Thank you, Juan and the crew of electric solutions. Who calls you at 8 o’clock on the night a dangerous storm is nearby to tell you they’ll be there to fix your electrical in the morning? Juan does! The crew came out the morning after the storm blew through and fixed a very dangerous situation in my electrical. I have a 99-year-old house and we were in a bit of a fix and Juan and the crew came in and took care of it. In the 30 years that I’ve lived in my house. I haven’t been happy with very many electrical contractors, but I would use Electrical Solutions again in a flash.

Its difficult finding good contractors these days, especially for the smaller jobs. You see, Ive hired electricians for the bigger jobs, but they wont return my call once their figure out the size of *this* job.Based on the reviews, I called Electrical Solution and set up an appointment last week to swap out an outdoor light fixture.So...on the day of the noon appointment, the tech didnt show up at noon, so I called the company. Juan answered the phone, and told me that the tech should have arrived, and will see what happened.Turns out the tech encountered car trouble.At this point, for such a small job, I can tell you oftentimes its a CANCEL, LETS RESCHEDULE from the electrician.But Juan apologized, and said that he will come deal with it himself, but to please give him some time to drive down from his last appointment.He came, and he again apologized for the inconvenience, and he fixed it. He told me that he has grown his company to the point where he is very busy managing, contracting, and negotiating, and he laughed and showed me a ladder he purchased on the way to my small job because he didnt even have a ladder on him.But he kept his promise. And afterwards, surveying his simple handywork, he chuckled and said, I still got it!Its nice when people who rise to management still will roll up their shirtsleeves and get the job done for their customer when something happens in the chain of command.He may do very big jobs as well, but Electrical Solution is not too big for its britches.Thank you so much. I appreciate your doing the task, and your dedication to keeping appointments, and treating your small customers as well as I imagine you treat your big ones.

Juan and his team were excellent. They did a complicated job with ease and the price was fair. I needed to install a new tankless water heater which requires adding 3 breakers. They had to install cables from the outside panel all the way to the garage and go through the wall. Not oy was it done to code and properly but it looks good. Juan is respectful,Knows his stuff and is very professional, I highly recommend him!
