    These guys work so hard and they do a fantastic job. So many times, Id walk out just to see how it was going. They were profession but friendly! The secretary is the sweetest! I know it was hard for them to have to go through my landlord, Mr. Willam Burns, and also work with me (tenant). But, they did exceptional in my book! Finally, I can flush my commode! Thanks guys!

    I initially gave the company a good review , 3 weeks later my entire front yard was a hot mess so I changed the review, but today Brett came and made it right!!! So while there were several setbacks not all entirely Apexxs fault I am satisfied with the work done. There was never a matter of the work not fuctioning properly it was just the condition of my yard.

    I used Angis list and got a response from Apexx plumbing within 30 minutes. The appointment that they made for me was only two business days. When the technicians arrived (JT & Alex), they quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair. Also, JT and Alex explained what they were doing every step of the way. I will use Apexx again and also will tell my friends.

    I called Apexx for a leak coming from my moms dishwasher. This was the second time we have used them, and the havent failed to provide perfect service.Dustin called to make sure he could come early, ummm yep! You sure can!I can not stand having to sit around and wait for service calls, so Im already happy.Dustin was extra nice, I explained the issue, and he was on it, immediately knew what the problem was, and fixed. In under an hour he was done start to finish. He set us up on a membership that would cover any emergency call fees and gave a discount which was cheaper for us then without it and only paying for the repair today. So not only am I saving money today but the next time? Heck yeah.Consistent things I notice and appreciate-Prompt arrival.Competent, polite and trustworthy employees.0 nonsense.Efficient service.Dustin was awesome abd much appreciated. Thank you Apexx!

    Experience couldnt have been better. I had old cast iron pipes and needed a pipe replacement. They were able to cut a section of my concrete porch and run a new drain line so clogs will be a thing of the past! Very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and worked very fast to get the job done. They are also very affordable!

    We are visiting our daughter in Milton, FLA. After finding a leak under her sink we proceeded to search the web and chose Apexx Plumbing to fix it as a surprise to her-and we are so glad we did. Our phone call was received in a professional, friendly and accomodating manner. This was followed up by a very timely appointment. Thinking it couldnt get any better, we met John Alfonso, the plumber and what a pleasure it was.He texted us before his arrival, gave us two price quotes, not influencing us either way and also had a wonderful sense of humor. His professionalism could only be surpassed by his pleasantness and efficient completion of our problem. My only regret is not remembering the name of the woman that answered the phone.     Our water heater died on us (20 years old). We bought one at Home Depot and had this company install it. They put us on the schedule promptly and had a crew out to our house the next day. The technicians were friendly, professional and fast. Had us up and running in an hour. Highly recommended

    I found my new Plumbers! I had another unethical plumbing company come out to my house. First they tried to tell me my septic pump was bad and the estimate was $5400! I just had my septic system pumped days before and tested it. I knew it was working fine.I asked him to snake the drain and run their camera through it. They put it in 3 feet and found roots and said they could not go any further. They charged me $628. Apexx came along a few minutes later as I requested service through Angi and they must have dispatched Apexx. The technician Preston was very knowledgeable ethical and professional! He ran the camera 80 feet though the roots all the way to the end. Which reveled clear pipes beyond. No charge! He even told me how to easily do the repair myself and save some money. Apexx will continue to get my business!

    Preston and Josh just left and I gotta give them credit where credit is do. My moms p trap was removed to get it un clogged, in the process of putting it back on and thanks to the builder who did an absolute horrible job of plumbing a part broke. Lowes had given her the incorrect part and I just dont have the patience to mess with it. Called Appexx in the morning, very happily surprised that they were able to schedule us same day. Appointment time was between 12-2 they got to me early (yey!) 1045 I got a text they were on the way and its now 11:04am.They came in looked at the issue, gave me a price, fixed it and were gone. Exactly as things should be done and done promptly.They were polite, clean, nice guys that didnt obnoxiously talk your ear off, all things that are sadly lacking in the employees of the last plumber I used. Id highly recommend Appexx. They hire professionals and get the job done.

    Anthony J with Appex was amazing! 2 days before Christmas water was leaking down the side of our house (out of the stone). Despite the late call, he was able to locate the leak. To fix the problem, additional tools and supplies were needed, so he returned on Christmas Eve morning to finish the work and fix the leak completely.     It was a little bumpy at the start but Chris with Apexx was able to get everything fixed up for us. Bret is also very cordial but I think he was a little overwhelmed with everything in the beginning and didnt know the codes for the city of pensacola 100 percent. I feel they definitely do now.

    Call these guys first!! They made us a priority and came that day to check out our hot water heater. We had had two other estimates that were ridiculous. They told us the hot water heater was still under warranty and we were able to get a new water heater for free. The other two companies didn’t even mention that to us. This company was responsive, honest and less than half the price of the other companies. Our family will continue to use Apexx for all our plumbing needs.

    My sincerest thanks to Brandon. He didnt give up after I had only diminished water pressure on the hot side of my new kitchen faucet. As a last resort he ran a seperate hot water line from the water heater through the attic and then back down. Now, after almost 2 month I have running hot water again.
