My water bill was $4,576.00! I think had a heart attack! I could not afford this water bill. We researched online and called Dick Rosher Plumbing. Steve assured us our water services will not get cut off. We have small children and NEED water. Steve sent his son out to investigate this leak. He used a leak detection sound machine. This equipment located the water leak outside. Another crew of plumbers came to repair the leaking pipe. These plumbers stayed late on a Saturday night! They even cleaned up very good! They took pictures of this repair. We submitted as per Steves instructions. We received a whopping $4005.00 credit on our water bill! Highly recommended.

Steve Davis is an extremely knowledgeable plumber and when I called him, I knew I had made the right decision. My new wooden floors were wet in spots and Steve and his crew came out within minutes to assess the damage and formulate a conservative plan. Steve told me that I had a water leak, using water leak detection equipment as well as a plumbing camera to look under the ground. It was amazing! When they cut a small area open through my concrete floors, they found decades old cast iron piping that had disintegrated under ground. Steve helped me deal with the insurance claim, inspectors and to be honest, my own mini-breakdowns. His crew was as conservative as they could be, all were very competent and professional. I had to leave the house for a week so they could cut my floors open, remove the old pieces of pipe and replace it with the new PVC. Steve was always patient and answered my questions, no matter how small. They swept my floors every day before they left to minimize dust and were on time the next morning. By the time the whole job was done, 6 weeks later, believe it or not, I had a new plumbing system and felt that these plumbers were family. Hats off to Steve Davis and his crew. Thank you!

Miami Dade Water department left a card on our door informing us we had a water leak. I called them and the very nice lady at Miami Dade water and sewer told us to call a licensed leak detection plumbing company. We called Dick Rosher Plumbing. Steve came out with his thermal image infra-red camera and detected and marked a hot water leak under our concrete floor beside the water heater. Steve sent his plumbers the next day. They surgically cut a square in the cement floor and replaced the leaking pipe. Steves son Landon then sent us all the documents so we may get our water bill credit from Miami Dade. Steve clearly knows his job very well. His plumbers were clean, efficient and very courteous. I even fed the plumbers dinner for they worked late into the evening. Steve wasnt the cheapest quotation and he wasnt the most expensive either. Considering They left my home clean and I have hot water without a leak. I consider this money well spent. I will call them again if I ever need a plumber!!

I called for a water-main repair on our copper pipes on a rainy Friday afternoon. They were the third call I made based on the Google results, and I was expecting to reach a voicemail, or in the best case scenario, an offer to come on Monday. However, the owner personally answered my call and listened to my concerns. He was very thorough in his explanation of what he felt we should do, and was able to get a plumber to our home by 4:30PM. The plumber completed the work neatly and quickly. The price was fair, and we are very pleased with the results. Dick Rosher Plumbing will certainly become our go-to plumber for any future issues, and given we live in an old house, I plan to keep them on my speed dial!

We called Dick Rosher Plumbing for a clogged shower stall drain. Steve came, even though he was delayed, he came and immediately knew what the problem was and solved within 45 minutes. He was very considerate on the cost and we were very appreciative of that since we live on a tight budget, being retired people. Thank you Steve so much for solving our problem and for coming even though you were delayed, You are the plumber we will call from now own.

Top notch ! Steve had his plumbing team restore water to 150 families for an apartment complex. The underground water main burst that supplied our apartment complex. This plumbing emergency took17 hours and several men and heavy machinery. Even when everyone questioned his work he told us all to be patient. Steve got water pipe repaired at 2am. Great work under lots of pressure.

Dick Rosher Plumbing again saved us! In the middle of the night around 1am we woke up to a whooshing sound of water. Our kitchen and living room was flooding with water. In a panic we called Dick Rosher Plumbing and Steve answered our call. Within 1 hour Steve had his plumber Luis at our door. Luis immediately shut down the main water valve, then used some kind of leak detection thermal camera on our ceiling to find the leaking pipe. Luis cut open our ceiling and repaired this pipe.I have had enough of these plumbing problems, so we are now contracting Dick Rosher Plumbing to replace all the water piping in our house as Steve did recommend this last year. If I could give 20 stars for their service I would because these guys are the best!!

Again, Stephen Davis to the plumbing rescue. My Mom in Miami, had a water bill that was $3,463.00. There was a water leak under the floor of Moms house. Stephen Davis came in with a thermal imaging camera and determined that this was a hot water leak. Stephen bypassed the water leak without breaking Moms floor. Following this work, Stephen helped Mom successfully process a water bill credit for $2,701.14. Our family has used Stephen Davis for our plumbing for over 20 years. During this time, we have never had a problem with Stephen Davis.

