This is my third year using Surfside Services for Christmas Decor and I am absolutely elated with the entire staff. The decorations are so beautiful! I will have to get photos once it becomes night. Matt and Finch installed a new water heater in our home. They ran into trouble that was no fault of their own and did everything in their power to rectify it. They were so sweet and I will definitely be using this company again. The ladies in the office were also so sweet and went above and beyond to help as well. I really loved the service we received.

Very pleased! When we first called because of the cold shower we were getting from our water heater, we thought we needed a new water heater. Matthew and Finch spent 4 hours trying to save our old water heater and didnt acknowledge defeat until they had tried everything they knew to try. Then they installed the new water heater on a Saturday with Caleb their Master Plumber checking to be sure they had done everything possible first. We got hot water! They charged us a reasonable price, just over half what a different plumbing company asked. They came back Monday to work on a new cover for the new water heater. (They didnt just install and leave); they continued the excellent service weve gotten so far from Surfside Plumbing.

Installed a whole new system and could not be happier! Our 20 year old system was causing us issues and we decided it was time for an upgrade.Thomas was our technician and he was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the perfect system.The system we received, is an upgraded system and even came with a $2000 tax credit!The install technicians showed up on time, were very professional, and did not make a mess. Their attention to detail was awesome! Even my neighbors mentioned how efficiently those technicians worked! So very thankful for those guys!Extremely thankful to be cool again! Thank you Surfside!

After having no heat or air in my home for 6 months, the guys at Surfside Services hooked me up! When they come out, there was an issue with the electrical panel outside and saw that it was unfixable. There was no hesitation to get the damaged breaker completely replaced and install my new air handler! The company, the owners and the staff are honest, compassionate and you can tell they love what they do! 10/10 recommend! Thank you Surfside, for giving my family some heat tonight!!!!

I am grateful for Mitchell; he came to the rescue with turning the knob that supplies water to my dishwasher off!! Two men came before him attempting to slay the beast, but they were no match for this water knob!! 😂😂 Mitchell scurried up the hill of disrepair in his plumber mobile as quickly as possible, swooped in and saved the day with the slightest flick of his wrist! 🤣😂🤣 Yep, that was all it took, just a slight turn, and off goes the water…. Seriously, I’m not playing… TWO different men attempted to turn this knob on Friday and were not able to get it to budge. So of course, I’m a 5’1 female, I’m not going to attempt it if they weren’t able too get it to budge. So I called a plumber to assist…. Maybe I should have attempted it myself!! Luckily, Mitchell was awesome and helped me out and we had a big laugh 😆 at the end of it. Definitely recommend this company.

We had to have our entire indoor and outdoor AC unit replaced!! This summer has been brutal and apparently the owners of our home before us did a lot of band-aid work and it truly showed. Once Thomas came out and looked at it all for us, his boss, Jason, was out doing our estimate just a couple days later. After the estimate, Jason and Austin were out here doing the replacement/installation two days afterwards. Loran made sure to get on the phone with me the day he did the estimate and helped me get all our paperwork taken care of in just a few minutes. They were here early and had to job done and done well in about 3 1/2 hours. You couldn’t even tell they had been here because Jason insisted on sweeping and had everything looking better than before he came! The house never even got hot and quickly cooled off before they even left. He was very professional, very personable and I’ll definitely be telling anyone and everyone about them!!! Pleasant experience all the way around with everyone I came into contact with.

Excellent business to work with. Had a HAVC issue on a Saturday morning, made the call to Surfside and within an hour the technician was in our condo fixing it. Diagnosed the problem, went to buy the part and had us up and running by lunch. There was some miscommunication regarding the cost of the repair and I received a call from Eric Nance personally; one other business partners. He was very professional and willing to make it right, no questions asked. Spoke to him for almost 15minutes, could tell he cares about Surfside having a customer focused business model. Will definitely do business with them in the future for any needs we might have.

We are so glad we came across Surfside. Chris and Bo were exceptional to work with on our project. The guys doing the installation were very professional. The project started with an A/C installation we were set in changing from gas to electric. We talked with a few different contractors but none of them did the electrical service upgrade needed. Surfside was able to do both. It’s alway better to work with one company rather than multiple. I highly recommend Surfside.

Called Hanson Air. Appointment scheduled for 12-4 on a Friday. I took off work and scheduled my day’s appointments around the Hanson appointment. That morning I received a call from the technician at 8:11am that he was 15 minutes from my house. Shocked I called the dispatch back asking if I mixed up the time. She said no I had the time correct but the technician wanted to come early because “he had a full schedule that day”. I explained that I took off work and scheduled all my appointments around the appointment slot THEY assigned to me. Needless to say at 11:47am, they called me back canceling my appointment with no regard to the fact that I took off work or anything. Needless to say my poor experience with Hanson caused me to call Surfside. Best thing that could have ever happened. They were timely, professional, responsive, and did exactly as they promised WHEN they promised. They were excellent to a T! I would highly recommend.

This company is amazing and SO professional.I used HomeAdvisor to find an hvac technician in my area and the Co-Owner Christopher contacted me almost immediately. I told him that I needed a repair on my HVAC system and he set me up a date for a technician to come out. The day of the repair I called Surfside services to confirm my appointment and Alexis helped me confirm. Then the technician Jake came out and repaired the system now there’s a few minor tweaks that have to be done but overall this company is super professional and prompt with their service! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND if you need a good HVAC company!

Eric was great by exceeding all expectations. He is honest and very ethical. I had called three other companies to get my air conditioning back working and they stated that I needed to replace the unit (cost $7,500). However Eric checked my unit found a small leak in a valve, replaced the valve and fixed a wire on the outside unit circuit board. Further he add two pounds of refrigerant and showed me that my AC didnt use R22 that other company told me the AC used. His honesty and integrity in dealing fairly saved me thousands of dollars. The cost for everything was $325.00. I hope if youre reading this post that you call Eric or youre in up paying through the nose with any other company only interested in making a sell and not a repair.
