Bruce and Steven were so kind. I called yesterday with an issue we had where a company ran their fiber optic line through our drain line for our plumbing. This caused a back up inside our home and a sink hole in our front yard. I had been working with another plumber who would not return calls after quoting us and called Drain Busters and they promised to be out the next morning. They made good on this promise. They were here first thing the next morning and came out to do (what I thought was a quote and estimate) however, they knew I needed help and started and completed the job same day (in a couple hours) they explained everything to me, every step of the way. I am so grateful to these guys for being so kind and getting the job done right! Price was fair, they were on time, and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I can’t recommend them more! Bruce first introduced itself then he came and did it inside inspection of the bathroom and toilet the check floor proper flushing which it still stalled and trying to figure out what cause the blockage .then went under the house and did a inspection did some pipe check to see any blockage in service line or drain pipe then came back inside and manage to remove the block which was a deodorizer metal clipping that hangs at the lip of the seat cover had fell off and got stuck in the drain .so yes I would refer Bruce again hes professional accurate and quick timing manner great job .any future problem I will refer the company thanks guys ago .
