I called Miami Landscape Lighting and David came to my house for an estimate. He walked around and made notes. I received the estimate later that day. I scheduled the work. It was a three day job. I was at work all three days he was here. I never saw him install the lights. If I didn’t know he was here doing the work, I would’ve never known he was on my property. Everything was very clean and expertly installed. I was so happy when I got home and saw all the lights. He’s a landscape lighting artist. Very happy with the end result.

Living in Miami, I find the good customer service is a hit or miss deal. On average, its hard to receive good service. The Miami Landscape Lighting team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to questions were quick and informational. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for us to make cost effective, and informed decisions quickly, minimising the time and effort to reach our lighting goals. My wife and I chatted with David and he was very helpful and closely worked with us to stay within our budget. Attention to detail provided by the Miami Landscape Lighting team was impressive, and along with great customer service. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Fantastic company, excellent customer service, with efficient process!!!

There was an issue with power on the water side and he took the time to find a solution. The lights light up our palms and bushes so well now compared to what we had. Miami Landscape Lighting has the expertise and design ability to transform your outdoor area into something incredible. Not only are the fixtures beautiful, but David (owner) has an eye for design. He gave us very detailed and valuable advice on how to light up our outdoor area, and was able to give us a very clear picture of how it would look. David went above and beyond to answer all of our questions we had without hesitation and made us feel very comfortable through this whole process. The fixtures even come with a great warranty and he offers maintenance options as well, which is always a plus. Everything turned out beautiful and we will continue to use them for any future needs we may have. I highly recommended them for any outdoor lighting needs you may have!

Excellent read on - In Miami it is difficult to find contractors that do what the say, when they say they will do it! Miami Landscape Lighting, David Suarez was professional, competent and creative. His pricing was very fair, not the least expensive, and by far not the most expensive. He listened to my objectives and did not try to sell me things that I did not need, like his competition. He was also very flexible, and did the project in phases, based on the other construction I had going on at the home at the time. I would highly recommend Miami Landscape Lighting, and a meeting with David to make sure you are headed in the right direction, before you make your investment with another company (btw...this is the first google review I have written for anyone, I must of have been impressed:-)

Miami Landscape Lighting just finished installation at my home. David came highly recommended. After meeting with another company then with David, it was clear he was an industry expert and help me identify what was important and where to not waist money. Miami Landscape Lighting uses the best hardware and practices in the industry. David and his team were very professional and showed up when they said they would and completed the installation on time. Two days later we had an issue with an outlet and after notifying David they came out next day and fixed it no charge. We installed our lighting with this company a year-and-a-half ago. The lights have been working great. Since then, a few LED’s became dimmer than others, and some shrubs started growing over the lights. We scheduled a maintenance visit, and they came out soon after and corrected everything. All the lighting has an excellent warranty, so there was no charge to replace the lights. The company placed the lights that were getting blocked on posts, and redirected them to light our oak trees properly. We even added a few more lights to some areas that David and his team recommended would enhance the garden just that much more.David (companys owner) was quick to respond to all of my requests and did the job in a timely and professional manner. Miami Landscape Lighting has a great maintenance program. Highly recommended for anyone looking to do a Landscape lighting project.

The Best!Truly a company that knows proper landscape lighting.David turned the exterior lighting of my house into a masterpiece... not too much light and not too little... this guy understands the balance of lighting.Simply stated, David is a Landscape Lighting artist.As a retired Air Force Officer, and tenured home renovator/remodeler, I am accustomed to dealing with people who know their job and perform as expected.You could not deal with a more competent and knowledgeable person than David.A question for those reading this review:Do you know what Kelvin/color temperature means? If you do not, then perhaps a consult with a professional landscape designer/installer is advised. The WRONG color temperature can make or break your efforts to create your desired lighting experience.If you live in Pinecrest, near my house, please hire Miami Landscape Lighting to light up you home.If you are still reading this review then I will continue with my personal opinions:Do not go too bright or with too much lighting on your house.2700K - 3000K is ideal for most outdoor lighting (David knows this well and prevented me from making a HUGE lighting mistake).Avoid 4000K lights - I think they provide a Gas Station/Walmart parking lot effect the blue hue/affect of these high Kelvin lights Does Not complement South Florida Landscaping.Inside your house, 4000k may be appropriate, but landscaping looks better with the 2700-3000k lights. Trust me on this.Google the color temperature of outdoor lighting before you proceed with your proposed project and hire a professional like David or someone of similar capabilities (good luck, Id just go with David....).

Miami Landscape Lighting did an amazing job of brightening up the outside of my home, which also makes it look completely different (in such a great way). We did an install of a complete outdoor lighting package. David and his crew were top notch and professional. They came out when promised and the install was seamless. The lit-up palms and large clusia hedge are now a focal point of my backyard, and the front looks night and day from the dark appearance before. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat and you shouldn’t hesitate to give them a call.
