    Zoom Drain went above and beyond to help us fix a water leak under our house. The manager and workers really went out of their way to try and figure out the most cost effective way to fix it. Last year we had a different water leak on the hot water side and we had several companies come out who never did that. They did not go out of their way to try and make it affordable for us. Zoom Drain was not open for business at that time. I honestly thought they would do the same as the other companies. Much to my pleasant surprise, they worked with us and seem to genuinely care that we really needed help. Very grateful! They do offer financing with good credit, which is really good for anyone who needs it. 10 out of 10, RECOMMEND!

    Called yesterday evening about a leak in my attic. First thing bright and early this morning James came to assess and work on the repair and was incredibly professional, friendly, and thoroughly explained everything he was doing BEFORE he began to be sure it was okay with us. I cant tell you how grateful I am for James fantastic customer service and honestly his basic human decency, because it seems it is not the standard anymore. He stayed and absolutely insisted on cleaning up all of the insulation and debris, which was above and beyond what any other tech has done for us. Truly grateful for the efficiency and expertise he demonstrated and would absolutely recommend Zoom Drain, specifically James, every time.

    I called Zoom Drain on a Sunday because my kitchen sink had water pooling underneath it. It went to voice mail, but the owner called me back immediately. I described the problem, and he said they could be out first thing the next morning. He asked me to send a video, which I did, and he was immediately responsive. The following morning, Julian and Shawn came to the house a few minutes after 8. When I tell you these guys were friendly and personable, I mean that they were the friendliest, most courteous service personnel I’ve ever had. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and had the parts on their truck. They communicated everything they were doing, patiently answered all my questions, and showed me how to prevent the issue from happening again. And get this: they charged me less than half of what the price list had for the job. And the price they quoted was the price they charged: no taxes, no hidden fees, no lie. It was a very positive experience, and I highly recommend them to anyone, but especially those who own an older Midtown home. I just wish Zoom Drain was Zoom Home, and I could call them for any repair.

    Came home to a major sewer drain clog causing my toilets to back up into my showers. Zoom Drain had James at my house within the hour and minutes later my drain was clear and toilets and showers usable again! Thank you James and thank you Zoom Drain for the impeccable service!     I am disabled perso and it was a pleasant experience to work with this company. From my first call in and spoke with Russ to the finish my experience was great. The continuous communication made me feel relaxed and confident dealing with Zoom.     Hi fellow facilities managers. I recommend Zoom hand down for clogged drains and drain problems. My experience is as follows. I called and Russ answered promptly followed by text letting projected ETA of tech. Received a text from tech on ETA. Showed up on time went to work. The odd thing was a tech showed back up again the next morning just to make sure we hea no issues with church operations. There is more but you get the message.All considered I would like to thank Zoom and Russ for being up front and professional. Good job team Zoom!.

    We had us a really bad main drain clogged. The downstairs facilities were backing up in the toilet and bathtubs. Zoom was contained, and a short time the technician arrived.     Don’t fear the price like I did until I found this top notch service,equipment and technician was worth every penny !I am extremely satisfied and have had my drain cleaned with others in the past that were a little cheaper but in the long run a wast of money. This service cleans the drain and doesn’t just poke a hole in your clog and run after payment like others. Getting a video don’t of your drain leaving you confident it’s all clear is awesome. They do test the drain with tube, sink and toilet flushing at same time as well . You won’t regret calling them ! Another benefit of this company is that they will warranty their cleaning of your drain for 6 months per the statement on the invoice !

    Russ, James, and Jeremy are awesome. Left a message via Google on a Sunday night and had a call from Russ before 7:00 am. Communication throughout the scheduling process was exemplary. James and Jeremy were cheerful, even at the end of a day of calls, and James scrambled up onto my rainy roof faster than I could blink to check the vent pipe. When they say Zoom they mean it: problem diagnosed and fixed on the double!

    Technician Jeremy tried to find the blockage but was unable to find it with a camera or unstop it with an auger. Jeremy is super helpful, kind and knowledgeble! James came the next morning, Saturday, and was able to get the drain unclogged without having to go on the roof and blow out they lines through the ventstacks. James was very knowledgeable and determined to try and save us some money. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend Zoom Drain!!

    Called last minute on Christmas Day bc my disposal was leaking and I was hosting Christmas dinner. They were open and working and came first thing the next morning. James was so nice and knowledgeable and fixed my issue in under 10 minutes! He wore booties over his shoes to protect my floors and then be even cleaned my whole sink and surrounding area after he finished the repair! That has never happened before with other companies.
