    Luis was exceptional he was on time, set-up a clean environment before he started working. He spoke clearly in English and Spanish explained what he was going to do and obviously knew what he was doing . He used professional cleaning equipment and made sure I was satisfied before he left. He also supplied the photos of the work he did. I recommend this company. After researching and interviewing all of the AC companies that advertise on TV that are mostly a ripoff this was the one the office personnel and owner will reach out to be sure your satisfied.     I had an issue with the A/C it was not cooling, so I sent Angel a text message over the weekend and he immediately responded and set up an appointment for me. Luis the Tech, arrived on time and he immediately found the issue fixed it, and its up and cooling again. Luis was quick, knowledgeable and very pleasant. He even noticed a whistle sound and immediately fixed it by moving the filter around to re adjust and block the air that was coming through. 5 stars to Luis and the National Pro Team, they have never failed me.*****

    I had an excellent experience with this company!!! just phenomenal -they are very responsive and super explanatory. They didn’t do anything unnecessary and were very fair with their pricing. They kept me up to the minute as to when they were going to arrive and what my options were in terms of service and repair. They have excellent reviews on yelp and there is a good reason for it! They are wonderful to work with -both the front office staff and the technician on site. I could not recommend them more. 5 stars all the way !

    The service was great, my diagnosis was superb, the technician nailed the problem I was having with my ac, we ordered the part needed and installed It in quick and timely manner. There diagnostic tools were state of the art and it found the leak in the evaporator coil, also was able to show me a photo graphic view of the leak on its computer. I will definitely do business with this company in the future as well as refer clients to them , they did an awesome job.

    We had an amazing experience with this company. They answered on a Sunday and had someone out within an hour. Unfortunately, the unit was frozen inside so I had to wait until the following day to see if it could be repaired. I ended up having to replace my AC. But, In a few minutes, the service person had a detailed estimate sent to me electronically so that I can approve it and he could move on with the job. Andrew, Kevin and Antonio were very professional and had great attention to detail. They cleaned up before they left and treated our home like if it was theirs. Would highly recommend.

    Amazing service . Called about an issue with my AC unit not turning on. Was given a same day appointment for 11am-3pm. Tech arrived at 1pm and quickly diagnosed a blown fuse and fixed the issue. Don’t use anyone else . These guys are the best .

    I have used National Service Pros for two separate properties, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. The last time was an emergency, and they came out immediately to help. They had to come back to replace the thermostat, and their quick response was greatly appreciated.One of the standout features of National Service Pros is that they are one of the few companies with a 40 ft ladder that can reach the exterior A/C unit on the roof, which was crucial for my situation. Luis was especially helpful, coming right away to fix the thermostat issue after the coil had been replaced earlier.     Great Service. Our mini-split AC wasnt blowing cold air. It was easy to set up a scheduled time. They were able to come the very next day and they sent a text with the photo and name of the tech who would come. They also sent a maps link to show where they were in transit. After arriving the tech was able to identify the problem as being the mother board or main board for the outside AC unit (condenser). Payment was easy. I sent via Zelle. To get the part I drove to AirCon located in Pompano Beach, FL. This is because the part was under an extended warranty. So, it made sense to get the part. I scheduled a follow-up same day since the first tech came in the morning. They were able to get the second tech scheduled. I appreciated them arranging the schedule seamlessly, being it was a same day request. The second tech came soon after and did the installation. Both techs were friendly and got the job done. And now the AC blows cold air. Awesome service. I highly recommend.

    Keeping us informed by phone as to when we could expect them, the NSP Team arrived dressed in a clean company uniform on time in our appointment window. They immediately went to work servicing our HVAC system and provided some useful tips to keep the system in top working order. Then undertook a plumbing problem, namely to replace our inoperable garbage disposer. These professional plumbing technicians worked quietly and efficiently to expeditiously accomplish the task at hand. They brought all the materials needed, did the work and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this firm.

    Final update: back to 5 stars as the AC seems to be cooling properly now 🤞and it stopped making the buzzing sound.UPDATE:Since they came out July 4th the cooling has been inconsistent. I called them Monday and told them that it’s still not cooling properly. They came out again on Tuesday. They said I needed to clean both the inside unit coils, and the outside unit coils. That was going to cost another $1000! On top of the nearly $800 we just spent. I asked the technician if this was going to definitely cool the house because I’m not going to continue to throw money at them and still not have a working AC! He promised me that it would definitely do the job! Guaranteed! Well, it did NOT cool all day long! It was set at 70 degrees, but it was 80 degrees in the house. I called them again last night and let them know that it’s still not cooling properly AND, now it’s making a buzzing sound. It sounds like there’s a mosquito around. It only got down to 74 last night while it was set at 70. Theyre going to come again today to look at the buzzing sound, free of charge obviously. But if the AC continues to not cool properly I will not be giving them anymore of my money. They should have done a full diagnostic the first time. The until is only 7 years old. It cost $3800 for the unit and now weve spent $2000 trying to fix it. I’ll update again in the morning.Excellent service. Excellent work.Our AC went out on July 3rd. We were having a party on the fourth. I was certain it would be ruined without any AC.We called on the morning of the Fourth of July. They were able to schedule us for that day. The tech was at in home in less than 3 hours (having two appointments before us). He found that we needed two new combusters. He had them in his truck. Replaced both and was on his way. It cost $622 for the parts and labor. We did pay an emergency fee of $165, since it was a holiday, (which all of the companies were charging the same amount.)It took about 24 hours for the house to get all the way back down to 75 degrees (the temperature we usually keep it). Part of that is because we had a lot of people in the house and then we also need to get the vents cleaned out.We are very grateful to NSP for coming out so quickly, fixing it on the spot, being honest and fair, and saving the day! We would 100% use them again and highly recommend them to anyone!

