    I cannot recommend Hernandez Plumbing Services enough! Jorge, our technician, was absolutely amazing and a true professional. We discovered a leak in my mom’s front yard and were terrified about the potential cost—not just for the repair but also for the water bill. We even joked about needing a mortgage to cover everything.From the very beginning, the team was exceptional. I called first thing in the morning, and they scheduled a plumber to arrive between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. At 11 a.m., Jorge called to let me know he was 30 minutes away. His professionalism was apparent even before he arrived.When Jorge got to the house, he immediately pinpointed the problem. I was blown away by how accurately he located the exact spot of the leak without unnecessary digging. They were able to book Yovanni in under an hour and the entire process from my first call to get help to completed project was a total of 3 hours. In addition they suggested someone come review if I had mold issues and there was someone from another division of Hernandez plumbing out surveying the problem 2 hours later.     My home was built in 1946 and the original cast iron pipes, both the water and sewer lines required replacement. I also decided that it was time to do a bathroom renovation to modernize the space.I am always very weary and reluctant to start such large projects in Miami without doing my due diligence and research.I completed the necessary research in May of 2021 and following receipt of three (3) bids, I decided to go with Hernandez Plumbing based off information obtained from the Better Business Bureau (A+ rating), long history in the industry, on-line reviews and from their on-site visit to my home.My point of contact from start to finish of the project was an incredible guy, Mr. Marlon Merlo. Marlon and his team were 100% always on time, 100% professional and did an amazing job. When I say that they treated my home as if it was their own, they truly did. And the craftsmanship of the bathroom renovation speaks for itself. I decided to go with glass tile which is not so easy to install. Luckily for me, Hernandez Plumbing has a true artist in their tile guy. His work speaks for itself - please see attached pics.The required permits were pulled and closed successfully without any issues. The end result speaks for itself.Hernandez Plumbing has a customer (and fan) for life.

    I had a difficult job requiring digging into the foundation of my house to swap out some old cast iron piping that had rotted. These guys came quick to do an assessment, gave me a fair price for the work needed, and got it done ahead of schedule.As you would expect from an old house, once we started peeling back the layers, other issues surfaced.     So happy with Hernandez Plumbing. After receiving an enormously high water bill, we contacted Hernandez Plumbing to find out the cause of the. They referred us to Total Care Restoration for leak detection and once it was found, that same day, Marlon came over to check the damage, gave me a reasonable quote and the next day had the burst pipe replaced in just a few hours. I was very very happy with their services and quick work and would recommend to anyone.

    I called Hernandez plumbing in two separate occasions. The first one was for plumbing in the kitchen with a refrigerator. While they were here, they pointed out the main valve was rusted and needed replacing. It was true, and they did a great job with the replacement. The second time was because of an issue in a shower with a leak that wouldnt stop. This happened within a week of each other. Both times they came right away and fixed the issue quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Hernandez Plumbing.

    Hernandez Plumbing did a great job replacing my old water heater. They were very professional and did great quality work! The final outcome looked better than my original setup. They added a separate shut off valve so to not have to shut down the whole system.     Our water heater stopped working so we got a recommendation from relatives who had work done by this company a few years ago. We called yesterday and they were able to send someone straight away. Zamir Z. arrived within our scheduled time slot, but before that he was very communicative with letting us know when he would arrive, not that he needed to because we received a text message with a link to track his location, his name and picture, his destination (so we knew he had the right address), as well as his rating (5 out of 5). It really gave us peace of mind. When he arrived, he looked over the broken tankless water heater, did the troubleshooting necessary to see if he could get it to work again, and when that didnt pan out, he clearly outlined what our options and next steps were. He was equipped with a company provided tablet, so no messy paperwork, it was all done and paid for digitally, and the email was received quickly after with the invoice and photos he took. Today, the new tankless water heater that we chose was supposed to be delivered to their location, but this wasnt possible for some reason. Zamir personally picked it up and arrived at our home right on time (yes, we did get another text message to track his location). He is very quick and efficient, and he even took the time to answer questions on other plumbing work we are planning on doing. Regarding the company, we love their website and how well organized they are. We can tell that a lot was invested by the founders to get to this point and it was very worth it! We are very happy with our decision to have hired Hernandez Plumbing Co. Thank you and thank you Zamir!

    I called them after doing a DIY replacement of the faucet. Unfortunately, there were unforeseen problems that I could not find a YouTube video on how to resolve them. I have contacted Hernandez Plumbing in the past to resolve other issues, so I scheduled the call. When Emir the tech arrived I explained the situation and immediately he addressed the issue and was able to replace the old supply valves which were inadequate for the new supply lines. The cost was a bit much, but the house plumbing for the bathroom sink was circa 1970s. Therefore, the cost was justifiable.

    Hernandez Plumbing is an excellent company. I was responsible for my aunts house for four years in Miami. With it being 50+ years old, the plumbing of the house was old and had serious problems. From the septic tank backiups to the kitchen pipe leaks, to blockages within the pipes, Hernandez Plumbing was there for me. They fix the problems and worked on preventing future issues.     This company and their plumber Emir and his assistant were good. First of all, they were able to come to the property on a short notice which was great. They were late as they got delayed by previous job, however it was worth the wait as they stayed up really late to make sure our emergency leak is fully repaired.     PHENOMENAL!!!! If you have to replace your pipe system and are dreading the process of choosing a company and the actual replacement process, do yourself a favor and choose Hernandez Plumbing. We had broken cast iron pipes and considered the possibility of doing pipe lining, but when we found out that the condition of our pipes was not a candidate for the lining and had to be replaced, we were worried about the having to break through our floors and where we would live for the time being. However, all that worrying was for no reason after seeing how Hernandez Plumbing are basically efficient, forward-looking artists! The process was top-notch, skilled, quick and as clean as possible. We were able to live comfortably in our home the whole time! We’ve seen other homes with a trench in their front yard for over 1.5 months, but ours was open and closed within about 2-3 days. The process to replace the pipes in our house was less than 2 weeks. After that was just to re-tile and replace some pieces of drywall. This company has incredible leadership. I want to give a HUGE thank you to Rafael, Marlon and the ENTIRE team! Thank you so much for making such a nerve-wracking process a complete breeze (even with permits and inspections).     From the moment that I called Hernandez Plumbing, they have been nothing but amazing. Through the years I have had multiple issues with my pipes, this last incident happened in the late afternoon right before Thanksgiving. I have never dealt with a more competent, organized and communicative company. Throughout the whole process of unclogging, running cameras, adding dehumidifiers, and fans, they have been great. They would schedule a time when they would arrive, confirm the day before and then also confirm within the hour of the appointment.     Yovani came on time, wore a mask, and did a great job snaking the clogged pipe (and explaining what he was doing). He also ran a camera down the stack and identified a break in one of the pipes that will need to be repaired. Of course, thats not great news, but appreciate his thoroughness and the fact that he identified a problem that well need to address.

    Emir and Tony came out to my home in Plantation FL to figure out where the leak in our plumbing was located. We have concrete slab foundation and I was very worried we would need to dig a hole in the concrete. I also expected for the leak detection to take hours. They detected the leak and cut off the water to that specific pipe with in an hour. Tony went over the remediation with me and I am so relieved both Emir and Tony are true professionals and know what they are doing.
