    Tim White, did an incredible job for us today! He was timely, professional, and understanding. Accessed our situation thoroughly and even though we had no idea how everything worked…I never felt lied to or taken advantage of when it came to cost. Compared to what he encountered, the work he completed was neat and precise. We hated that we had no cash on hand to tip, nor could it be added during payment.     Bottom Line Up Front: Tim and his team at Cooper Plumbing & Company Inc. were professional, reliable, and delivered workmanship that is truly exceptional.-- I had an excellent experience with this professional company during my home renovation. After purchasing my home, I realized the generator propane tank and plumbing were beyond repair. I decided to upgrade the kitchen with a propane stove-top and also add provisions for a BBQ grill, a fireplace, and a tankless water heater. Initially, I thought about tackling this work myself, but common sense prevailed, and I’m glad I opted for professional help. The plumbing needed to be properly sized to handle the increased load, and the installation was impressively well-designed. When the county inspector came to review their work, he remarked that these guys are really good!

    I highly recommend Cooper Plumbing & Co! I called multiple plumbing companies in the area for an emergency and no one was able to help.     Called a plumbing company that I have used in the past, left 4 messages, never called me back. The second company uses a call service that forwards your information and then they call you back. They quoted me a $285.00 service fee, plus parts. Called cooper got a real person, gave me an estimate and said they could be out the next day. They called at 745 and asked if they could come early. Total cost $225.00. Excellent service and polite in every way. I highly recommend cooper plumbing.

    Just had Cooper plumbing out to fix old, seized water shut off valves (toilet and sink) throughout my whole house, a hissing valve in the toilet tank, and the washers and springs in the bathroom sink that was leaking. It was a lot of work, but they got it done quickly and professionally. I requested Anthony in particular, because he helped me with a leaking shower valve several months ago, and I found him to be reliable, honest, on time, a quick and hard worker, more than fair with pricing, and a pleasure to work with on the issues in my home. Anytime I asked him anything (like to show me where the outside main shut off valve was and how to access it), he was happy to oblige. He is polite and friendly and he really knows his stuff. Today, he was accompanied by Dan, who was also a really nice and trustworthy guy, and I enjoyed working with them both. They took good care of my house, cleaned up after themselves, and didnt bat an eye when I kept adding more and more requests to the repair order (it was initially just going to be the toilets but bc of the age of my house, I added in all the household sinks, too). Id been sick lately, and the house wasnt as tidy as I would have liked it, but they were very gracious (and non-judgmental) about having to move a few things out of the way. If you need any plumbing repairs, you cant go wrong with this place. The office staff is great and responsive, and they get someone out to you right away. Ill be requesting Anthony & Dan whenever I have plumbing needs in the future. Great prices, great service, knowledgeable and friendly technicians - just everything you could want in a plumbing service. AAA+++

    Tims crew did a great job connecting our house to the new water main (down a very long driveway) and installing additional lines underground to add some new spigots. They are hard workers, even in the crazy summer heat. The end result is leak-free and anything that is visible above ground (like a new spigot) is very tidy. The total price was extremely competitive. We will definitely be calling Cooper the next time we need any plumbing done!

    This company won us over. They removed and installed the main sewer line and had to fight through large Oak roots and tons of buried glass bottles, junk metal, and broken cinder block. They owned the situation and never complained. They stuck to my budget and took initiative to correct an old repair they were connecting to. The inspector was pleased with their work and thought highly of the company. They will get all my business in the future and I’ll recommend them to others.

    I will definitely be using their services again if I need them. I moved into a newly built home about 4 months ago and had noticed a sewage smell coming from under the sink. Tried various cleaning techniques thinking it was the garbage disposal or the dishwasher. Even after deep cleaning both, the smell was still there. Our home was built by Whitworth Builders and we have already had to go through their warranty process for other issues and it was nothing but a headache. To avoid getting the run around once again I decided to hire some professionals to take care of it! Everything about my experience with Cooper plumbing was professional! I contacted them and within 30 minutes a tech was at my door. It didnt take him long to figure out the issue as it was a very simple mistake by the builder. The studor drain under the sink did not have a cap/ filter on it. The tech took care of the issue in 5 minutes and we have had no sewage smell since. I wish that the plumbers that work for Whitworth Builders would have taken the extra 5 minutes to finish the job properly. I highly recommend Cooper plumbing to anyone in the area if you are looking for a timely and professional operation.

    We called about a main water line leak. They showed up in less than 20 mins from the time we hung up the phone. Took about 30 minutes to do the repair. Charged their minimum fee, no parts fees. They treated us like neighbors not customers. There are probably lots of great plumbers around Milton. But Ill never need to find out!

    I have to tell you I called coopers plumbing at 7am.. and guess what they were so attentive snd caring. From Tim who answered the phone , to the young nice lady who called back to schedule a plumber to the actual plumber Patrick who came right out and fixed our disaster. Yes I said it, we tried to do a professionals job of fixing our shower and totally broke it. Which led us to having no water!!! Coopers saved the day! The estimator, Tim, arrived the morning after I called, on time, listened to what I wanted done and how, made a couple suggestions to improve my plan, then gave me a price through a follow up text, which I accepted. The crew was scheduled. They, too, arrived during the scheduled time slot, listened to the plan, then promptly and quietly completed the work. Perfect results. Good timing.

    We got a septic to sewer conversion done. Our septic drain lines had failed. Coopers arrived at our house first thing in the morning, answered all of our questions and were very friendly and professional. Got it all done in a day which we were very thankful for!
