Sunny Bliss Plumbing and Air provided exceptional service recently when I called them out to determine source of a pipe leak. Tommy came out first to assess the problem. The next day, Nathan came by, located the leak with sonar equipment. Both were amazing professionals, and I couldnt be happier. Big shout out to Nathan, despite a couple of challenges we faced with the HOA, he was a true professional and resolved the leak within a couple of hours. I had an AC leak for almost three months. My regular AC team told me it was a plumbing issue with a clogged condensation pipe. We brought in plumbers to check it out, but after numerous visits back and forth, they still couldn’t fix the problem. I knew they weren’t the right team for the job, but they kept giving excuses like, Oh, it’s this, It’s that, or The pipe isn’t pivoted properly.Finally, I called Sunny Bliss, and they fixed the leak on their very first visit! I couldn’t believe it. Not only were they super responsive and professional, but they also arrived quickly, assessed the issue thoroughly, and fixed it on the spot.I will never use anyone else for my AC and plumbing needs.
