    Skylar came out when I couldn’t get anyone else to. He also arrived within 30 minutes of the initial phone call late at night. Finding quality work is hard these days and on top of Skylar providing great work, he has a great attitude.     I have rental properties in J anesville and on New Years Day, I received a panic call from two tenants who had water in their basements. Both from opposite sides of a duplex. Unable to fix the backup from the sewer drains I called Skyler who found a sitter and quickly came out to roto-root the sewer pipe which was clogged with tree roots almost 60 feet to the main city sewer pipe. I am now on a yearly schedule with him.Friendly, professional, and a happy landlord !Bob

    We have a HUGE septic water back up - our whole basement flooded and some first floor flooding and these guys fixed it and made sure it was really fixed! If you have any issue with your septic system or drains these guys should be the top of your list. They came out within 30 minutes as we were an emergency. So knowledgeable and kind. Explained everything to us is a way we understood. They are getting a big septic system pumping truck soon and they will be the ONLY guys we call. If you want honest, kind, good pricing then call these brothers!

    My fiancé and I just bought a new home in town and had a bad pipe clog late at night. We called Skylar and he even offered to come immediately that night!     Absolutely amazing! We had a backup on a Sunday. Skylar called us back within 15 minutes, said hed be on the way as soon as possible and arrived shortly after.     I had water backing up in every drain in the house I called Drain Cleaning Brothers in the middle of the night and to my Suprise Skylar answered the phone and we were able to discuss what I could do to stop immediately stop the water from coming into the house. When Skylar arrived, he did not waste any time getting to work, he found and fixed the problem within in minutes. The issue was some roots from a tree ended up plugging the pipe that goes from the house to the sewer. I will definitely be recommending Skylar and Drain Cleaning Brothers to everyone.

    We had a bad backup/ drain clogged going to our septic tonight. With my husband leaving out of town tomorrow, we had to do something. Drain Cleaning Brothers were very fast and efficient is coming to our home later in the evening and snaking our pipes to get the clog out. They even made sure to stick around for a little bit after to ensure things were flowing and draining as they should!     I want to start out by saying how professional the brothers are. Skyler answered the phone after 130 in the morning for an emergency bathroom leak. The brothers arrived at 520am to assist with the problem. Even thou it was determined to not be a toliet drain issue they stayed n helped me to get in the right direction to fix the problem.They went above an beyond n that is very much appreciated!!!!!!I will highly recommend them.Alice

    I highly recommend Drain Cleaning Brothers. We noticed the drain in our basement was starting to back up and drain very slowly. From past experience, we knew we had to have it cleared before it turned into an emergency. We were not happy with the last place we used, so I did a Google search. Drain Cleaning Brothers ticked all the boxes, including positive reviews. I called and Skylar answered the phone right away. I was hoping they could get to us sometime in the next few days. He let me know he could be there in the next few hours! He kept me posted on when he would be at our house through texts, which was very helpful. First time was a quick drain fix for our shower and last night a far more complex + dirty emergency job with our septic backing up and starting to flood our utility room in our basement.     Skylar was amazing he came out the same day worked hard and cleared what I thought to be an impossible clog. Our pipe had several sections that were totally blocked by tree roots. We had another company come out previously and they couldn’t get the job done but Skylar had all the right tools and he got the job done. He was professional very respectful and very informative.     Called the Drain Cleaning Brothers in a panic as the sewage was backing up in the basement. We talked about the situation. He was very knowledgeable and calming.     After several days of random drain issues in our house, which became a truly crappy situation, the Drain Cleaning Brothers were recommended to us by a local plumber.     First off my problem happened Sunday morning. I was doing laundry and my basement floor drain was clogged, not draining and I had standing water around the drain. I called at 9:00 am on a Sunday. They answered the 1st time I called, I didnt have to leave a message and wait for someone to call me back and was very courteous on the phone. I let them know right away I was looking for someone to come today asap and what my issue was. They were up front on the phone about the emergency fee I would have to pay due to it being a Sunday and I was fine with that. He said he would call me when he was on his way. I got the phone call 37 minutes later saying he was on his way. I cannot believe how fast he got to me house. I was so thankful for that. He had my problem fixed within 40 minutes. ON TOP of that, he was very informative and showed me where my other access drain was. He was also extremely polite the entire time. From the time I called and from when he was pulling out of my driveway after fixing my issue, it wasnt even 11 am. He did a phenomenal job and I would recommend Drain Cleaning Brothers to everyone.

    Called Drain Cleaning Brothers on a Saturday evening for an emergency sewer back up that needed jetting. They showed up immediately to resolve the issue and stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process! Cant say enough about the quality of work and the professionalism they display!     Basement drain showed signs of a backup so I called Drain Cleaning Brothers. They were very responsive and had me do some troubleshooting to diagnose the issue over the phone and sending a few pics. They arrived in a very short time and started diagnosing the issue from the septic system back to the house. Found that system was draining fine. I was then educated on how a septic system works by Skyler. He was a great resource as the family has past septic system experience. Most companies would start at the house by sending a snake down the main drain and then charging you for it. This was a temporary block situation that cleaned itself off. Skyler indicated that two ply TP can sometimes cause temp blockage and that if this happens often to switch to single ply TP. Point being I was only charged a trip charge and not taken for a drain snake charge. I will use them again. It is hard to find truthful contractors today who just want to ring the cash register.

    Amazing service, I had a bad sewage backup in my basement that was caused by the main pipe on the street, nobody could figure it out, Skyler came here within 20 minutes and figured out called the city and cleared it out!     Wow! My family and I moved up to Janesville from Tennessee a year ago. We dont know many people so my wife checked Facebook for recommendations and came across the Drain Cleaning Brothers.     The wash machine was backing up through the floor drain in the basement so I gave then a call based off a recommendation and Im so glad I did!! They were able to get to me the next day and when it was found to be roots blocking the pipes they took extra time to make sure the line was running clear. So professional and personable at the same time. Will definitely be using them again in the future!!
