anyway in time, stress and extra $)Their prices were beyond fair in today’s world and especially Naples. A true gem. They are coming to bid/quote a bigger job later this week! Looking forward to using them for all our plumbing needs in the future.Totally legit10 out of 5 stars!!!!!

The plumber was very professional, timely and the price was reasonable for over 2 hours of work. A different plumbers bill we used at a different property, but for similar work, was about twice as much. We will definitely call them again. Thank you

Your technician Christopher came and found the water problem was being caused by a leak in the pex water line. Very professional, courteous, great job had to open the wall to find the leak and he located it and repaired it by replacing the piece of pipe causing the issue.
