Our technician was friendly and knowledgeable, he definitely prepped us for the worst and was right. Gotta love a guy that can sense exactly what you need! He fixed our grinder pump and the alarm that goes with it quickly! We figured this was an all day event and it only took 4 hours! Jeremiah Townson did a fantastic job on a water leak repair. The leak was underneath my house and hard to get to but Jeremiah got it identified and fixed in short time. He also went above and beyond what was asked of him by rehanging a sewer drain pipe that was sagging due to the original hanger brackets breaking.I will call Ellison next time I need help with plumbing and will request Jeremiah be dispatched to my home.

I have used Ellison Plumbing the last 3 times Ive had an issue and needed service. I am a widow and its imperative to me to have an honest, trustworthy and professional experience. Blake and Jamey recently came out to assess a small leak in my water heater and were so professional, courteous and polite! After checking the leak, they came to the conclusion it could not be repaired so they recommended I check to see if the warranty was still valid before replacing.They didnt even charge me for the assessment! Unfortunately my warranty is out so I will be calling these guys soon to install a new unit! Ellison Plumbing will always be who I call with plumbing repair needs.

Saturday I discovered a water leak under my sink and Blake and Terrell came out without any hesitation to see what they could do! When I tell you these two gentlemen are blessings in disguise! They werent even opened when I called, Blake answered and asked for a video where the leak was. After that, he stayed in contact with me and let me know his eta. Blake and Terrell came and went above and beyond all expectations to get my sink. It took them no time to figure out the problem and fix it! I appreciate them both more than they know! They were more considered about getting my sink ready for the holidays and Im blessed they came out! They had my eyes watering because I was overjoyed by the blessings that came with them Saturday. I called two other companies (who shall not be named) and received two quotes that knocked the wind right out of me. My next call was to Ellison Plumbing. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Todd. He was super friendly and gave me a quote over the phone that blew the other two quotes away.Approximately 5-1/2 hours later (the same day) Todd and a service tech by the name of Jamey had a new water heater installed, cleaned up their work area and we had hot water, again!If you want fast, personal and professional service I would HIGHLY recommend Ellison Plumbing. I will use them in the future for any other plumbing issues that we have in our home.GREAT WORK, GUYS!!!!!

Our washing machine backed up and flooded the house. It was after hours, but I called Ellison Plumbing. Todd returned my call that day to see what the problem was. I was a basket case by this time. The next morning Blake called and said that Todd would be there. Todd came looked at everything and then went to work. He found the blockage and cleared it. He then did a video to make sure nothing else was going on. He turned on every faucet. He even went over some things we could do. Ellison Plumbing is professional, knowledgeable and patient. They are definitely customer friendly. I have recommended to several people. Great company.

I had a blocked sewer line problem on one of my properties. The plumber who originally did the work, kept lying about him coming back to fix it for months. I reached out Ellison plumbing out of frustration and wasnt even expecting a response. Todd, called me immediately after my initial request. He said he would be there in an hour to come look at the problem. Sure enough he was there on time with all his tools. He ran a camera and in no time had diagnosed the problem. There was a busted pipe. 60 feet long trench had to be dug up to replace it. Todd said he could take care of it and promised to finish it in two days. He did all of that in just a day and half. In the middle of all this he even had to deal with a busted water line. None of it slowed him down. He took a very short lunch break and got back to fix all of it without complaining. Dealing with Todd was nothing but a pleasure. Always upbeat about work. He is a rock star! Next time you have a plumbing issue, dont waste your time elsewhere. Everyone would quote you outrageous prices and would not commit to work like Ellison Plumbing does. They even returned back to the work site to clean up the lawn area where they had to dig to minimize the sod damage. Just shows they care for their work quality.
