    My husband and myself purchased a new vanity, we didn’t think anything about the water lines and drain not matching where the old ones was, so we called Advanced plumbing came out the next day. Mark was very professional, polite, he looked at the job needed, he explained to me what needed to be done,( he couldn’t just cut a hole in vanity larger, because I had drawers in vanity)he had to cut Sheetrock, move pipes and drain.. excellent work and appreciated very much.     I have used Advanced Pluming Services two times. Once in 2019, to install a gas water heater that unexpectedly quit. Advanced Pluming Services responded the same day I called and replaced my gas water heater within a few hours. Their technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and I have had zero issues with the water heater since the installation.The second time I needed Advanced Pluming Services was in 2022 to located an underground drain pipe which extended over 225 feet. Again, their team responded the same day I called for service and was used some high-tech equipment to pin point the location of the entire drainage pipe which at one point is 6.5 below ground. Advanced Plumbing was able to do what several other companies in the area were not able to do. I was very pleased with their professionalism and timely attention to my problems. I highly recommend Advance Plumbing Services.

    I highly recommend Ron Moody Jr. and his entire team at Advanced Plumbing. Very knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. They did a great job replacing fixtures, identifying the issues with my water heater, and making all the necessary repairs. I can not say enough about the extra efforts they made to be neat and efficient. If you need plumbing services call them, they can do anything!

    My grinder pump alarm and siren started going off on yesterday, 12/27 for the first time since I moved here in June 2018. I googled local plumbers and decided on Advanced after doing some research. I called last evening and they said a tech would arrive today, 12/28 around 9am. Mark arrived on time and quickly diagnosed a failed pump. Sadly, its only about 6 years old. He and his teammate Brandon went to get all the parts and had me up and operational within 3 hours. They had to install a new panel and new conduit for the wiring for the new pump. I am very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism. I highly recommend this company!

    I noticed backup in both toilets and showers. It was quickly determined that my pump system was down and not working. I contacted Advanced Plumbing late that afternoon. They had technician at my residence at 0800 the next day. The gentleman immediately went to work and had my issue resolved that day. He was very professional and worked all day to get it done. Highly recommend!

    Advanced did it, once again! They got our sewage flowing correctly at our office. Unfortunately in our poorly designed, aging 80 year old building, we have back-ups at least once a year. Yesterday afternoon, we experienced an all too frequent problem. One call to Advanced and an hour later we were back up running as normal. Thanks so much for the quick response and great work (as always)!

    After calling a couple of other plumber companies who didnt show up. I called advanced plumbing and talked to Ron, he came out right away. He was quick and efficient, and once it was inspected he was back out in no time to finish the job.And he made it look very neat even smoothing some dirt I had to make it look even better. I know who to call for my plumbing needs now.

    I came to Advanced Plumbing after a decade with another plumber whom I liked very much, but whose business had apparently grown to the point where reliability was an issue. There was no such problem with Advanced. The dispatcher who answered my call did so on her lunch break with her personal phone and asked to call me back in an hour after she returned to the office. She called right when she said she would and scheduled my service for a few days later when Id be home. Twenty-five minutes before the scheduled arrival time, she called to reconfirm and let me know the technician was on his way. He came in a timely fashion, was friendly, offered to wear a mask when I said I needed to wear one to protect a loved one, got the garbage disposal replaced fast, cleaned up thoroughly (including the mess left by the previous plumber under the sink), and even had a few minutes to restore good flow to my shower head. The technician, Mark, was as personable as they come. I am so happy that I found Advanced. They (and especially Mark) will have my business going forward.

    I had a situation to where I was using excessive amounts of water and I thought that I had another pipe leaking. The plumber from Advanced, Mark, arrived on time and quickly found it was an older toilet running which I didn’t even hear. I asked him to go ahead and replace both toilets in my house with new ones since the old ones were water wasting and old anyway. Mark replaced both with newer more efficient ones which work great. I had a concern with one which they replaced for me free of charge. Advanced is my go to plumbers now!

    I called their office around 10:30 on a Friday morning, they said they could get someone there that afternoon. A short time later she called and said they were on the way. They saw what needed to be done, gave me a price, went and got the parts. Installed the new shower faucet and we’re gone in a hour or so. Very professional, cleaned up their mess and I’m completely happy with their job.

    Advanced Plumbing came out to give a quote for tankless water heater install plus additional gas lines. They were the best quote by far, most personable, and most professional. AP was able to work us into their schedule while my husband was in town (he works offshore) and had excellent follow-up after the job. Several days later I noticed a couple of things I was not certain were related to the install, but asked if they would please check. They immediately scheduled someone to come out, took care of my concerns, and even addressed an issue I was not yet aware of. Seriously, what more could you ask? I cannot recommend Advanced Plumbing highly enough.
