    Our next family adventure take us The Container Store located in Dealand Mall with a category of 4.3 and more than 664 reviews, this brand is my wife favorite to shop.For home, workplace and office the container store have everything you need with incredible prices and the best quality in they products this store make the difference when you need to buy something for your decoration at home or new season is coming or the perfect gift for anyone.High recommend place.

    Very nice location, somewhat overwhelming and I would say that having Instagram or professional organizing expert events would be vital to these locations. Not only would it draw a crowd but the simple fact that they could give pointers and tips to those individuals while making them online affiliates would draw more revenue and exposure to their line and brands. I would say the hard thing was walking in not knowing they had room planners and those digital or online planners dont have well-thought solutions for the oddities of kids playrooms or extras that are not obvious to everyday pantries and garages or offices. I did however find it super helpful to see the product touch it and figure out if it would work for me or not. This was great, I just wished there were some great experts to give advice on the products and give suggestions or options to solve our particular problem. Instead, I bought a few things got overwhelmed, resorted to Instagram/Etsy, and used the Amazon links they posted. 780.00 later and I solved my problem. But I would have loved to do something like this in the store.

    What could I say? Its a big box store that sells almost all the containers that you could ever want or need. they have a little bit of everything from home to office give them a try.

    This is a specialty store for all kinds of containers for storage and organizing your products in your kitchen, storage, garage, bathroom, laundry room, bedroom, closets, office, and school.The Container Store is a big box store that sells almost all the containers that you could ever want or need! They are a little pricey though but there is no other store like it.If you are a neat freak like me and want everything neatly organized you’re going to love this place! The perfect place for organized people. And if you have no idea how to get organized this store is full of ideas.Great customer service. Go check them out!

    Greatly recommend working with STEPHANIE. I mean what a WONDERFUL experience. Stephanie was very collaborative, understood all my needs and provided several options as a solution. Elfa was my solution on Sunday and will be my solution when I return for my other two closets. Its worth every penny and more so because the closet designers go above and beyond.

    Friendly staff, just do not like the almost constant line for the cash registers when there are lots of people in the store. There seem to be enough staff that the management could jump on the register for 5 minutes to eliminate the line. I have actually not bought anything here because the line was stretching to the back of the store and it was not a pre-holiday time or anything.

    Got helped by Felipe for the initial design of our new master closet, and then Sharon for some revisions. Both times the quality of customer service was top notch. We need more people like this who understand how to treat customers. I felt like family walking in, and Felipe even remembered me with a mask on and only seeing me once. This is my 4th closet design. Ill continue to always bring my business here. Thanks again to Felipe and Sharon.

    I love organizing and this place has it all! I have their Elfa closets and shelving units installed in all my closets and pantry and they withstand very heavy items on them. Installation was fairly easy and they helped me design what was best for my needs. If you have an organizing issue tell them about it and they will probably have some gadget to help make your home look more organized and your life just a little simpler. Although you can find comparable items in look and function elsewhere for less, they dont last as long and in the end as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for.

    Im giving the employees five stars for working short staffed and not walking out of there. Employees were furloughed and 4 hard working people were working the whole store on a busy Sunday. Truckna arrived and they didnt have the manpower to stock the shelves. Hope they hired the people back. Very helpful staff. If its like that the next time I go in there Im taking 2 of my stars back (shakes index finger at management and corporate).

    Fairly good quality products, practical storage solutions, convenient hours of operation. Some of the staff better than others. Have been customers since they first opened doors in South Florida years ago. Remodeled several closets with them.

    Great store that has a solution for all your storage needs at reasonable prices. Extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff with fantastic customer service. Allen designed our closet and he was phenomenal.

    Like the way the store is laid out. They always have interesting things by the register. Need to be more quick to open another register when theres a line but over all the store is organized and the staff is helpful

    Place pretty nice and with variety, thought is pretty expensive. A classic metalic archiver cost here 200$ and the same in Walmart by 40$ . Employees are nice and educated. I dont give it 5 stars only for the prices.

    I wanted to write a review about the Container Store chain in general, and because this is the one I shop at, I chose this one to review; I really wanted to review their good customer service.I bought something here and it ended up breaking quickly; bought another and it, too, broke. So, I wrote a review on the Container Store website, gave it a one star, and didn’t hesitate to express my displeasure with the item (I rarely write bad reviews).Within a day or two, the Container Store posted a response that someone would contact me (I didn’t request anyone contact me, I was just venting about the product). I then received an email, and an offer of a replacement of the item; they offered me a higher-quality item that was more expensive. I was asked to provide my address and they would ship it to me. I provided my address. A day or two later, I received an email confirmation that the better item had shipped. Then, I received the better, replacement item within a day. I was shocked at this excellent customer service (again, I hadn’t requested a replacement; just wrote a review).I received the better item within 2 weeks of posting my review. Hence, this review. I love this store and all the cool gadgets they sell to help you organize. But, what I really love is this great customer service. THIS is the way a business should conduct themselves; they saw an unhappy customer and fixed it – that cost them very little and made their unhappy customer happy. I VERY much appreciate that. I am going to try and edit my scathing review to note that they did this; but, I don’t think the website allows edits. I stand by my review of the product, but am very happy at the Container Store’s response.As for this Dadeland store. It is very convenient to the mall, plenty of free parking, employees are always nice and helpful. The store is clean and well-organized. There isn’t anything to not like about the store. Normally, when I buy things there, they are of good quality – the item I complained about, that was the exception. When I spend my money, I appreciate a place that stands by their products and that’s what the Container Store did – and they did it quickly. I am very impressed!
