Climate control did what they said they were going to do. Jeff was down to the point when giving me a quote. Trevor and his dad arrived on time and installed the HVAC unit in a timely manner. I highly recommend Climate Control. Installed date June 1, 2024. Climate Control again rock the job. The first review was at my rental property. The second AC went in today ( July 8, 2024) at my personal home. I was not expecting both my units would go out a month apart but I knew who to call. Ricky came out on a Saturday and gave me a quote on a replacement. He was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure. On the following Monday the guys who installed the unit (David, Steve, and Jeff’s son) arrived on time, very polite, and did the job in a timely manner. They were also very knowledgeable. I can’t say enough about this company. Thanks Climate Control. Definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a new central air unit.

Jordan was amazing! She came out to check and see what the issue with our HVAC system was and quickly diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately we needed a special piece and she wasn’t able to get the part the same night. We set up for her to come back the next day (today 12/3) and fix the issue. She came back as soon as possible and fixed the problem very quickly! She was informative and friendly and she is knowledgeable in the field! Definitely recommend her and the company to anyone! ☺️

Hunter and Jordan came to our home this morning for A/C issues.Climate Control sold us our unit several years back. Our granddaughter has a skin issue and requires constant A/C, so her skin doesnt peel.These two employees were fast and reliable. They fixed our problem in under 30 minutes. I am so thankful for our A/C and all the associates at Climate Control.For myself and my family, this company is the BEST in town.

I have carried a Home Maintenance Warranty for years with the idea that my aging HVAC one day might fail. This would leave me with the cost of a new system that I could not afford. I was having my 19 year old system repaired by the warranty company that took almost two months to achieve and while they were working on my unit I called the original installer (Climate Control) to inquire about the option of replacing my air scrubber. I spoke to Justin and he had an appraiser call and came to my house at the same time as the repair man was replacing my air handlers motor. When I asked about the possibility of replacing the unit he described the cost of their program. was so surprised that I jumped aboard and my install date was the very next morning. The install team (Christian and Dave) arrived when they were expected and immediately set to work. They were professional and knowledgeable about their job. It turned out that Dave had installed the existing unit in 2005. They completed the install in the estimated time frame and explained the units functions and warranty. Needless to say I am very pleased. So beware of the Home Shield trap because you will be wasting your money. I also give permission if you would like to have further affirmation for Climate Control to divulge my contact information. I will add that my statements are not solicited or compensated I am merely an extremely satisfied customer.

I had a hot water heater installed Friday the 16 and also air conditioning duct work done that day. Joshua and Christian were the workers and they did a great job. Our unit was loosing Freon and we needed an entire new A/C handler and unit. And being in the south A/C is not something you can live without. Our technicians were Christian and Steve they did a great job, arrived early, were hospitable and knowledgeable about the product. I had two heat pumps replaced with their top-of-the line Lennox Signature models. These guys gave me a price that couldn’t be beat by anyone and went above-and-beyond with everything. They even drove all the way to NOLA and back in the same day using their personal truck to get my heat pump when it wasn’t delivered by the manufacturer. Price, professionalism, quality of service, everything was 10/10. Thank you David, Steve, Christian, Jonathan, and Andrew for all you did this past week. Highly recommend everyone in Mobile give these guys the first call when choosing an HVAC contractor.

Now that Climate Control is in the plumbing business, today I had the opportunity to use them to replace two hot water heaters! Josh and Dave did an amazing job of installing them. Not only were they efficient and timely, but both have such wonderful attitudes!Another great experience with Climate Control! Today they replaced aging HVAC duct work and brought it up to code. They arrived when they said they would be and called in advance. Also, I would like to mention that their service desk when I call into their company is very courteous and helpful. Climate Control installed a new efficient Lennox 3 ton AC for our home. Dave and Trevor were on time, courteous and took the extra time to keep me informed and explain what they were going to do. Removing the old 20 + year unit and blower required additional work. They sealed the return air closet which increased the efficiency. Once the new AC and heater were functional, they went over the process with me and set up the new Smart Wi-Fi thermostat. They cleaned up the work area and removed in a timely manner the old equipment. My wife and I could not be more pleased! Dave and Trevor are a professional team and are to be commended!
