I needed my grinder pump system looked at for some gurgling sounds. I had noticed… Emerald Coast Plumbing and Septic took my call and said they could send someone over pretty quick to drain the tank. I was thrilled and two guys came, drained, and showed me my entire electric panel to the pump unit was fried by lightening. I hd company coming in hours so I was thrilled to get this done TODAY! Three very capable guys got on the job, ordered the parts and replaced the pump and panel in leas than 1.5 hours! I appreciate the excellent customer service and availability to come save my house issue. I basically had no plumbing and didn’t know it! All fixed up and new now… before my company arrived! So grateful & above all, a great price! They are my new go to for the annual check on the unit. I highly recommend!

They were also able to quickly point out where the last company I had gotten service from did not do it correctly, leading to why I had to call someone else out again so soon. The grinder pump failed in my septic tank. Michael & Randy recommended that I abandon the septic tank and install a smaller, new one. They did this and included a load of fill dirt to account for the smaller tank. It looked great after they finished and I paid the estimated price. I highly recommend this business.

Excellent Service! Requested help for an overflowing septic tank and received immediate same day service. As a matter of fact they showed up 15 minutes earlier than expected which was an hour after our initial call! Pricing was great, customer service was top tier, and job was done within a little over an hour. After calling a previous “well known” plumbing service and not even receiving a call back after 24 hours; Emerald Coast Plumbing was a life saver. We will definitely use and recommend them again in the future!

I called this company on Saturday. He said they would put me on the schedule for the first thing Monday morning. They got here at 9 o’clock Monday morning. They were done within probably 30 to 45 minutes or so. The gentlemen were polite and very informative. I would definitely use this company again. Highly recommend them

I was wanting to drain my septic tank for the first time (5yrs) on this one owner home. I called out the original installer,(another septic co) , and the technician arrived and dug up a 10’x3’ area and proceeded to try and remove the two plugs to no avail. The company called me and insisted we drove over it with heavy equipment causing the plugs to get stuck and they would have to hire an excavator to remove them whenever they could fit it in their schedule. I called Emerald Coast and spoke to Randy who asked if they could just come over and take a look at it.They arrived the same day and removed the two plugs within 8 minutes! Randy and his company saved the day and I would highly recommend them for your septic needs. They are knowledgeable and professional and expedient in their service.Furthermore they said if we have them empty our tank in 4-5 yrs they will only dig up the two 24” plug areas not a large area like the other company did.

If you need septic tank work done, Emerald Coast Plumbing and Septic is the company to call. While other companies said they could schedule us in the next day or later, Emerald returned a phone message and said they could be out that afternoon. No one predicts a septic tank problem and no one wants to wait 24 or 48 hours to get it corrected. Thanks to Emerald, we didn’t have a prolonged problem. They guys showed up on time, located the tank, dug up the tank lids, pumped the tank, and had everything closed up in 45 mins. Their guy answered all my questions and gave me some advice to prevent further problems. Great communication, professional service, and a very reasonable price.

Emerald Coast Plumbing & Septic was a life saver! Not only were they the only company open the week after Christmas, they got me on their scheduled quicker than I expected considering the holidays! The service technicians that came out were great! Very knowledgeable, arrived right on time, they were patient with our questions and very efficient! After the job was done, our back yard looked as if they were never there! I not only would highly recommend them, I will be a return customer if and when I need my septic system pumped out again!

To my surprise they answered and scheduled me for the next day. He said he would try to work me in today. Four hours later I got a call saying they would be there in thirty minutes.
