I had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday and the technicians showed up in a timely manner, they both were very professional, removed shoes at the door, took their time to answer questions and explain things to not only myself but also the property manager. They were very kind and aware of the children in the home, double checking to make sure they would not be in the way before moving things or dropping the hose from the roof. Which is great when you have multiple little people wanting to see what is “going on”! They left their number for any future issues should they arise. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone that may need them for normal plumbing or emergency plumbing issues!

This company has truly been a blessing. The plumber (Hunter) has been super kind and helpful along this whole process. The manufacturer sent them the wrong parts to repair my water heater twice. Hunter made sure that I did not go without hot water and was able to keep my water going with the spare heater I had. After 3 trips to attempt to fix this (due to no fault of the company themselves rather the manufacturer). We got the heater replaced, and the owner helped out tremendously with the financial burden. I can’t say enough good things about this company and will continue to use them as long as I live I the area.

I would highly recommend Pace Plumbing. Called them and had an amazing response time to help me with a leak on my hot water heater. Bailey and CJ explained the problem and solution with me thoroughly. The flex lines needed to be replaced and they did so with new stainless steel ones. I also got a military discount which helped greatly even though the repair was very affordable already.

I needed to have my washing machine valves replaced and looked at reviews online and found Pace Plumbing. I needed these replaced because we were having a new washer and dryer delivered and installed the next day. I called first thing in the morning and they told me I would be contacted soon. Within minutes I received a call saying they would take care of the valves that day. Bailey and CJ arrived not long after and had the job completed in no time. Our grinder pump light came on and I could not figure out what was causing the issue. Pace plumbing was recommended by multiple neighbors and they did not disappoint. I had a clogged sink and because I have a septic tank. I didn’t want to use any chemicals such as Drano, etc…So I searched online and found Pace Plumbing with great reviews as a company and plumber, Nate. I called and set an appointment. Nate showed up within 30-45 minutes and he was courteous when he arrived. He removed his shoes before entering my house and cleaned up after his work was done just like the previous comments from his past customers. He did a great job and gave me some tips on how to prevent future problems/clogs. Hopefully, his supervisor Jesse appreciate his performance. I think it’s a little pricey for unclogging the sink, but I’m sure the company sets the pricing and Nate has nothing to do with it. Plus it was the day before Christmas Eve: I’m just grateful Nate fixed the problem so we can use the kitchen for the holidays!

I can not say enough good things about Pace Plumbing. They are fantastic. I had a major water leak that flooded my garage, soaked the walls and ceiling. The leak developed after hours and I called numerous plumbers, non of which could help. I called Pace Plumbing and spoke to the service manager, Jesse who was fantastic. I was hysterical when I called because so much water was spraying everywhere and I didnt know what to do. Jesse tried to calm me down and said he would send a tech ASAP. Their tech, Bailey, arrived very quickly even though the business is located in Milton and I live in Pensacola. Bailey was so kind and had the leak repaired within 45 minutes including getting parts and getting the water turned back on. The amount they charged me was very reasonable. Last Friday at 4:00 in the afternoon we had a lawn mower accident where the mower hit the main water line from our well to our house. Of course, I freaked out! I called several plumbers in the area and all either didnt answer or said they didnt do emergency jobs...especially on a late Friday afternoon. The only one who helped me was Jesse with Pace Plumbing. He immediately eased my mind by saying, maam, there are no problems, just solutions! He had me take some pictures so they made sure they got the right parts the first time and within 45 minutes the technician, Bailey, was here. Bailey is awesome! Literally from the time we hit the water line until the issue was fixed and we had running water again was less than 2 hours! I truly prayed to my Lord and He sent me Pace Plumbing. Within minutes of leaving a message about my septic tank problem, I was contacted, and it was night time. Made appointment for next day and before 7 am i was contacted again and told my technician was on the way. Quinn called me a few minutes later and said he was on his way. He arrived on time, well mannered, well presented with a great can do attitude. Quinn was knowledgeable and it inspired confidence he would get the job done correctly. After a cable trencher broke my water main on a hectic Monday evening around 5:30, I found myself in a panic. Pace plumbing is what all plumbing companies should strive to be. We live in Foley, AL. and had a toilet with a leak around the base. This is covered under warranty due to it being a new house. The toilet was removed by the builder to replace the floors and then replaced by the builder. Nate from Pace Plumbing came out and very quickly and professionally replaced the wax ring, removed the caulk, replaced it with grout and made it look better than when he started. 2 days later we had water in the same place. I called Pace and explained the situation. Nate was back at our house the following day and replaced the entire toilet, wax ring, and I believe the flange. He did this all with a great attitude, very quickly and professionally. Not a drop of water or an ounce of problems since that day. ** long post with great info to help you pick the BEST plumber **Bought a new construction home about a year and 4 months ago. Pace plumbing did not put mine in. But, My grinder pump went out on a Saturday and I had to call another plumber. (Big mistake; they came out to tell me what is wrong ~not fix anything~ and my bill was $811 🫠)When I received a call from this plumbing company, they sat on the phone with me explaining what could have happened to the grinder and the ins and outs of what size the pump should have been and why… over the course of 3 days, I was on the phone with them for 1 whole hour.SOOOO HELPFUL. SOOOO KNOWLEDGABLE. AND NOT JUST TRYING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY.They knew there was a chance the plumber that did install my grinder would replace it for free, and they still went out of their way to make sure I understood & wasn’t getting ripped off.One thing is for sure, if I ever need anything plumbing wise in the future, I won’t call anyone else. And you shouldn’t either!

Very nice employees, and they showed up quickly after I called with seized water lines from my washing machine to leaking water valves. Downside was they knew the job they were coming to, but refused to bring or use a 2 inch PVC adapter for the drain pipe. Instead, after I offered to get one from the local Lowes, they cannibalized a shark bites box for its valves and put those on. $375 for the old nasty plastic box to be reused, and now the valves spin in place because the new tension nutts couldnt be used with the old box. Not a professional experience from a customer point of view. Hopefully it doesnt leak, and even if it doesnt. At $375 youd think they would take 5 mins and install the new box and tension nutts on so your valves dont move on you. I called the original plumber at the company I spoke with and he agreed to how the job was done. 4 out of 5 since they responded quickly, were polite, and fixed the leak. If you read this Pace Plumbing, then ask your plumbers to take the extra step with clients. As soon as I find the company that does that, theyll get all the other work I need done.Also, to be clear I did ask the plumber about the box and lack of washers...he insisted the valves being able to spin freely wont affect the pipes or cause them to leak. Just irritating as a homeowner and makes you feel like you dont matter as a customer. He was in a hurry to get to his next job, but that 5 mins means I have to deal with it for 15 years.
