    Easy Heating & cooling save me and my family. I arrived home after 6p and my home a blazing 86 degrees. I called and the rep whom answered the phone was very friendly and patient with me. I knew my call was late but I appreciate the staff coming after hours and willing to solve the issue. The gentleman was very nice, well spoken and knowledgeable. The form of payment was hassle-free and the price was satisfactory. I thank them so much for coming after hours, late hours, to help me and my family. I will recommend them to anyone. Five star.

    Im very thankful for Mr. Enoch helping me to diagnose my furnace issue over the phone. I was thinking I was in need of having my furnace lit and that it will take a day or two, however, it was me controlling the thermostat incorrectly the whole time (smh). He insured me that I did not waste his time and now we have heat. It didnt take him 3 minutes to figure out the issue, again all done with a simple phone call. Knowledge is key! Thank you so much Mr. Enoch. If youre having heating/cooling issues call him FIRST!! Im very glad that I did.

    For many years we have used Easy Heating and Cooling. We have been met with Honesty, Reliability and Confidence that the job will get done.     Ms. Carol was friendly and efficient in setting up my appointment. Austin was able to come the next day and do maintenance and diagnose the problem with my a/c unit.     A/C fan went out around 6pm on Friday night, woke up to an 82° house. Called Easy at about 8pm, was put on the schedule. Definitely wasnt expecting to get a call back after 12am. He showed up replaced a part and was gone in 15min. Speaking for myself, this was the absolute best service, hands down!

    I sincerely dont no where to start. When I called the person was very professional. My air had stopped working during the night and I knew I couldnt go without it since its been over 100 degrees everyday. She scheduled me for a same day appointment. Once my workorder had been place, we hung up and I received an email and text confirming the time and where the technician would arrive. It was storming and raining so I was afraid he wouldnt show but he did. He was really nice. I would definitely recommend EASY HEATING. I think this is a family owned business. Instead of calling Hansen try EASY HEATING. Paying was super easy too. They accept cash, check, credit card or even cashapp which just about everyone has. And right after he left I received my invoice detailing everything. Again awesome service!!

    Writing this review feels like I am talking about my family. Easy was recommended to us years ago when we needed a new AC unit. Easy made sure that we were just not getting a unit but our home was getting everything to handle the dreadful heat. They worked long hours without any complaints until the job was completed. We have continued to use Easy for all our cooling/heating needs. He makes sure you are taken care of before he goes home to his own family. Easy came out after hours last night and left after 11:00PM making sure we would be cool. The work is top notch. I was referred to Easy heating and air services by a family member so I called and had my AC fixed and blowing ice cold literally 45 minutes from the time I made the service call .     I Called Easy heating and cooling, on the 5th of July 2022 my air condition unit stop working with a houseful of guest which included my 83 year old mother I explained my situation to the young lady she said that I was set up to have a service technician between 10:30 & 11:00 the next day and before he get to me I would receive his name and I would receive a picture which I received, On the 6th at 10:40 I received a text letting me know that Martin Anderson was on his way to me Mr. Anderson was on time looked inside than went outside he checked the unit out he stayed here until I was a happy and satisfied customer made sure my unit was blowing cold air he even adjusted the vents to my satisfaction even took out time and gave me advice when to change the type of filter that I was using I will recommend Easy heating & cooling to everyone that needs the service . Enoch Smith, owner of the company, answered my service call at 7 o’clock on a Saturday morning after receiving my service request on a Friday night. By contrast, the previous company I called wanted me to wait 11 days for a diagnostic call. He also stood and contrast to other technicians, I’ve worked with who used high pressure sales pitches to convince me I needed a grossly overpriced new unit, though a $300 repair was all I needed.
