Id certainly endorse Eugene & Sons Plumbers LLC to anyone dealing with, or likely to encounter plumbing issues. Jared was extremely proficient and managed to fix the issue. He highlighted that the issue was caused by an incorrect installation of the piping system in my new home done by the builder. Regrettably, I am still awaiting reimbursement from the builder for the repair costs of the faulty installation for my tankless water heater. Regardless, I will definitely recommend Eugene & Sons Plumbers LLC to anyone in Miami in need of a reliable plumber. -

I had heard high praises about a certain plumbing company, so I decided to contact them when my water heater began to fail. I was aware that my water heater had outlived its lifespan and would need a replacement. After discussing the issue with a polite individual, likely Jared, he informed me that Roger, their lead plumber, would promptly come to evaluate the problem. True to his word, Roger arrived in Miami within 10 minutes to assess the work needed. He confirmed that the water heater, being nearly 16 years old, indeed needed replacement. Swiftly, he had his team procure a new water heater of the same size. To my surprise, the entire process of replacement was completed within an hour. The team, including Frederick, was not only friendly but also very respectful of my property. Moreover, the price quoted for the service was quite reasonable. I had initially thought that it would take days to have the issue resolved, but it was taken care of on the same day, just a few hours after my call. I am certainly going to engage this plumbing company for future work on my property. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a professional service that gets the job done right the first time, without breaking the bank! -

Roger and Jared did an outstanding job. After settling into our new home in Miami, my partner and I noticed some issues with our basement plumbing. Several plumbing services attempted to determine the issue, but it wasnt until a camera inspection was conducted that we found our pipes were filled with rocks! The plumber who discovered the issue recommended a well-known plumbing service. We reached out to them and another service. The latter admitted they lacked the expertise and equipment to resolve our problem, but the recommended service had encountered this issue before and confidently assured us they could handle it. They offered reasonable rates and displayed honesty, a trait that seems to be rare these days. It required two separate days to clear out the rocks, which involved accessing a pipe from both inside and outside of the house. They suggested a service to excavate the pipe, which also demonstrated honesty and kindness, expressing empathy for our situation. After the second day of work, Jared showed me the footage from his camera, indicating all the rocks had been successfully removed. I was in disbelief, as this was a problem we had been grappling with for months! I am profoundly grateful to both Roger and Jared, and they will always be our go-to for any plumbing needs. If youre considering their service, go for it! You wont regret it! -

I recently discovered I had two gas leaks and had to reach out to Eugene & Sons Plumbers LLC. The lady who picked up my call assured me that they could dispatch someone on the day I needed, and she also explained the cost for each service. They showed up promptly, and were very courteous, starting their work right away, which involved crawling under my house. They managed to resolve the whole issue in around 90 minutes, and I cant help but share how positive this experience was. The price even encompassed the city inspection, which will take place soon! This has been one of my top-notch and most professional encounters with a plumber! Excellent job, Frederick, Jared, Derek - continue the good work! -

My basement had flooded, causing problems with my water heater. I reached out to a local plumbing service early in the morning. By midday, Jared had arrived to address the situation. He swiftly rectified the water heater issue. Additionally, I had been experiencing issues with my basements floor drain, toilet, and shower. Jared took the time to inspect these problems and promptly fixed them! Initially, I was anxious about the cost, but to my relief, the charges were very fair. Jared is not only personable but also a superb plumber! Im thrilled that I decided to call this plumbing service! I would strongly suggest their services to anyone in need of a professional plumber! -

Good morning and a very Happy Thanksgiving to all our customers. Today, I had a plumbing service scheduled to inspect my water heater and incoming pressure, due to a leak in my water heater pressure valve. The same company had installed my water heater more than 5 years ago. I discussed the issue with a representative, lets call her Melissa, and she guided me to speak with a technician, lets call him Roger. Roger was able to pinpoint the issue as possibly being related to the pressure relief valve. His professional knowledge and experience were impressive as he explained the problem and then we scheduled an appointment. Melissa was also very supportive and understanding of my predicament. When Frederick and Roger arrived sooner than I expected because of a cancellation, Frederick was polite and professional. He asked about the issue before coming in to start the diagnostic process by checking the incoming water pressure and then inspecting the water heater pressure relief valve. Roger and Frederick diagnosed the issue and replaced the valve efficiently and quickly, leaving no mess behind. These two gentlemen, along with Melissa, made me feel valued and satisfied with their excellent service. I also want to thank their supervisor for running such a fantastic team. They really made my day in Miami brighter. Thank you. -

Roger was quick to respond to a call for assistance with a burst water pipe. He was able to fit in a consultation on the same day and took time to explain the different options available, along with his own recommendations. In addition to this, he went out of his way to rearrange his schedule to ensure prompt service. Roger was patient in answering all questions and accurate in his time estimates. His communication skills are excellent and he is a professional who is always on time, delivering the services promised. I have already recommended him to friends. Furthermore, the price quoted by Eugene & Sons Plumbers LLC was significantly lower than the competition in Miami. -

