We were very satisfied with our experience from Affordable Plumbing. I first noticed a problem (leak) with my electric water heater early one evening. Affordable dispatched Jakob to our location the next morning. After a thorough examination, Jakob determined a new unit was needed and had his supervisor prepare a quote, which I accepted. The next day, Jakob arrived with the new unit and completed the task in a short time. Jakob was very considerate about not damaging our flooring, and he left the work area remarkably clean. Good job, Jakob and Affordable Plumbing!

Our hot water tank was spewing water everywhere. I shut off the water valve and called Affordable Plumbing and they were able to have me back up and running within a few hours. The technician Seth was very professional and took the time to explain to me everything he was doing along with warranty details. Unknown to me our our old hot water tank was fitted with less than stellar parts and corroded which eventually caused the leaking. The new set up was with parts that will ensure this doesnt happen again. Thank you for the quick response and professional work.

What a great experience. Drew and the crew were very responsive to our service need. We spoke on the phone ahead of time to make sure we had the correct equipment for replacement and Drew was very knowledgable and informative. Once the fittings arrived, we scheduled online and Jake actually arrived early after calling to ensure someone would be at home. Jake was clean, very courteous, helpful and efficient.I have used two or three different plumbers in Navarre and by far this was the absolute best experience of them all. I will not use anyone else moving forward.

Affordable Plumbing was out at my home this after to fix a leaking shut off vale in my yard(home 21 yrs. old). They provided me with excellent service and repair. Replacing the old valve with a uptodate valve(one turn). Clean up the there work area perfectly and when finished they showed me the begining photos and the ending photos and expained the warranty(1yr.). One thing that stands out of above everything else is they were very patience, courteous, and very affordable for this type of job that was done. Thank you for the excellent customer service. I had to comply with my home insurance company which had, upon inspection, found 3 plumbing problems in my home that needed repair. I called Affordable Plumbing and explained my problem. Within 2 hours 2 plumbers were at my front door. I give them an A+ for speed! I thought the lead plumber was Chris but he said he was Aaron(sp). The other guys name escapes me, if I ever knew it. Both were really nice as well as being skilled plumbers. They did the job in a relatively short time, it looks great, they cleaned up after themselves and put everything back in place. You cant go wrong with Affordable Plumbing!

We were referred to them by another plumber which says a lot about their reputation when another plumbing company refers them. We called and they came out the same day we called, they were on time, they assessed the issue and gave a very informative response to all our questions and even gave us some tips on how to prevent further plumbing issues. SUPER SUPER friendly team that came out and even enjoyed petting my two pups that wouldn’t leave them alone until they got their attention. I called three different plumbers to quote me a price to have a dog bath installed in my garage. The first one would not come out without being paid $150.The second was affordable plumbing of NW Florida. They listened to what I wanted done and provided me with detailed estimates on the options they could perform after taking measurements and pictures of everything they were working with.The last plumber estimated the project substantially cheaper, however, he did not take a single picture or measurement or consult with anyone before just blurting out a number. He also said that the price could change, depending on certain factors, and that he would not be able to do all that I was requesting.Everything was explained to me after the project was done and I was assured if there were any problems they would fix any issue for the first year.I have complete confidence every thing will work as intended and am looking forward to years of clean German Shepherds.

Chris and crew did a great job installing two new facets. They explained everything to me before they started and after they had completed the job.
