This is the second time I hired A&E Brothers Roofing. They did an excellent job on my first repair two years ago (still perfect with no issues). Now I had three areas that needed repairs and was worried about cost and the amount of time it would take.From the time of the estimate to when the repair was started was less than a week, this was excellent turnaround! The roofer that worked on my roof showed me pictures of each layer in the repairs so I could see all the steps taken, he took great pride in his work and understood how important it was to me that the repairs were done properly. I was impressed by the completeness of the repairs including beams and plywood, the work was excellent and the roofer took extra time to do things perfectly… my barrel tile roof looks excellent with no flaws.Thanks for the wonderful staff who always answered my calls immediately and were able to coordinate the work perfectly.I highly recommend A&E… it is the right company for your roof repairs if you like a perfect repair, done fast, done right, and at a great price!!!

When we needed a roof for 32 homes in our community we looked around and asked many questions and had many meetings with different contractors. Some expensive some really cheap but we needed a good price and good quality work. We decided to hire A&E Brothers and they have done a great job. Like every situationthere are permits, tiles, weather and hundreds of reasons why this engagement can go wrong but A&E Brothers handled every situation. Managed and surpassed expectation. We have a few more homes still being done but to date it has been a great experience dealing with Otilia, Gladis and even the owner of this great company. From beginning to end just as promised. Excellent work, my roof was done fast and looks amazing. The workers are excellent, they take care of your property and are very responsible and on time. This company is great, as a single woman i need to be really carefull as I had enough of terrible works and scaming in a so fraudulent city as Miami is. I got 6 diferent proposals and after comparing all I decided to chose this company. The price was very reasonable , also my neighbor did his roof with them and he said he was very happy with the job. The workers where on time, they left the yard cleam after working on roof , the roof looks very well done and solid and they where sending me pictures from every day work at roof as I recuested.Dulce at the office is really sweet and the workers polite and professional , Im really satisfaced with them so now Im going to get same company to do some repairs in my other property.Thank you guys, Miami needs more serious people and companies like this! 👏👏👏

From the very first phone call to the very last payment A & E roofing was right there to deal with any questions that may arise. The quality of roof and insulation was quick and timely. Our roof was replaced in just under a month. Their price couldn’t be beat. Our old roof was 29 years old so this was a full roof replacement from barrel tile to flat tile. Love the change and color. Best roofing company experience! We had 3 leaks in my daughters room. I called multiple roofing companies to compete and A&E Brothers came out on top. Daniel came in and was very professional. Knew exactly what needed to be done in 15 minutes. He promised he would get fair good quote quickly and he did. I was sent an invoice by email and within a week the roof was repaired. The person who came in to do the repair was also quick and professional. This entire company including the invoice department was spectacular. Will always go back to them for any roof issues. I was apprehensive reading all the 5-star reviews, but A&E Roofing lived up to the hype. For the entire project, they always answered the phone and took the time to double-explain how the project was proceeding. The timing of the start date was the day I had to leave for a long work trip. Again, I was apprehensive about them installing the roof correctly because I wouldn’t be here. But they did, with no drama. The City of Miami inspector said it was one of the cleanest installs that he has seen, and I wouldn’t have to worry about a new roof for a very long time. What more can one want in a roofing company? I highly recommend them.

I initially called on behalf of my mother and Every process was explained and every person was approachable from the minute the initial meeting was made. We never felt pressured, and when I asked them to return to the property to talk about other issues, they did so politely and professionally without ever making me uneasy. Along the way, they exchanged images, and the project was finished on schedule. Each day, they left the space spotless, and at one point, one individual was combing the lawn picking up one nail at a time, stating he noticed there were kids on the property. In total, A&E Brothers did 6 roof repairs and some loose tile replacements for me. We did 2 areas, at first, and had no issues. A few months later, I had some more leaks and decided on patching up another 2 areas on the roof. Unfortunately, the damaged area was underestimated so I had to reach out to them again about repairing. (Our roof only has about 3 years left before it needs a full replacement.) THANKFULLY, if you’re dealing with A&E Brother’s you are dealing with honest people and they honored their warranty. Because of this, I would still consider them a 5 star company. They are super fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend you choose them for your roofing needs! Special shout out to John for all of his help throughout a hectic time!