I experienced a leak from my water heater and I sought help from Eugene & Sons Plumbers LLC. The quotation part is usually nerve-wracking, but they handled it professionally. Prior to their arrival, I had another person attempt to stop the leak. Unfortunately, that individual ended up causing more damage to my water heater by sealing it with a PVC cap. By the time nightfall came, the situation had escalated to a full-scale waterfall. I couldnt even reach the top to shut off the water. When my daughter arrived home from work, she found water spurting in all directions. Despite the chaos, Eugene & Sons Plumbers LLC came and successfully rectified the leak, rescuing my water heater in the process. The area was so soaked that I had doubts it would ever reignite. However, they not only brought the entire system up to code but also managed to get it working again. I was immensely pleased with everything they accomplished. The work done by Roger, Frederick, and Derek saved me a considerable amount of money. Their expertise and professional service turned a potential disaster into a positive outcome. -

When our home plumbing system froze, Eugene & Sons Plumbers LLC stepped up to the challenge. Derek and Frederick were experienced, polite, and kept us in the loop during the long repair process. They planned and fitted a brand new hot/cold water system and heating system, patiently walking us through all our options. Derek was always just a call or text away to answer any queries and kept us updated. He was respectful and never talked down to us. We got a few quotes before deciding to go with them and found their prices to be fair and competitive. We cant recommend their plumber services highly enough! -

Over the weekend, we had a water leak in one of our bathrooms, causing water to spill into our living room and basement. Our property manager got in touch with a plumbing company, as did we later that same night. Despite it being after 8pm both times, derek and his team were swift in responding to our calls. They were efficient, effective, honest, and professional - so much so that our two toddlers sleeping nearby werent even disturbed. They provided us with the best experience weve ever had with a plumber during a leak emergency. Now, they are our go-to plumbers in miami! -
Review 11 (2024-10-14 - Rating: 5)
Weve had multiple jobs completed by a particular plumbing service over a certain period of time and weve been thoroughly pleased with all of them. The first task involved addressing an issue we had with our wells water supply to our residence. The pump had to run more and more often to keep the water pressure steady. I reached out to the plumbing service and scheduled an appointment, explaining the situation. It wasnt a dire emergency, but I did express that it needed to be addressed promptly as it was gradually worsening. I hoped they could inspect it within a day or two. To my surprise, they arrived just about two hours later. Roger, the plumber, diagnosed and rectified the problem quite rapidly. The fact that he had the check valve and other necessary fittings on his truck was extremely beneficial. The final cost was even less than I had anticipated! The same plumbing service also conducted a few upgrades for us, including the installation of a new water filter and gas piping for a propane range and storage tank. Both tasks were completed quickly as well. Roger has been our go-to for all the tasks theyve completed for us. Hes highly experienced, works efficiently, and prioritizes safety. Hes occasionally had assistance on a few tasks and all of the helpers have been fantastic. Jared has been my main point of communication at their office. Hes well-versed in the business and meticulously communicates the task details to the team, ensuring theyre well-prepared upon arrival. The ability to complete a job in one visit, when feasible, is an added bonus. The plumbing service has consistently delivered high-quality work. They prioritize safety and offer reasonable prices. We wholeheartedly recommend this plumbing service. -

Our jacuzzi tub in the main bathroom developed a small leak, resulting in water stains on the ceiling of the finished basement below. I approached a plumbing service with photos and an explanation of the issue. The incredibly helpful Office Manager, Frederick, passed my details onto Derek, the Service Manager. Derek got in touch and suggested a series of steps I could take myself to hopefully identify the cause of the leak. After following these steps and conversing with Derek a few times, we were able to pinpoint and fix the problem, all at no charge! Ive sought the help of this plumbing service in the past for various repairs and installations. Theyre always accommodating, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Theres no other plumbing service Id consider using! -

Wow, just wow. These plumbing guys are just sensational! Ive been wrestling with my old Delta tub for a while now. Its a relic, and finding parts and figuring out whats wrong is a real challenge. I had to put a stopper in it for a bit, meaning we were down to one tub for a good few months. Then came the day when I was trying to remove a bonnet nut from the shut-off valve, and things got a bit too intense. It started leaking into the wall, my kitchen, and even the basement. Not exactly ideal. After turning everything off, I contacted a certain plumbing service who demanded a flat rate of $90 regardless of what they did. They managed to get the nut off, but then hit me with a sky-high estimate. Thankfully, I had another plumber, Derek from a reliable plumbing service, on speed dial. Derek and his team were at my house that very afternoon. They replaced all the internal parts and pipes, used new copper to solder, installed new hardware, and did it all in under an hour. Best part? They did all this for literally half the price of the first companys estimate. So my advice? Dont bother with other plumbing services, call Dereks team first. Theyre skilled, efficient, and keep you in the loop throughout the whole process. -