    I hired National Air & Heat to replace three old units in my home after having several HVAC companies come look. Carlos from National Air & Heat was very straightforward and made great recommendations on how to best set up the zones. Their pricing beat the other competitors as well. The day of the install, Rodolfo and the rest of them were all very professional. All three units were replaced and the old units were taken away. The team worked really quietly and did a great job of picking up after themselves. The pipework and cabling looks so much neater now than with the original units. I was so happy with their work that I brought them back to clean out all the ducts as well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great team of HVAC pros. Ive had a lot of trouble with the unit, which may be because the previous owner did not do the recommended maintenance.     Best air conditioning service in Miami. They are very professional and knowledgeable and their rates are reasonable.Their customer service was excellent! I called on Thursday for a servicing appointment and they promised a time frame of 9 am - 1 pm for Friday (the next day). Around 12:30 pm I called for an ETA and they told me that they were experiencing delays with their internal scheduling system that didn’t allow them to see progress on each job they had on route for the day or if/when their customers were being serviced, but they were in the process of getting it resolved.The customer service rep apologized for the inconvenience, explained the situation thoroughly without excuses, and thanked me for calling. They reached out to the service tech for an ETA and promised me they’d be there within the next 2 hours. They delivered on their promise and I was happy with their work.It turns out that my new AC Unit was installed incorrectly when I bought it 1.5 years ago and that was the main cause of my problems with it cooling the apartment efficiently. The tech was very courteous, was able to identify the issue quickly and made the fixes needed to ensure my AC Unit was working properly. He was able to get the whole job done within 30-40 minutes and left the entire area clean when he left.I was very impressed with their knowledge of AC systems, their superb customer service, the quality of their work and their reasonable rates/prices.If I have any other issues with my AC Unit in the future, I’m calling them immediately! Highly recommended!!

    I highly recommend National Services Pros for all your Heating and Air Conditioning needs! I started with National Services Pros last year when I called them due to issues with my HVAC. Since then, I have subscribed to their monthly maintenance plan and it brings me so much reassurance knowing that my HVAC system is working at optimal levels without any concerns, especially now as we enter the summer season. I just had my bi-annual maintenance work performed by Luis and he was great. He arrived on time, and immediately got to work on servicing my unit. He took pictures of everything he did and showed me the before and after results. He was also careful to not make a mess and cleaned up after himself. Truth is that we often take our HVAC system for granted. Regular maintenance is critical, even on new units. Filter changes, drain line cleaning, cleaning of the condenser and making sure the coils are clean and working at optimal is something that should be performed regularly. With National Service Pros and with my maintenance plan with them, I am no longer worried about problems with my HVAC. Really appreciate the professional service I receive and highly recommend them.

During initial contact, spoke to Angel, he was respectful, patient, and helpful with listening to the issue and in explaining the process that it would take to assign a plumber to the requested location, diagnostic and other fees to be expected, payment methods.Plumber was assigned and on site in a timely manner. Issue was diagnosed and repaired shortly after. Diagnosis: new check valve for well water system had to be installed. The price included the following: installing new solvent, weld pvc check valve onto existing well water system, prime system for proper operation, used teflon paste and tape at all junctions, visual inspection after installation to ensure everything was working properly, all materials, all labor, 90-day warranty on labor and parts.Requested and received invoice via email with a link to pay online. Payment setup and transaction process was easy and did not take long. It appeared to be secure. Received payment confirmation email almost immediately afterwards.     Panicked to have my A/C stop cooling during these high heat summer days, I went online to try to find a reliable company that would be worth the call. With there being so many companies with not-so-great reviews, I was overwhelmed and a little discouraged by the idea that I could have a great experience. As per usual, I went to Yelp and came across National Service Pros with a Yelp Guaranteed badge. After reading to understand what that badge meant, I felt some comfort in moving forward to reach out to them. Angel responded within a few minutes, on a Sunday. I know they are open 24/7 but this was still impressive. We were able to talk through the issue I was having and work out when they could come to take a look. I live in a condo which adds a whole other layer of complexity when you need a contractor to come out and do service. I loved that I could handle everything through the Yelp app. Monday morning, I was sent my scheduled arrival window via email and text. When the technician, Eduard, was on the way, I received a link to be able to track him heading my way. I was pleasantly surprised and actually really like things like this as part of service. Eduard was nice, professional and knowledgeable. Ive only had split units in a single-family home up to now, so the heat pump system is new to me. With my systems advanced age, he was also able to share with me some expectations and things to think about as new issues may arise. National Service Pros will definitely be my first call the next time I need A/C service.