The job was completed on time and the only additional cost was in replacement wood, which we knew was needed. Let me start by saying that A & E Brothers Roofing Co has great customer service, which is very difficult to find nowadays. I dealt with Betania at the beginning of the roof installation process, she sent via email all the necessary documents and a few days after, Dulce took over and helped us with the contract and all the paperwork. On January 2023, we began a new roof with A & E Brothers Roofing.They did a Metal Roof and it was incredible and super professional all the way thru from beginning to end. The job because of Metal was 2-3 weeks but the initial crew and each with their own specialty and all was extremely well coordinated. My air condition systems where covered and all debris was picked up each day. Inspections done as they advised and they advised and communicated with me each step they completed until job done.Eddie, Daniel, Edgar and Tony the Metal guy were fantastic.Dulce at the office also helpful.Everything was done textbook perfect and the work was exemplary and the roof looks so beautiful. I shopped around before finally returning to A&E for my most recent roof replacement. Finding a good, honest, reliable company for complete re-roofing in Miami isnt easy (or at least thats what I used to think). I have been burnt by several roofers in the past. That is why I am so relieved to have found A&E Brothers Roofing. My 1933 Spanish mission style, stucco-covered home had never had complete re-roofing before, with re-framing of two attics and a connected carport badly needed. However, A&E Brothers did an outstanding job with my home.Because of how difficult the job was, it took many more days than expected, but A&E Brothers went above and beyond and did not ask me for an additional cent over the contract price, even though the job required replacement of about 2/3 of my main roofs framing and completely rebuilding the roof of my covered porch and carport. The inspector for my new wind mitigation report told me that the job was done expertly--something he rarely sees in older homes, which are more difficult to re-roof. And I just found out today that my homeowners insurance will go down more the $1,700 a year as a result of the roofing improvements, so the re-roofing will eventually pay for itself.I couldnt be more pleased with A&E Brothers Roofing. Eddie was always available to keep me updated on the project and was extremely patient with me, and the company took care of every little detail. And most importantly, no more leaks! This companys slogan is God, Honor, Honesty. While I obviously cant speak on behalf of God, I can definitely attest that honor and honesty are what this company is all about!

It is only 1 week but last weekend we had 2 important storms and we did not see any leak anywhere. I must say that A&E Brothers Roofing are the very best! I was very impressed that the same day I called for an estimate one of the owners Andy came over to my house within an hour of my call. He was extremely professional, went up to the roof immediately took measurements and gave me an honest opinion about my roof and he also told me that an estimate will be sent on an email. I received the estimate on an email the very next day at this point I was impressed with their professionalism and how they presented the estimate, and to top it off they sent an employee to come over my house for me to sign a document after I accepted the estimate to make things easier for me, since it was impossible for me to leave my house and print the document. The next day after I signed the contract a nice young man came over with a helper and started to work on my roof, I immediately knew this young man knew what he was doing, I saw him work very hard and non stop for hours. I later found out his name was Gerson, he took the time to ease my worries and he explained a little of what he saw on my roof. He told me not to worry that he would take care of my issue. Honestly at this point I felt I had made the right decision to hire this company.Several days later the worker Gerson came over for the second part of the job and again he did an excellent job!!This young man went above and beyond and removed all the broken pieces and took them with him, he left no mess, no debris absolutely a clean job!! At the end, Rey came to clean up any issues with asphalt drops, etc. There was a several week delay on the tiles, but I learned from their supplier it was because of covid that the factory closed. I view this as an acceptable excuse, as a&e could not have done anything about this. One word of caution - the gutters will need to be replaced after roofing installation, but this seems standard.

I was referred to this A&E Brothers Roofing by a friend who had his roof replaced and was very satisfied with their service. I cant be happier with my choice to go with them, both for their service, finished work and price. I first spoke to Luis Vega, who was excellent. He went above and beyond what I expected. Luis contacted me several times during the install just to make sure everything was alright. Dulce and Patty in the office were a pleasure to speak to and always very accommodating and helpful. They took care off all the permits, inspections and everything that was needed. The demolition crew and the install crew were all very polite and helpful as well, and they did an excellent job. They worked until late every day and cleaned up after each visit to my home.
