This company is amazing! Everyone was so polite, professional, and reliable. We put in a request through our home warranty, and they called the same day to make an apt for us and got us in the next morning. The technicians even made an additional repair on another faucet, which we forgot to put in a request for. They even called our home warranty to not charge us for our deductible, since they turned out to be quick fixes.

Paul, JR and Ashley were simply amazing!! Paul and JR installed a gas line for my pool and in the process identified the need to upgrade my meter to a 2 psi system because I have a gas stove, tankless water heater, a Generac and a gas fireplace. Due to the tremendous draw of gas, the upgrade to my meter was required. They also installed the required regulators for all gas lines connected to my various systems. The entire process, timelines, professionalism and top-notch workmanship was the best I have ever seen. Ashley was kind and courteous. Paul and JR were the consummate professionals and did everything by the book. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Swisher to anyone for all of your plumbing and gas needs. They are ELITE! The job that Parker and Balin was outstanding. They came out yesterday tried to fix the pressure valve and told me it may leak which it did after they left. I called them back came right and set up to install thot water heater today. They were right time and very knowledgeable. They did a great job. I would also like to say the person that answered the phone was outstanding. She got Parker and Balin right out to my house. She was very friendly and helpful on the phone. I will use Swisher plumbing for all my plumbing needs. I also will recommend them to all my friends and family.

Parker was over the top! He was very kind and compassionate about coming up with a solution to a water leak without ripping up my brand new kitchen! After searching Facebook groups for recommendations, this company was recommended more than others so I decided to give them a call. We discovered the hot water heater was leaking and had help running our powerbill up to $800 for last month...who knew? The receptionist was very pleasant and scheduling was easy and even scheduled an appointment for the next day. It was $49 for the service call unless we agreed to the repairs and then it was waived. The guys were actually running a little early and showed up but I had an appointment that I was leaving for and they were going to take an early lunch and come back at my appointment time. 2 techs came out and got straight to work, explained what was going on and tried to fix it without changing parts, etc. Well the part was bad and we approved for it to be replaced. I feel that $225 for a $20 part that took 10-15 mins to change out was overkill but do understand as were small business owners as well and know the cost of product, gas, pay, etc has increased. I would definitely hire them again regardless just for the simple fact of being punctual, very knowledgeable, and helpful.

Our water heater started leaking. They sent Jacob and Dustin out the same day. (Thank goodness) They called when they were on their way like she said they would. Parker and his colleague (didn’t catch his name) were the most respectful, courteous, and professional contractors I have ever had! They called about 15 mins out to let me know they were on the way. Made sure I knew how much the work would be and verified locations. They completed the work in a timely manner. They even held my daughters snack when she handed it to him to carry. 10/10 would use again!

Had a leak spring up in our copper water pipe, I was concerned about damage to our hardwood floors, they were very prompt and did a quality repair on the leak, saved from any further damages,thanks to all involved!I will use them if need arises in the future and highly recommend.

We could not have been more pleased. From the initial call to Ashley to the completed job by Mike, this company is more than professional, they care. Rare quality these days. Mike arrived early (another first), wore a mask for us, was professional, informative, pleasant, knowledgeable, and completed the work in 30 minutes. Including providing us with guidance. This will be our only plumbing company from now on. Plumbing is generally expensive, at least we got what we needed and a feeling of security.

Paul, from Swisher Plumbing, came to our home today and he is by far the best plumber we have ever had and we have seen a few! His office assistant called to set up the appointment within 24 hours of reporting the issue. Paul called ahead to let me know how long it would be before he arrived, showed up promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. He worked so efficiently, it was amazing! Not only did he work so well, he also showed me how to fix a jam in case we experienced one, advising that if we have any questions we can call him. I was told Mike would be out Friday between 1:00 & 3:00, not only was Mike on time he called and was a few minutes before 1:00 arriving, surveyed the problem, gave me an estimate and had it repaired in less than an hour. Mike and John arrived early and were very professional and friendly. My leaky faucet was obsolete and had to be replaced. The stops under the sink were leaking and had to be replaced. They had to rebuild the copper line under the cabinet due to leaks. They continued to work the problem until they were satisfied that the leaks were fixed. I am very pleased with the service I received and the quality of the employees.

Excellent Company! From the first phone call the receptionist was friendly and understanding. The response time was within an hour.The service tech was outstanding. The service tech even took care of the issue that ended up being because of air conditioner and did not charge any fee. Definitely will be our plumbing company going forward.

Ashley was very helpful with a phone quote; the reasonableness of the price prompted me to make an appointment, during which Mike told me all I needed was a T&P valve and he had one on the truck. Bam, problem sorted, crisis averted, and I didn’t have to shell out the equivalent of a semester’s college tuition. I can’t effuse enough about the people at Swisher Plumbing.

The 2 gentlemen fixed my burst pipe and found another leak that they went ahead and fixed as well. Im so happy i called them! If you’re in need of an honest and reliable plumber, Swisher Plumbing is the company you want to call. I called shortly after 6 PM on the Monday before Thanksgiving. I would highly recommend Swisher plumbing for your plumbing needs.They were phenomenal in assisting us with an out of the ordinary need. It was more like a partnership than just hiring a plumber to complete a job.Our home builder did not leave much room for expanding to a larger water heater when our home was built. We could not put a larger tank in its place without removing the partial wall enclosing the heater stand. I called Swisher plumbing for recommendations, they came out and had a plan together quickly. They staged our existing tank to a location that allowed us hot water while the removal of the old tank stand and wall were underway. Once I completed the removal and sheetrock patching, they came out and finished the installation. I was impressed with the professionalism of their staff, their job knowledge, their attentiveness to our needs and importantly, the price. I would call on them again for our plumbing needs, no hesitation.

Amazingly fast and professional service.We called them and they came out within 2 hours, diagnosed a leaking pipe underground, dug it up, and temporarily fixed it while we waited on Pace Water to come out and fix the valve on their side of the meter.Once Pace Water came out a couple of days later, Swisher returned and completed the service, again within a couple hours of calling.We just relocated to this area and were expecting a high bill but we were charged a VERY reasonable amount for the service provided - plus they give military discount!

We have used Swisher twice now. Both times the entire team has been fantastic from Ashley at the booking side to Mike and Jon on the labor side. We were quoted for a full house re-pipe after discovering the home was built with faulty products installed by another contractor. Mike and Jon came and completed the job in exactly the time frame they gave at the beginning and the final bill was exactly what was quoted. The guys did very clean and quality work that is better than the original plumbing. Ive worked with more than a few contractors over the years. Some have been decent and others a complete failure, but the Swisher team gave my family 100% satisfaction so I will 100% endorse their services to anyone in their area.

5 stars! We had some kind of leak in the upstairs shower. Could not find the source. Starting with the lady that answered the phone and made our appointment, the call from the service person later to tell us he was on his way, and the two guys that inspected the pipes - every word and every action was courteous and professional. Pricing, more that fair. These are not the old time, butt crack showing plumbers. These guys are the pros. Next time I need a plumber, they are my only call.
