    The first visit was to replace a water heater. Alfredo was the technician. Very respectful, courteous and knowledgeable, young man. They are at the top of my list for Plumbing work.The second visit was New Year’s Eve for a problem with our toilets. Alfredo was the technician that showed up and after he assessed the situation, he called his boss and told him it was above his head. A second technician is on his way out, New Year’s Eve. I would highly recommend freewater Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

    The service was great. He came early which we didnt mind at all. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, got the job done fast. Before leaving he checked that the BADGER 1 garbage disposal worked and had no leaks. He is a nice young man. When I get the new faucet Im going to call him because from watching him today, I feel confident that the job will be done right.

    We are SO happy with the service provided at Freewater plumbing! We had some major issues with a different plumbing company trying to get Backflow testing done and had spent weeks just trying to follow up with no luck. We got in touch with Shannon on the first call. He came out the next day and was so polite. He explained the entire process, gave us a time estimate and a quote. Everything went exactly as he told us and the pricing was very reasonable. We are now loyal customers and highly recommend you give them a call!

    I am beyond impressed with Freewater plumbing! They were called to install our new dishwasher and sink, along with a couple other kitchen fixes after an unexpected kitchen remodel was needed. Nobody ever enjoys having to deal with an unexpected emergency and these guys did everything they could to make this experience easier for everyone. I highly recommend them! They were prompt, friendly, clean, and extremely professional. Do yourselves a huge favor and call them if you need work done!

    I cant say enough great things about Shannon. We called him with a pipe that was leaking in the house during the cold snap, he was on time to his eta, knew what needed fixed and got it done quickly as well as letting us know of another issue that needed fixed right away. When we had another issue hours later he quickly came back and got us taken care of. His prices were good and he answered all of my incessant questions. Very professional and knew what he was doing. We will be using Freewater Plumbing for all of our needs and Ive already recommended him to all my neighbors and family.

    Plumber came the same day I called and was professional and courteous. Quickly solved the problem with my mom’s sink. My husband called him regarding a problem at his mother’s hime and he went early the following day and fixed her toilet quickly and efficiently. His prices are very reasonable. Will call him without hesitation whenever we need a plumber

    Our water main broke and we were without water, we called several different places and no one was getting back to us. Freewater Plumbing answered right away, and got us on his books in a very timely manner. He had found, fixed and restored our water within a few hours! He was very friendly and nice to work with!     Shannon was gracious and quick to come out on New Years Eve to take a look at our plumbing dilemma. Unfortunately, the problem was much bigger than we expected, and was not able to be 100% resolved at the time, but he was able to locate the problem and offer to come back to resolve within 2 days. Shannon was also very careful to work around our remodeled bathroom, conveyed the details of the problem, and answered any all questions I asked. Thank you again.
