    I recently hired Los Primos again but this time for Black Out blinds installation. Los Primos remodeled my main bathroom a couple years ago and I was happy with their work so I contacted them for the blinds. I absolutely LOVE how the blinds came out. I can finally sleep in complete darkness. Thanks so much for making this happen! I am 100% satisfied with the work completed and I recommend Los Primos for any work you need done! Thank you!!!

    I am so glad I found this company. I have had horrible luck when looking for someone to complete handy work around my house. My unlucky streak has ended! I found Los Primos and they are absolutely amazing! They are respond and even quicker to begin the work. I called on a Monday and Wednesday they were there with materials, ready to work. They completed the work on my house and did a marvelous job. I added some more tasks and they even stayed until 11:30 pm to get the job done before I left on vacation. I am now using them once again for another project and again I am amazed by how quickly they responded and their level of professionalism. I am super picky, but I highly recommend this company!

    I worked with Los Primos Express in order to do a partial re-modeling of my fathers 50 year old home in the year 2020. I selected them out of 3 contractors, and I do not regret the decision.When my Uncle saw the quality and detail of the work done at my fathers home, he hired them to as well to do work on his house.They are a company of integrity, they do good work, they try to save the customers money, they maintain on-going communication with the client, and they want to ensure that the customer is satisfied.I can say that because my fathers house is in Miami and I live in Orlando. Because I could not be in Miami every moment, we kept in constant communication through phone, pictures, and they would update on any changes that would come up on a timely basis so that Icould make decisions as needed.And part of their protocol is to make a final walk-through with the customer to make sure that the customer is satisfied and that all basis are covered.Working with them was a wonderful experience. My father never really took care of his home, but the difference was like night and day by the time Los Primos completed the project.If you want work done on your house, I highly recommend that you take them into consideration.

    Los Primos Express has to be one of the best companies Ive ever worked with. They were recommended by a good friend of mine and they really outdid themselves. Judith & Candy were AMAZING. They went above and beyond to help me and my husband. Bob was so great as well! Truly one of the best companies to call on if you ever need anything done for your home, with fair and affordable pricing. Cannot say enough about them - choose them, you will not be disappointed.

    Update: This is my second review as I hired Los Primos Express again. This time, I needed furniture assembled. Pedro was punctual, masked, skilled and efficient. I could not be happier! This is a great company! I highly recommend them!I am so glad that I found this company! I highly recommend this family-owned business. I used them to move house. Judith was incredibly helpful and kept me updated every step of the way.The two men who actually did the move, Pedro and Angelo were incredible professional, polite, careful and thorough.Los Primos Express Services exceeded all of my expectations and eased so much of my stress about moving.     We used Los Primos Express Services initially to just do pressure cleaning and sealing our paver driveway. They were extremely professional. I cant tell you the amount of contractors in the past we had to deal with that dont show up when promised or under deliver in terms of workmanship. What a relief to find Los Primos. Not only do they show when promised, they also do the Job as promised. I was a little hesitant at first because I thought the price was too good to be true, but we got our moneys worth and then some.We were so impressed with this, we decided to have some landscaping done. We signed the contract on Tuesday, and they showed on Thursday (Just a promised). It went so well, we decided to get some additional areas done and another tree installed. The add-on price was extremely reasonable and we are thrilled with the results.I cant tell you how long Ive waited for a service like this. I absolutely dread dealing with contractors when I want things done. But Los Primos takes that headache away and bridges that gap as well as the language barrier we struggle with so often when dealing with contractors directly. I am very satisfied and look forward to completing more projects with Los Primos in the near future.

    I found Los Primos on Yelp and am so glad I did. I told them what I was in need of for assistance with an elderly parent and they came out and delivered. The team of ladies were professional and courteous and when it was all said and done we were extremely pleased with the service. They took their time and cleaned his townhouse like it was their own. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for housekeeping services.

    Los Primos completed a condo renovation for me including all new tile floors, two bathrooms, kitchen upgrades and installation of a tankless water heater. The quality of their work was very good and they were responsive to my questions and concerns. We had a few challenges with the schedule due to several factors not all under their control but I’m happy with their work and would hire them again.

    I used LP express for moving services and my condo renovation project. The move went well and everything arrived in good condition and was unpacked as I requested. The condo renovation was a major project and they worked with me to scope and lay out the work. There were setbacks along the way (hence minus 1 star) but the LP team and owners were very responsive and they always wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the end product (which is awesome). Since they guarantee their work, I have called them back to fix two things and once again, with no questions asked, they jumped right on it and now everything is perfect. In general, working with GCs can be difficult and stressful and setbacks are unavoidable. What impressed me about LP is I had access to my own project manager and the owners, they LISTENED to my requests and we’re able to remedy them - this was very satisfying. Ultimately, it’s about the end product, and we are happy. I also gave them feedback on their process and they were always looking improve the process, which benefits everyone.

    This is a 5 star review not because everything was perfect, its because of the way ownership conducted themselves when things werent perfect. The original crew sent for my plumbing needs came with a poor attitude and was very disagreeable. I immediately called and spoke to management. Management was not only apologetic in words but in action. They immediately arranged for another crew to handle the project in an extremely timely fashion. I recieved a call when the new crew arrived, during the fix, and after to assure my satisfaction! This is how business should always be done. I am not only grateful, but will use AND recommend LP Express Services again. If management is reading this, thank you!

    We recently moved to Miami and quickly learned that the recently remodeled upstairs bathroom had a leaking shower. We were fortunate that the owners of LP Express are our neighbors! They did an excellent job on a shower with an improperly installed vapor barrier. The work was done quickly and professionally. We also use their cleaning service, which offers equally excellent service at a fair price. I would highly recommend LP Express to anyone.

    LP Express Services helped us complete a few tasks in order to spruce up a previously unused space for a water heater and washer/dryer. They were quick and efficient in removing the older pieces and putting in newer and more functional appliances. They also aided in making sure the appliances functioned properly after installation. Additionally, they removed older appliances, which was very helpful.We worked directly with Lia and Ari who were very helpful and friendly in completing this project with us. Would recommended to anyone in the Miami area looking for great contractors and a fair price that can get the job done.

From the initial visit to the end of the process they were very attentive to our needs and explained the repair process very clearly.     The customer service is top notch! If youre looking for a company that provides great customer service, stop looking. From day one, Ari provided a timely schedule for a quote and showed up on time ready to answer any questions we have. Not like the other companies that operate on island time and finish jobs when they want. Aris team finished on schedule. Any billing or further scheduling questions were quickly resolved by Judith, and between both of them we were constantly updated on our project. Their team was very professional and did an amazing job. Daniel and Luigi worked non stop and produced a job that the wife and I are extremely pleased with. We highly reccommend them and will be using this company on future projects.My big point to get across, is that being new to the Miami area and looking for efficient work, with great customer service at reasonable prices is hard in itself. So when we get jobs like these done with these results I have to help promote a company with great work ethic.

    I found Los Primos to be midrange with their pricing but also worth their value. I contracted them for a post construction clean up of my home and was given a very fair estimate. Management did an initial walk thru with their staff the day before, and went over exactly what needs to be done “in front of me”. I found that to be great. The following day i walked into what seemed like a brand new home. Extra attention to small details were clearly given. They cleaned up ALL the mess as if it were their home. You have to appreciate that. I also received a follow up walk through with the owner who meticulously evaluated the job done. I look forward to contacting them again for future projects.
