    I had an excellent experience with Adams plumbing. We had a problem with our grinder pump and Nate from Adams was able to come out the same day and diagnose / fix the problem with the pump.     This is the second time I’ve used Adam’s. I’ve been super happy with the work both times. The prices seem reasonable too. Today I had a new toilet installed and a kitchen faucet replaced.     Update: Brian came to the rescue today when both bathroom sinks backed up. Again excellent service! -- Brystal had already come back and changed out my kitchen faucet. Very happy! -- My Dad used Adams years ago so when we needed help with our old wall mount toilet we called. Technician (Brystal) came next day even though schedule was full. It was not easy and he had to get creative but all is fixed. Very happy with service, technician and front office. Have already hired them to come back and work on my kitchen sink. Highly recommend. Reasonable prices.

    They came out and did an assessment of my issue. It turned out it was the septic tank, but they left the cap off overnight. N. GunnCorrection: After my post, I received a call from the attendee and was informed that the cap was left off intentionally because of the issues I was having. Leaving it off would minimize my issue until I could have the septic tank issue addressed. He apologized and thought he had made himself clear to my husband that he was leaving it off and why.I commend him for his swift response and appreciate them taking pride in their work and quick response to the review.Note: I did receive same day service as promised.Thank you!

    I wish I had the option of giving more than 5 stars! The hot water heater in my daughter’s condo stopped working and I called to schedule replacing with a tankless heater. They came out the next day since I live out of town and had to drive down to Mobile to be there for the work. They discovered she had a VERY old heating/ac system that is not compatible with any of the new tankless heaters but the regular tank is no longer available either. Since I do not live here I am not familiar with any of the HVAC companies or electricians and they took care of everything for me,saving me so much time and frustration. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if I need a plumber.