    They could not have been more profesional. My husband has a journeyman license for air-conditioning and said that the job they did was beyond his expectations. I called several times for different questions, and they answered the phone immediately every time.     I am so impressed with National Service Pros after dealing with three other AC companies in a week. All of them told me we needed a new AC, that the repair to our 8 year old AC was going to cost thousands, not to mention it was too small for the condo so would never be able to cool it properly. We just moved here, having bought from an elderly widow, so what would we know about this AC? All we knew was that it didnt cool properly for first few days we were here, and then stopped blowing cool air completely. We thought it might just need coolant, but again... what do we know?So I started shopping around for ACs and wasted a week sitting in an 80 degree condo wed just moved into.After the last supposed reputable company I was dealing with couldnt come through with the AC they promised (it didnt fit!!! Youd think theyd have figured that out right off the bat!!), I was fit to be tied. And sleep deprived from the heat.Enter Nick. First, a person actually answered. Second, he was friendly and professional and down to earth. Within an hour I had a text with the name AND picture of the tech that was coming out to our place, and the link to track how close he was and would arrive.The tech shows up, professional, neat, and gets down to business. I have pics of the problem, and I had cool air blasting in my house within the hour. The fix? Less than half the cost of what I was told by others. Far from the thousands I was told would be money thrown out the door to fix it.If only Id found these guys first. Lesson learned.     Had an issue with my AC not cooling last night. Did a little research early this morning and called National service pro. I was a bit apprehensive since my unit is a little long in the tooth and was worried I need a new one. Nick took my call at 6am and told me he’d send out a technician first thing. Sure enough the technician, Jorge, was here first thing in the morning. After looking at the unit and quickly identified the problem he told me it was a small fix. Gave me some recommendations for future maintenance and was on his way. Price was more than fair for how quickly they came out. I was hoping I could get a fridge magnet out, but no such luck. I messaged them at around 9:30 at night and less than 12 hours later we had a gentleman fixing our air conditioner. They text you when the tech is on the way. I believe we had Carlos. He was great and very knowledgeable. I was worried because I only speak English but he spoke both. He finished all the work in two hours and went through cleaning the coils thoroughly.     Great overall service!!! Humberto was very professional and attentive. We hired national air & heat 1 day before services were performed. Not only did he call back and patiently answered.our questions. The very next morning we had one of his employees at our front door prepared to provide us an estimate for repair.     Needed a full duct work throughout the entire house redone and hung. When Carlos came by to look at it he didn’t hesitate to give me a price and ask me when I needed it done. We weren’t living in the house at the time because of some remodeling but I told him ASAP. He got right on it and in 2 days he was done.     Fast respond and very professional. On a weekend stimates are higher and I get it. But like many other services stimate fee is deducted from services when client decide on doing the job.     I was introduced to Carlos through good friends. He has been taking care of my 20 + year old AC unit for approximately two years, and just installed a new unit within past two months. Today I called as there was a problem with heater (cold day) and within the hour he had responded, arrived at my home, and fixed issue. There is a charge for a consultation but if the customer decides to have the repair the total cost covers the consult fee; their repair fee was reasonable. After explaining to them the issue with my AC in conversationI mentioned my wife being pregnant and they immediately took action. Later on that evening, a technician passed by my house inspected the 25 year old unit which unfortunately had to be replaced. The next morning they were at ready to replace my unit with a new one for a reasonable price. This company over exceeded my expectations.     I am 95% finished with a (too) long kitchen renovation and my contractor could not recommend a company that can re-install my wall mounted Wolf hood above the range and install by GE Profile double oven on top of the warmer drawer. I found National Air & Heats info on Craigs List and after assessing what was needed to install my appliances, Carlos and Alejandro came on site and did a great job with the installation. They even offer a 1 year warranty on their work. I will highly recommend this company....and one more thing...They use this cool SMS based system, so you get text messages confirming your appointment, who has been assigned and when they will arrive.

    New unit install in November. Some issues with it turned out not to be fault of company, but something not related but fixable. Unfortunately, I missed getting the whole picture as there are too many (on my end) involved and communication is a problem at times. I panicked today because I did not know warranty calls are done during the week only. I was sent the invoice and docs today that explained everything to me. It was sent prior but ended up in spam and then deleted. Company called me back today New Years Day explained more in detail and walked me through getting the unit to restart. The drain line is clogged so its something I can fix with my shop vac. Thank goodness its easily fixable because my son cannot tolerate heat. Additionally as fas as financing, I found out from the company that theres 0 interest for the first 21 months and also its not the company financing anything, its just something they offer customers to look into themselves. It is a great company and the communication issues were our our end not theirs.