I recommend this plumbing company. We had 2 other leak detection plumbing companies attempt to find our water leak. This water leak generated a water bill of $2,200.00. I was desperate here. Steve guaranteed hed find the leak. He found the leak in 45 minutes. The following day Steve sent Luis to repair the leak. These 2 men worked all day in summer sun. They did a fine job. Steve sent required documents to obtain credit for my high water bill.

The drains in our house was backing up all over the house. This was a major emergency for me and my family. I called Rosher plumbing for help. Rosher plumbing sent out there drain technician Luis. They also call Luis the drain king, and apparently he is the drain king. Luis cleared all the drains and cleaned up and made a hard job look very easy. I would recommend anyone else to use Rosher plumbing if you need any proffssional plumbing service.

Sister had an emergency plumbing flood. Miguel came out and snake cleaned her drains at 2 am on Sunday night. I recommend Dick Rosher Plumbing as they were not the cheapest, however Plumber Miguel was professional clean and courteous.

The guys showed up quick to fix a clogged drain. They did good work; however said it would cost $375. When they showed up they couldn’t get the machine on the roof so they charged me extra to remove the toilet. Overall they did good work and were very friendly.

We had a sewer drain emergency at our commercial warehouse location. Philip came out and snaked out our sewer system. Within 2.5 hours all our bathroom drains were clear and toilets flushing. I spoke with the owner over the phone who was very polite. I told him that all the drains in my house were backed up, even into the bathtubs. He said he’d be here within two hours. He couldnt make it within the time frame so he found another company to come solve my problem. Great customer service.

Late afternoon, on a holiday and i experienced a major plumbing emergency.Broken pipe, major water leak. Due to the issue i had access to NO water. Called at 6:00 and had the problem analyzed , and resolved within the next hour. Fast , professional and at a great price. the plumbers who resolved my issue were courteous , knowledgable, and FAST.. They made a possibly tedious experience very comfortable. I will definatley be calling you guys again

Steve was awesome! I had an emergency with my bathroom tub faucet that would not turn off and had to turn off my main water valve for the entire house. Steve was so patient, and walked me through step by step to change out my broken faucet. He saved my day. Thank you sooooooo much! youre awesome!

Around 4 a.m. this morning, my toilet decided to stop functioning properly. I found this company and saw that they were a 24-hour service, so I had called around 5 a.m. To my surprise, my call was answered (I cant remember exactly who answered), and I asked if somebody could come by in the afternoon to fix it. I was not given an exact or estimated time, but I was told that I would get a phone call an hour prior to when someone would arrive, possibly around noon or 1 p.m.I finally got a phone call at 3 p.m. from a Louis (I believe) and he is already here. This isnt what I was told hours ago but I did not mind much since I knew I would be there whenever he arrived. He brings in the part and fixes it in less than twenty minutes. Im not sure how to compare the price, but I cant say it was unreasonable for the task, considering I had no idea what to do. I paid cash and he left. Im still waiting for a receipt via e-mail.Other than the timing, really liked this company and I would call them again if I come across similar issues.

Excellent service. The leak was detected quickly and remedied and a full, detailed report of the repair was emailed to us so we can pursue a credit with the Water & Sewer department. Their prices are very reasonable and they were punctual, professional, honest and clean. Highly recommended!

Our Drains were backed up and flooded our house. We Called Dick Rosher Plumbing yesterday. Two plumbers arrived on time and thankfully cleared our drain pipes. The plumbers pulled roots from the drain pipes and explained we need to insert some kind of sewer camera. The house was a mess with raw sewage. I explained that we have small children here. Steve sent out another team to clean this up. These guys sanitized and left our house spotless. We scheduled the sewer camera for next week. We will highly recommend this plumbing company. We were treated very respectful and our castle is restored to order.

We have a commercial building in Miami, Florida. Our recent water bill came in 5 times more than normal. Miami Dade Water and Sewer recommended we call Rosher Plumbing for leak detection. Steve came out and used thermal infrared camera and sound unit to detect exactly an underground water leak underneath the concrete floor of our building. Leak testing was then performed with helium and air pressure. Steves men then came and repaired the leak the next day. They leak tested the water piping of our building, then Steve emailed us a report. We submitted this to the Miami Dade water & Sewer then received a $7,349.21 water bill credit from Miami Dade water department. These leak detection, testing plumbers are the best. I have never experienced a plumber to be so thorough with such an intelligent approach.
