Our technician was on time, called ahead and got us an estimate for what we wanted done. He was extremely helpful knowledgeable, courteous, and since we moved forward with getting some major work done we were not charged for our preventative maintenance call. This is our second exceptional experience with Hansen, we would recommend them to anyone needing any kind of heating and cooling repairs, maintenance or for a new system.

As always.. timely and professional services. Our tech this morning was Alex, he expressed probable issues regarding duct work. He explained it wasnt in terrible condition it just wouldnt meet todays codes.. I didnt see it as an oversell or pressured. No one else has ever mentioned this to us even in their company. I wanted to greatly express my appreciation for Hansen. I was quoted by another HVAC company for a fix to my mother’s A/C for $3500. Hansen showed up and found the problem was a loose wire. Thank you Sean, our technician, for your honesty. You’ve really solidified yourself as an exceptional individual and your company should be more than happy to have you on their team. Thank you Hansen, I can’t recommend them enough. This is the one and only computer you need. Please give Sean a endorsement!

The install of the new ac unit inside and out took 4-5 hours and they cleaned up after themselves (great). The duct work replacement was completed with a different team and that took all of 6 hours a couple days later. This duct work is larger than what i had in my attic prior. They also cleaned up after themselves inside and out. My old (40 yo) system would come on in the morning and stay on until well after midnight. This new system comes on cools and goes off reducing my daily bill to less than half. The only complaint we have is the system is loud. Otherwise i am very satisfied up to now 2 weeks later.

Fred was great! He correctly diagnosed our laundry room leak, which turned out to be coming from the water tank in the attic. All fixed now, with good advice given for replacing substandard building materials throughout our house’s water system at a later date. Definitely will use again!

He provided great customer service, was knowledgeable about the lights we purchased and explained everything while he was working. Awesome experience. Had new countertops installed on a Friday and the new sink was slightly off center from drain pipe. I was going to reinstall myself until I noticed this discrepancy and that the trap was not adjustable in order to allow me to recenter it. This is a business and this issue needed to be resolved before Monday. I called on a Saturday morning and they had a technician out within an hour to redo the drain pipe and trap and to also re-install the faucet components. I felt like the price was very reasonable. Skyler, the tech, was very friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job getting us back up and running. Highly recommend!

Joesph Emanuel Tech was polite and very quick to perform his duties but did inform me of changes in Hansens programs! Will decide later to which I will consider ! Very disappointed with new construction of Hansen four years ago!

Every one of my experiences with Hasen have been great. The service tech and installers are polite and knowledgeable and can explain things in layman terms. Hansen is also fair in their pricing of equipment and services. So far they replaced my whole unit inside it out and I had them come back and replace my complete ductwork along with quite a few service calls checking on my unit.

Great service from Hansen Electric! Arrived about 2 hours after calling weekday for semi emergency service. Lightning strike on nearby tree left several items fried. They disconnected some items so they can be repaired later. But leave the most important items working, like AC in August heat. Then checked all electric lines and replaced damaged grounded plugs. I’ve had some experiences with Hansen that left a bad taste, that was not the case today. Our tech showed up, took a while to figure out what was going on with our unit but DID figure it out and repair it. I’d guess it was about six hours from the time we called this morning to the time our unit was back up and running. He was kind and didn’t have a problem showing me how things worked (I’ve definitely had that experience from Hansen before, where I’m dismissed and they ask to call and talk to my husband 🙄). On this experience, I’d give a 10/10 would recommend. If I factored in all my other interactions with Hansen, it’d probably be like a 5/10. So, thanks Leon (I hope I got his name right) for a pleasant experience.

Our AC is a cheap one that comes with a manufactured home. So coils were Copper and tin/painted metal, that also rusted, badly. Been having issues for about a year and half, even though system was only 9 years old. (It still worked, but realllllllyyyyyyyy struggled) i had priced out parts before, so tech was pretty close to spot on, when he gave a repair qoute.So. Broke down and called. After getting a break down of what all would be replaced and things brought up to code. The amount was a whole lot easier to swallow and technician was really professional and very polite. Lets see how the install goes in a few days.

To be honest I dont even know this technicians name. He was very to the point of fixing my problem. I have had friendlier people from Hansen in the past but I realize he did not come here to make friends. He also was sort of like a bull in a China shop. He move from one spot to another in a very fast way. He was not too careful with the steps going to the attic. I know the steps are narrow but even we have to turn our feet to fit up the steps. He tore some of the insulation between the stairs. It fell off the steps. Otherwise, he did what we needed to be done. You might suggest he be a little more careful. You also must train them to always close doors. He and my daughter were twice locked out. This was when he needed to go outside to clean a drain. It was a good thing I was inside to open the door. He did a good job and trained us a little about getting the Spring-check and the Fall check done when it is time. If we had done this, I suppose we would not have had a problem to begin with. Thank you for asking. Please dont be too hard on him. He just wasnt as friendly as other technicians who have been here. Also, we keep the doors locked and I think we forgot to release the locks. He was actually doing the correct thing by closing the doors. Thank you. He fixed the problem and that is the most important issue.

Our technician, Adam Smith, arrived promptly to conduct an air conditioning system check-up. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and took his time to truly examine the system inside and outside. I used Hansen today for the first time to service our AC for the upcoming warmer weather. From beginning to end Hansen was super professional. Their tech, Robert, was friendly and explained what he was doing each step of the way. He didnt do a quick wipe down and point a flashlight. He did every step properly indoors and outside.
