We just found our new plumber. In the 21 years that we have lived here, we have used several plumbing companies. Some with little success and others with more success.A friend recently had a home filtration system installed and we were interested in getting one installed. The company that she referred us to was Balmore Plumbing Company. Mike the owner came to our house and quoted us a price to install the system and also gave us a price on a new water heater that needed to be replaced. We found that his price was fair and his work was very good. I would recommend him to anyone that is in need of a plumber.

The company has been very flexible with us as we have had unforseen shipping delays with our new bath tub.***UPDATE*** Once again, WOW! I love this company! They installed the plumbing in 2 showers & a new bath tub (to include jack hammering the floor for a new drain). They are just great!We have had 4 Balmore employees, including the owner, in our home for this remodel. All are very responsible, & hard workers. The lady who answers the phone is also extremely helpful & always returns phone calls quickly for scheduling.I cannot recommend Balmore enough. Excellent company. Thank you, Mike!

Great experience with Balmore Plumbing. I phoned on a Sunday evening. Michael phoned back within 20 minutes. We arranged a time for early the following morning. Michael was right on time. He addressed the problem quickly. He provided 3 options of varying degrees with quotes for each. Upon our choice he went right out to get parts and within just a few hours it was done. Michael was just excellent. If and when I have another plumbing related issue Balmore and Michael will get the call.

Thanksgiving day we were up cooking and while doing dishes noticed water dripping on my feet. I turned the water off and opened the cabinet underneath and saw that the fitting that attaches the piping to drain had broken off. I did everything I could think of and obviously need help for plumbing is not my specialty. Called around and prices were outrageous, we figured it would be due to it was a holiday. Mike responded and had the best customer service, he new it was a holiday and made sure we knew the options. Mike had us block that sink off and came quickly the next day and fixed everything perfectly. We couldn’t happier and will definitely use Mike and Balmore Plumbing whenever we need plumbing work. They did an excellent job installing a new hot water tank. The plumber/tech that came out was extremely polite, helpful and efficient. Total cost seemed reasonable. However, the main water line developed a leak while he was doing the plumbing work. Not his fault, just old, cheap plastic pipes and glue. I was charged an extra $300 to replace the main water shut off valve. Seemed high, since they were already here, and it took less than 1 hour.

I had the best experience with Mike of Balmore Plumbing! Another company came first and gave me a quote of $1300 for a skin that was leaking and didn’t even fix it for me temporarily. Balmore responded immediately to my request for service to repair a broken toilet, I tried to fix it myself but never could. It was an older unit so they had to chase some parts and found them. While they were doing that, I saw I had a drip under my dishwasher. They were able to pull out the unit, a lot of work, and install a new drain hose. My surprise was that I thought the bill was reasonable for all the time they put in. Im very happy I found them and would highly recommend. Thanks Mike.