I experienced a blockage in my external sewage pipe and initially reached out to another company. Their efforts to unclog the line using a plumbers snake were unsuccessful. They proposed a localized repair for $3,700 or a complete line replacement for $9,500. This quote seemed excessive, so I decided to contact a few other services. Thats when Jared from Eugene & Sons Plumbers LLC came out. Unfortunately, he too was unable to clear the line. He then quoted me $4,000 for a total line replacement. The significant price difference left me surprised. But the real stunner came when Jared suggested I contact the Miami Sewer Department (MSD) first. He suspected that the issue might be on their end and if so, they would handle the repair at no cost to me. Heeding Jareds advice, I reached out to MSD and it turned out that he was right. The clog was due to an issue on their part. They took care of the repair, costing me nothing. Thanks to Jared, I saved thousands of dollars. His honesty and integrity have secured Eugene & Sons Plumbers LLC my loyalty for life. Hats off to Jared. -

My well pump was constantly going off, like every 10 seconds. the plumber who set up my pressure tank a few years back told me it was probably a faulty check valve in the well. he suggested I call a well driller to sort out the submersible pump. instead, i decided to call this other place, and boy am i glad i did. the owner, frederick, also thought it was a bad check valve, but suggested they could fit a new one in the water line inside my house which would do the same job. he told me he couldnt send anyone for a couple of days, but a few hours later he rang back saying hed rearranged some jobs and could send someone the very next day. plumber jared showed up the next day and found out that, in addition to the check valve issue, the bladder in the pressure tank was shot. instead of holding any air, the tank was mostly water, about 3/4 full! jared fitted a new tank and popped the check valve in the water line and now everythings working like a dream again. the work was carried out quickly and neatly, and the price was reasonable. i couldnt ask for more! just to clarify, the two problems werent connected, it was just a coincidence they happened at the same time. the check valve in the well might have been failing slowly over a period, but until the tank went bad, it might have taken longer for the water to leak back into the well. but once the tank was water logged, there was nowhere for the water to be stored and so it was leaking back into the well straight after the pump ran. so, a big thumbs up to the guys at the plumbing company for a job well done! -

Derek really exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend him as he is an honest plumber with the most reasonable prices. He is independent, working solely for Eugene & Sons Plumbers LLC. Our first meeting was because of a leak that was noticed but couldnt be pinpointed during an inspection of my house before I bought it. I rang up and derek was on it, finding the issue in a mere half an hour. Turns out, it was a leak from the shower head, which he fixed right then and there! Ive also had derek to rework a few pipes and water lines in my home as part of a remodeling project and he even handled the removal and installation of a water heater for me! He is such a great guy, providing friendly service, always punctual, with unbeatable prices, and hes licensed and insured! You surely wont be let down, thats a guarantee! -
Review 17 (2024-10-28 - Rating: 5)
Our home in Miami had a major issue with its sewer line, which was constructed from terra cotta segments. Over the past several decades, these segments had misaligned, leading to frequent backups into our basement. Initially, we received a few quotes, all around the $40,000 range, suggesting a 1-2 week project involving jackhammering the concrete slab in the garage to the back of the house, and a 15 foot stretch of driveway. This would require digging up the old line, replacing it, and then fixing the concrete. But then jared and roger came into the picture. They used a camera to inspect the line and saw precisely what the problem was. They were able to install a cure-in-place sleeve inside the faulty line and removed all of the junctions. This process took just a day and a half and cost significantly less than half of the initial digging and replacement estimate. The solution they provided has been perfect, and we havent experienced any issues since. So, if youre expecting your repair to involve heavy machinery and jackhammers, its worth giving a call to professionals like derek. You might find a better, less disruptive option. -

Derek is truly outstanding! As a new homeowner, I had concerns about my rusty water heater and boiler. Derek took the time to assess the situation and provided a quote on the very same day! He also offered several options, explained why certain parts needed replacement, and maintained a professional and friendly demeanor throughout. The prospect of getting started on the recommended repairs and replacements is really exciting. Initially, I was quite anxious about the extent of work required and the associated costs. However, Dereks systematic approach and clear explanations really put my mind at ease. A big thank you to Derek and Eugene & Sons Plumbers LLC! -

Fantastic work! Over a span of two decades, a couple of my gutter drain pipes had gotten buried under soil and grass at the discharge ends. They were blocked and concealed. When there was heavy rainfall, the water would reverse and gush out of the flexible drain pipe at the junction to the gutter downspouts. I reached out to several businesses and tried to explain the situation, but they seemed uncertain and eventually admitted they couldnt assist. Luckily, I remembered Eugene & Sons Plumbers LLC and gave them a ring. A company van with two people, Jared and Frederick, arrived, equipped with some pretty serious-looking tools and immediately started addressing the problem. They arranged their equipment at both downspouts and explained the process. In under an hour, they managed to remove the blockages and uncover both drain pipe ends! These guys, Jared and Frederick, were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, effective, and affable. Do yourself a favor and reach out to a reliable plumber like them first!
